1. Aloo Tikki Burger
Not to forget how much kids love burgers. It’s their instant go-to for every mood! Here is a quick recipe to save your time for long-prepped meals.
Ingredients:
-          Frozen Aloo Tikki
-          Veg Mayonnaise (2 tbsp)
-          Tomato ketchup
-          Chopped garlic
-          Chilli sauce
-          Salt to taste
-          Burger Buns
-          Butter
-          Lettuce leaves
-          Sliced tomatoes
-          Onion rings
COOKING METHOD:
-          Fry aloo tikki in hot oil at 175 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes. Keep.
-          Prepare the spread by mixing veg mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, chopped garlic, and salt to taste (mix them well)
-          Spread the butter on burger buns, then place lettuce, then place aloo tikki on top, tomato slice, and onion rings.

-          Onion salad (1 tbsp)

Cooking Method:

-          To prepare onion salad, make onion laccha, add to it finely sliced green chili, chopped green coriander, lemon juice & salt. Keep.

Ingredients For Aloo Tikki : 
- 2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes - 1 tbsp red chilli powder - 1 tbsp coriander powder - Turmeric - Salt - Amchur powder - Bread crumbs  - Oil   - Burger Bun  - Cheese Slice
Aloo Tikki Process:
- Heat oil in a pan & add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt & amchur powder & cook it on low flame.
- You can add boiled peas & boiled potatoes & cook it for 15 mins.
- Pour it in a plate & keep it a side to cool.
- once the stuffing is cool add bread crumbs & mix it well.
- Make Tikki & keep it in fridge for 15min
For coating :
- Add corn flour & water & mix it well .
- Dip Tikki in corn flour batter & coat it with bread crumbs.
- Fry from both the side until it turn golden brown
 - cut bun from middle & toast it in a pan on medium flame.
Ingredients for Burger Sauce :
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Tomato ketchup 
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
Burger Sauce Process : Mix everything well & burger sauce is ready.
 Assemble Burger :
- On one side of the bun add cheese Slice on Tikki - On other side of the bun spread burger sauce & add onions & tomato slice
- combine all together & Burger is ready.

This is one of my all-time favorite chaats! It takes regular 'ol peanuts and infuses them with spicy, tangy Indian flavors for a quick snack. It's the simplest to make and only requires a little dicing prep with the vegetables before it's ready to go!
Some people even call it a peanut chaat salad because it's generally healthy and can even be used as a weight-loss snack. The fat in the peanuts keeps you full and satisfied.
There will be no frying, chutney making, or use of processed foods with this. Peanut Chaat is a simple and flavorful dish that is ideal for serving as a snack or appetizer at a party.
This vibrant, colorful appetizer takes only 10-15 minutes to prepare! Peanut chaat, also known as chakna in India, is sometimes served as a snack in bars.
Peanuts contain 19 vitamins and minerals, many of which are beneficial to the heart. Peanuts have 8 grams of protein per ounce! Because peanuts are so nutritious, we never use other nuts for chaat in my house. Chaat, for example, would never contain pistachios or walnuts.

WHAT EXACTLY IS INDIAN CHAAT?

AN EXECUTION FORMULA FOR ALL CHAATS

THE FOUNDATION. Chaat's base is typically something crispy or crunchy, or it focuses on a single ingredient such as peanuts, fruits, or fried potatoes. Samosa, gol gappa, matri, crispy rice puffs, thicker sevs, papdi, and other carb-heavy dishes work well as a base.
THE SEASONINGS. The best part about chaat is when all of the sweet, spicy, and tangy chutneys and sauces combine at the bottom! Tangy imli (tamarind) chutney, cilantro-mint chutney, dahi, and lemon juice are common sauces.
THE SPICES. To enhance the flavors of chaat, a few aromatic masalas are always added. Chaat masala is without a doubt the most important masala blend for any chaat dish, providing a healthy dose of umami. Other notable ingredients include roasted cumin, kala namak, and red chili pepper.
THE CRUNCHIES. A crunch is required to balance out the sauces. Sev (deep-fried chickpea flour noodles), potato chips, peanuts, roasted chana (chickpeas), and namkeens are some popular crunchies (savory snacks).
THE HIGHLIGHTS. Toppings are typically a mix of raw fruits and vegetables that can be mixed and matched depending on what is available. Red onions, tomatoes, chilis, cilantro, mint, pomegranates, roasted potatoes, chickpeas, and avocado are popular toppings. Fruits like watermelon and apples aren't allowed unless you're making fruit chaat.

