just a reminder: you can write when you want and with who you want. it doesn't matter how many threads you have going with one person. if that's who you want to respond to then respond to them! if you want to answer a meme for just them? go for it! your friends, your mutuals, the people who stick around? they understand. they get it. they have their people too. so never feel like you aren't doing enough or that you have to respond to others. do it when you can and when you feel up to it. this is for fun. this is rp. it's not a job. we do it because we love it and if that means writing for one person more than others? so be it. no one has a right to get mad at you over it.

i know it can get discouraging when nobody seems interested. yet still, you soldier on, you introduce people to your funny little critters, you talk about your characters and post about them. crossovers are made, creativity is nurtured and niche bits expanded upon—it is inspiring!

the love you pour into your muse(s) is wonderful. the dedication you have to simply enjoy your character—even if you have little interaction—is awe-inspiring. every drabble you write, ask you answer, worldbuilding you do… it’s all magnificent.

you are a sweet reminder to everyone that roleplay is for fun, and that you don’t have to be in a big circle or have a large audience to have a great time. you are amazing.

hi there! hope you're well. i'm here to say that i am so glad you're around. you are valued, important, and so very special.

please, if you have one, take a moment to reflect on this: in a world that desperately needs light and imagination, here you are weaving stories and building characters. you are made of the same elements that used to be parts of old stars. you are formed out of ancient supernova explosions and nebulous gases and other beautiful, powerful forces. you continue creating just as the cosmos did and i personally think there is something beautiful about that.

here you are, my friend, and i am so happy because of it. whatever you create is made of stardust and pieces of you. that is more than good enough. keep shining.
