“Theseus, honey!” Mrs. Scamander called from the staircase. Theseus, who had been watching TV in the living room that led to the staircase, looked up at her.
“Newt’s awake,” she smiled knowingly.
“Newt’s awake?!” Theseus stood up. “Yaaaay!” He ran up the stairs and tripped.
“Careful, honey!” Mrs. Scamander laughed.
Theseus picked himself up and straightened his clothes. He speed walked the rest of the way to Newt’s room and opened the door.
Newt, who was standing in his crib, turned towards the door. His lips curled into a big smile when he saw who was there.
“Hi, Newt!” Theseus said happily as he came closer to his baby brother, who giggled.
Theseus got the step stool that was next to the crib and positioned it in front of Newt. Theseus climbed on it and then looked at Newt.

Well guys… Here we are. At the start of a new Legend of Zelda adventure.
Well,… not totally new but I like that about it. I’m glad to be returning to Breath Of The Wild’s Hyrule. As the character Barnabas from ‘Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey’ would say… “There’s much to do and many new unknowns on the horizon.” This is what I love about video games. Especially open-world RPG games. You can go anywhere, do anything, and be whatever or whoever while doing it. Create the adventure you want to see and engage in. That’s what it’s all about. That’s what art/entertainment is all about. Creation.
I know the creators for ‘Tears Of The Kingdom’ intended this for this game most of all. I’m very excited to explore and learn the new mechanics for traversing the world that both feels familiar and new all at the same time. They made the right decision.
I love ‘Breath Of The Wild’ and I knew there was so much more I wanted to see from it and do in it. But for me to do that, it’d have to feel completely new to me. I tend to always want for nostalgia but originality at the same time. And it’s hard to do without conscious effort. Not to mention having producers and writers that are just as passionate about engaging in their creations and projects as they are in making money from it. That’s the big difference with Nintendo and it always has been the reason why I will always be a fan.
Now there’s nothing left to say. Time to play the game. I may write a review for it at some point. ☺️