How to make Aloo Puri Recipe at home?
Aloo means potatoes in Hindi, Aloo Puri Recipe is a popular Indian flatbread. It is very easy to make at home if you know how to prepare the dough for Aloo Puri Recipe.
It can be eaten as it is or with chutney and fried green chilies (chili pakora). This goes very well as a side dish to any meal, but most popularly with Aloo sabzi (a spicy curry of potatoes and peas, Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoes) Aloo chaat (Chickpeas with boiled potatoes). Also, it is also very popular used as a stuffing in Aloo paratha.
It is also used as Aloo Tikki (a popular Indian appetizer). The recipe is made by mashing boiled potatoes and spices, deep frying them in oil. It is then served with chutney or tomato ketchup.
If you are very new to cooking, you wouldn’t want to miss any step. Make sure you use every ingredient and follow every step mentioned in this article.  
Ingredients:
1. Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 cups
2. Salt to taste          
3. Oil or Ghee – 1 tbsp
4. Water to knead the dough
5. Aloo – 2 (Boiled, peeled, and mashed)
6. Coriander Leaves – 4 tbsp
7. Green Chilies – 2      
8. Asafetida (Hing) – A pinch
9. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) for Aloo Puri Recipe – 1 tsp
10. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
11. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
12. Amchur (Dry Mango) Powder – 1/2 to 1 tsp
13. Baking Soda – a small pinch
Instruction For Preparing Aloo Puri Recipe
Step 1:
Take all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix them well. First add Aloo, Coriander leaves, green chilies, asafoetida (thing), cumin seeds (jeera), red chili powder, coriander powder, amchur (dry mango) powder, salt to taste, and oil. Mix them well.
Step 2:
Make a stiff dough from the wheat flour and water by using the kneading method for the recipe shown in this video or described below. When making dough, it should not be too soft nor too hard, so adjust accordingly with a little extra flour or water.
Step 3:
Cover the dough with a damp cloth or lid and let it rest for about 25 to 30 minutes for the recipe.
Step 4:
Make small balls of dough (about 5 cm diameter each), press them gently with your palm, and flatten them by using a rolling pin (belan) for Aloo Puri Recipe.
Step 5:
Heat a Tawa or flat pan on medium flame and then place them on it, when one side becomes light brown in color, flip over with tongs to cook the other side of Aloo puri.
It is ready, you can serve it with your favorite curry or sabzi (curry of potatoes and peas). This Recipe is ready. It can be stored in a puri container (thali), which you can buy online or from shops to use later.
Tips:
Don’t let the dough dry out while rolling because it will break into pieces when you roll and it will taste like fried puri (fried Indian bread) for the recipe instead of Aloo Puri.
If the dough is under-cooked, will turn out soggy after Aloo Puri Recipe even after they cool down. To avoid it like that, This Recipe cooks medium flame and avoids higher flames. Dough is also cooked if you see small bubbles on Aloo puri after it which burst when you press them with Aloo puri tongs.
If the recipe turn out to be too hard and burst when you press them with tongs, then dough wasn’t stiff enough for the recipe. Adjust the quantity of flour accordingly in the the recipe next time
This recipe can be refrigerated for a few days
This recipe can also be deep-fried instead of shallow frying in pan.
Is it healthy?
This is deep-fried, and thus you cannot call it very healthy. Simply as it is prepared with all wheat flour, you can revel in these in a while. Aloo puris are made with whole wheat flour, boiled potatoes, Aloo puri spices, and Aloo puri oil. These Aloo puris also contain Aloo sabzi (curry of potatoes and peas).
Storage Suggestions
These taste excellent when labored hot, out of the hot oil. But if you yet have leftovers, cover them in the foil and store them in an airtight container. But let me tell you, they will not be as crispy and will turn soft. You can rewarm them in a microwave, oven, or air fryer.
It takes an Aloo puri container (thali) to store them. This can be served with Aloo sabzi or curries of your choice. It is a rich source of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber which makes the Aloo Puri Recipe very nutritious & healthy.
I will instead suggest you store the Aloo Puri Dough in an airtight container for about 2-3 days in the fridge. Take it out of the fridge and let it sit on the counter for 15 to 20 minutes. Prepare fresh Hot Puris and serve.

10 Ready-made aloo tikki ( frying at home)
1 Cucumber
2 Onion

100g Mini Tomato sauce ( or to taste)
100g Pasta sauce, burger sauce (or to taste)
50g Mustard sauce (or to taste)
100g Mayonnaise (or to taste)

Put a non sticky tawa on flam to warmup on low flame and cut one burger bun in two pieces and put the both pieces on non sticky tawa and bake it little, now apply pasta sauce on one piece and put your vegetables add seasoning now add two aloo tikki and add mustard sauce and add cheese slice on that  and again add vegetables and add seasoning now apply pasta sauce again on other piece of bun and bake it again of both side and your burger is ready.

Instructions to make Subway:
First make patty or tikkis by mixing aloo matar Gobhi & vegetable pulao & cornflour & make dough & make shape of tikkis & fry them or put in air fryer.
Make mayonnaise by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan grease some butter put subway bun in two half & cook them.
Now apply mayonnaise then one spinach leaf then cucumber,pizza pasta sauce,tikkis, onion, capsicum, Tabasco sauce, cheese slice, herbs.

as i mentioned earlier tikki recipes are generally made and served as street food snack. typically it is eaten with chaat recipes sauces like ragda, tamarind or green chutney but it can also be served as patties in between bread slices. i personally like it as patties in between burger slices or any sandwich slices. the main reason being it is so filling due to the use of potatoes and paneer in it. having said that in this paneer potato cutlet i have made a potato-based covering and stuffed the paneer masala grate inside it. well, you can attempt to have both mixed together and shape it like tikki. but due to the excess moisture within the paneer, you may not shape to the required one. hence i would not recommend it if you are making it for the first time.
furthermore, some more tips, suggestions and variations to a perfect aloo paneer tikki recipe. firstly, the moisture factor holds good for the boiled potatoes and not just for paneer. hence once the potatoes are boiled or pressure cooked, peel it and keep it aside. secondly, in this recipe, i have shallow fried with less oil for the healthy option. having said that you can also pan fry and also deep fry it for more crisp option. lastly, you can experiment the recipe by adding other boiled veggies with potato. you can add veggies like peas, carrot and beans to begin with.

