So, there I was, making my rounds in Texas, checking up on my properties. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I noticed that the grass at one of the properties was way too high. Turns out, there had been a miscommunication, and I hadn’t arranged for the lawn to be mowed in a while. The result? A citation from the city. Not exactly what I wanted to deal with on an already busy day! 😬
But here’s the thing—property management is all about juggling tasks and solving problems as they come. Instead of getting overwhelmed, I took a deep breath and decided to handle it right then and there. I still had a packed schedule, including an open house for my independent living facility in New Braunfels, and I hadn’t even had time to eat. But none of that mattered.
