RECEITA DE QUIBE DE FORNO RECHEADO COM REQUEIJÃO 😍😍😍 . INGREDIENTES: - Fio de azeite - 1 cebola picada - 500g de carne moída - Folhas de hortelã picadas - 1 lata de extrato de tomate (130g) - Sal - 1/2 pimentão vermelho picado - 500g de trigo para quibe hidratado em água - 2 pt. de requeijão - 1/2 pimentão vermelho em rodelas . MODO DE PREPARO: - Em uma panela, refogue a cebola picada no azeite. Adicione a carne moída, o extrato de tomate, as folhas de hortelã picadas, o sal, o pimentão picado e deixe a carne cozinhar. - Misture o trigo para quibe hidratado com a carne temperada. - Distribua metade da mistura em uma travessa, espalhe todo o requeijão e cubra o restante da mistura. Finalize decorando com o pimentão em rodelas. - Asse em forno a 180ºC por 30 min. - Sirva quente.

Thank you!!! I felt like I needed to go back to a KHUX icon after the missing link cancellation so I grabbed an old piece I made for the homies a few years ago that I don't think I ever posted here :3 Bit rough in my opinion but I still love it and the concept was one of my favorites!
