I'm tipsy so that means it's time for a random hot take from Sloot:
Meet the Robinsons is a cinematic gem and should have been used as more of an inspiration in the Disney parks for EPCOT and Tomorrowland in particular. Goob is a fantastically designed villain and considering this was Disney's first foray into human character models for an entire film, it looks pretty damn good and holds up decently well. The twists aren't treated as SUPER shocking which is a nice change from shit like Frozen where the twist takes itself super seriously, and this movie is fucking hilarious. It helps that the villain is so incompetent because I love goofy villains, it's part of why Megamind is so charming as a character as well (and imo is the best Dreamworks film). MTR's art style fits perfectly with that kind of wacky futuristic vibe that Walt Disney adored, and while he was a really flawed man and kind of an asshole I think this film exemplifies some of the best parts of him as a person and that were he alive when it was released, he would have loved it. Oh and also as a child I had a crush on Wilbur AND Adult Goob ok byeeeeeee~

Since I got a good little handful of asks about it today, I wanted to pop in while I'm waiting on this file to send to my pc and say:
I think *most* artists absolutely value comments and support more than they let on. It's a little embarrassing to shout it from the rooftops, or at the very least a slight faux pas, but it's true. In truth, I've been extremely down lately, but logging in to see comments, reblogs, likes, tag comments or getting asks posing fun little questions offer a lot of cheer even when the gloom is hanging a bit heavy.
It's like, sure, I'm drawing ultimately for myself-- this comic/these characters are more self-indulgent than the most decadent fondue in existence, but I've also always wanted to work on a project like this when working on various other NDA projects for other people in the past. So the comments and engagement are far from a bother or annoyance, they mean the world to read, instead!
So, thank you!

boo hiss at the fact that i'm still masking for someone who is aware* (i get why it gave me glowing mousegirl but why GIRL. do i exhibit babygirl tendencies) but anyway why is it that the face from buckshot roulette doesn't wig me out but similar faces do... hmm
i guess it doesn't emulate my big "that's gonna get me in the night" fears and the game isn't scary (at least the way markiplier plays it, he's REALLY good) so who knows tbh.
my anxiety is too heightened for most horror games lately but i guess it's not really a horror game??? or, again, it's not with markiplier bc he's good. it's actually very grounding for me to play along. v fun.

The great part of being in multiple fandoms is when characters have the same names so when you see them out of context it becomes a guessing game of whose actually being mentioned.
Then the whiplash when you guessed wrong and get forcefully corrected.

My opinion on tanking (as a tank who always auto commendates healers) are very radical but not in the way that I subscribe to you pull you tank (I would not stand there and let people die, im not trying to make duties take longer) But if a healer pulls for me, they lose my commendation no matter what 😶
