In inverno ho bisogno di più giga...

Dal momento che spesso mi tocca usare lo smartphone come hotspot per collegarmi con il portatile, anche se sono in casa.

Questo perché, quando fa freddo, a Luna piace molto il calore emanato dal router. E, ogni volta che ci si accoccola sopra, preme il pulsante per disattivare il Wi-Fi.

Non potendo, ovviamente, scacciarla, collego il computer tramite lo smartphone finché non lascia libero il router.

A volte, prima di andare via, mi riattiva il Wi-Fi.

So Router's negative Remnant had an autoimmune reaction to Faith's positive remnant for 40+ years. No wonder he's always in a bad mood -- still, that helps explain why he degraded less over all that time. (Between that, and how Sydney H. is less Panther and more Router's “desperation” to hang onto the people he values + Bellarosa's 'help' and general vibe (yes, Alex got that too, but Sydney had more to fill in) it's a lot of patchwork.)

Aside from having become the thing he hates most (a ghost), yeah Router had an extra discomforting feel that had him more irritable than the others, which came from those fragments of Faith.

And since Faith's ghostly 'obsession' was to protect her friends and keep them 'whole', it blended really well into Router wanting to keep Panther close and encouraged him to admit at least to himself that he thought of Panther as a friend. He would've still tried to hold onto Panther's Remnant but he likely wouldn't have gone to the extent of pouring his own Remnant into him to try and patchwork him if not for those fragments influencing him to reach outside his comfort zone.

And yeah, Router held onto his humanity better compared to Lucian and Panther by the FNAF4 arc, and those pieces of the spirit lenses are more than likely the reason why.

Drucker druckt nicht, Teil 239

Der Drucker druckt nicht, sagt mein Mann und ich soll mal gucken, warum der Drucker nicht druckt. Das vergesse ich mehrere Tage lang, dann ist der Tag gekommen, an dem definitiv gedruckt werden muss, ich bin aber ratlos. Der Drucker ist an, leuchtet und meldet auch keinen Papiermangel oder ähnliches.

Aus einem völlig anderen Grund haben wir ein paar Tage vorher dem Router verboten, auf 5 GHz zu senden. Das fällt mir morgens ein, weil seitdem auch mein Internet im Arbeitszimmer für Videocalls katastrophal ist. Ich habe das bisher noch nicht in Zusammenhang gebracht, aber jetzt scheint mir da doch eventuell eine Verbindung zu sein. Ich erlaube dem Router also wieder, auf 5 GHz zu senden.

Dann kommt mein Mann hoch und erinnert mich noch mal daran, dass der Drucker nicht druckt. Ich frage nach, was denn als Fehlermeldung kommt. Nichts, sagt er und in dem Moment fällt ihm ein, dass es ja eventuell mit dem 5-GHz-Verbot zu tun haben könnten. "Hab ich heute morgen wieder eingeschaltet, weil meine Verbindung so grottig war", sage ich.

Mein Mann testet und jetzt druckt auch der Drucker wieder. Ich rate gar nicht davon ab, dem Router 5 GHz zu verbieten, aber wenn man das macht, sollte man es sich irgendwo sehr groß notieren, damit man sich nicht wundert, wenn auf einmal an irgendeiner komplett anderen Stelle Dinge nicht mehr funktionieren.