INGREDIENTS
FOR ALOO MIXTURE:
2 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
1 chilli, finely chopped
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
¼ cup cornflour
½ tsp salt
FOR PANEER STUFFING:
1¼ cup paneer / cottage cheese, grated
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp mint / pudina, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
oil, for roasting
INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, in a large bowl take 2 potato boiled & mashed potato.
add 1 chilli, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp coriander, ¼ cup cornflour and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
now in another bowl take 1¼ cup paneer.
add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala.
also, add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint and ¼ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined. paneer stuffing is ready.
grease your hand with oil and pinch a ball sized aloo mixture.
flatten slightly making sure there is enough space.
now place a small ball sized prepared paneer stuffing in the centre.
wrap and seal the stuffing well.
now flatten slightly forming tikki.
heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame.
flip over once the base turns golden brown.
fry both sides until it turns golden brown and crisp.
finally, enjoy aloo paneer tikki with tomato sauce and green chutney.

Tikki Burger- A fusion snack recipe that combines Indian traditional chaat and Western fast food. Aloo tikki is most popular snack or street food, but I have made veggie Burger. Very simple reason for this, it’s healthy and full of nutritious. I have always tried different types of burgers using vegetables. A one version for you. It’s moist, super crispy from outside and soft inside. I would like to grill it in oven or shallow fry on pan instead of deep frying and it’s come out pretty. It’s always better option for calorie conscious person. Kids just love it a lot. Do try….. Cuisine.              International ( Indian version) Category.                               Snacks Cook time.                            10 min. Preparation.                          30 min. Total time.                             40 min. INGREDIENTS Burger buns.                          4 American cheese slices.     8 Tomatoes.                              2 White onion.                           1 American mustered Lettuce leaves.                       4 Salt.                                          As per taste Oil.                                           For shallow fry Cornflakes.                            1/4 cup Breadcrumbs.                        1 cup Cauliflower chopped.            1/2 cup Green peas.                             1/4 cup Spinach leaves.                       5-6 Garlic butter Pepper powder                        1 tsp Green chilies.                          4 Mayonnaise PROCEDURE Powder the cornflakes and keep in a bowl. Add finely chopped cauliflower, smashed boiled potato, half crushed green peas,chopped onion, crushed green chilies,finely chopped spinach leaves, salt and pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients and keep aside for 5-10 min.
To prepare bread crumbs,
remove the corners I.e. brown part of the bread and powered it in a mixie. Homemade instant bread crumbs are ready. Set aside in a plate.
Now make patty of the above mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs.
  Shallow fry all the patties on simmer, use few drops of oil. Make all patties crisp and golden brown in both the sides.
Arrange the Burger Take the Burger bun and slit into two rounds. Apply butter and toast in pan.

Take bottom part of the bun and apply mayonnaise, green and red chili sauce on it.
Place lettuce n celery on the bun. Keep the Patty.

Place cheese slice on it.On the second portion of the bun apply mayonnaise with some sauce, as per your choice. Adjust the quantity of  mayonnaise as per your taste. I am not placing lettuce or celery because my son doesn’t like it

Aloo Tikki Chaat is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is simple, it's fast, it tastes yummy. It's appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Aloo Tikki Chaat is something that I've loved my entire life.
To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have aloo tikki chaat using 14 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.
The ingredients needed to make Aloo Tikki Chaat:
{Take 3-4 of medium sized potatoes.
{Prepare 1/4 cup of grated carrots.
{Prepare 1/4 cup of boiled and crushed peas.

{Get 6-7 of coarsely grounded chilli.
{Get 1 inch of ginger.

Instructions to make Aloo Tikki Chaat:
Pressure cook potatoes. Don't immerse them in water while doing so. Keep them dry. Once done peel and mash them in a bowl..
Take oil in a pan and saute carrots and peas for a while. Once done, keep it aside..
Add all the dry and fresh spices and the sauted peas, carrots to the potato. Mix well..
Add rice flour. This should act as the binding. You could also use breadcrumbs instead..
Mix everything together. Taste it and add any other masala if required..
Make small patties out of the mixture..
Add oil to a pan to shallow fry the patties. While frying, press down the patty (don't care about ruining the shape!) with a spatula. This would make the patty crispier..
Put tikki on a plate and add mint chutney, imli chutney and sweet yoghurt. Also add something crunchy on top like sev, pomegranate or crushed papadi..
Garnish with coriander and little bit if chaat masala..
