Polls just closed, global has what appears to be a decent live broadcast. Here’s hoping for an NDP win!

Voters head to the polls on Monday to cast their ballots for who they want to lead the province for the next four years.

With the vote happening tomorrow, here is all you need to know about casting your ballot.

CTV News Regina and Saskatoon will be broadcasting special coverage of the results on television and online starting at 8 p.m. on Monday.

People can vote from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday. The location of your polling station can be found on your voter card.

what if the grim reaper is just a member of some supernatural species that develop to become Angels of Death that can retire after many years or be expelled of the community if they break some “Golden Rule”? What if one of these supernatural beings became a Soul Reaper and became obssessed with an human sim for some reason he can’t explain, watched her grow and admired how resilient and fierce she was despite how shitty was her life? He watched her falling in love with apparent “Mr. Right Guy” and being so happy that she was going to marry him, only to be left on the altar and having her heart broken by this fucking arrogant player guy. He felt her pain as he saw the tears rolling down her face, the guests shocked and everything ruined. He watched as the pain of rejection consumed her and started to shape her, and one day he was there to take the soul of her arrogant ex, stabbed to death by nothing more than herself. She had committed her first murder. She looked at this cloaked figure, not scared of him. And he looked at her, and felt her pain, her sorrow, her rage, her desesperation. He felt her trembling hands, her shaking legs, her crying eyes and the heaviness in her throat. He felt her like she was inside him, like she was a part of him. And she felt the same looking at him. And he watched her heart being broken again and again by different men, the judgement she faced becoming bigger, and her knife stabbing the life out of these sims who destroyed her while he reaped their souls and felt all of her feelings again and again. One day, she speaks to him for the first time - she asks him who him is and why is he always watching her. And he answers her, he’s a soul reaper and he does not know what connects him to her. He asks her if she feels the connection between them. She answers that yes, she does. He approaches her and touches her hand with his skelectic fingers, and she holds both of his skelectic hands. And they both feel each other as imaginary strings pull them togheter. He leans his face on her, and she finally sees whats behind the cloak. His face looks like a skull, but feels like a whole sim-human face. She kisses his thin, cold lips, but she feels warm inside. He kisses her and they hold each other fiercely. He picks her up and takes her to her bed, and kisses her goodnight. The next night, the things heat up - the kisses are more intense and planted in more parts of each others’ bodies. She gets to see how this mysterious being looks like without his cloak - human-resembling body, with some minor differences in the low-waist. His different sexual organ is not a big deal when the time comes - and he loves her with a love that heals her scars.

Time passes. It becomes obvious to her that her cloaked lover left her a present that grows in her belly and, although she is scared, she is also joyful. The baby develops healthily, at least it seems. He is born and named Nicholas - and she loves him deeply. She tries so hard to give her son everything he needs, but those were hard times she was passing. Rumours about her spread like the wind, and reached the child services - who believed that this child was better of in the care of a “normal” family. Has her bundle of joy was taken away, she just teared in two, not knowing where the hell had they taken HER kid, if he had been adopted, if he was happy. Years pass. She is getting old, and hasn’t seen her cloaked lover in a while. She gets married for the third time, and she is happy with her husband. She misses her kid, and she misses her lover - but this man makes her happy. But they are old, and soon, he dies. For the first time in the past years, she sees her cloaked lover again. She is not sure if he still loves her, as she is old and left their kid being taken away. But he does. And as he takes her husband’s soul to Sim Heaven, he kisses her once again. He decides to retire from his Soul Reaper function, and becomes her Guardian Angel. Later, he finds their son - everyone calls him “a Nervous Subject” now - and becomes his Guardian Angel too. And his life finally changes for the better. Another creature from that species has became the new Soul Reaper.

Exactly! I hear more about how they are suffering because "faRmInG Is hArD" when they can literally afford to buy half a million dollar equipment? They don't realize how blessed they actually are? And the backwater racism!

I'm so pissed at my province rn. There's so few major cities in SK and the town's and farmers don't really see the effects of poverty like the cities do and don't give a sh*t unless they lose their farm or the oil rigs close

Paghubog ng Kabataan

Hulyo 28 ng ako'y unang pumunta sa Comelec upang magparehistro sa darating na eleksyon para sa Sangguniang Kabataan. Excited ako. Alas syete ng umaga ay nandoon na ako para pumila. Di ko pinansin ang haba ng pila dahil pursigido akong makaboto.

Naghintay ako hanggang alas 4 ng hapon nung araw na iyon upang makapagrehistro lamang ngunit nadismaya ako sa aking mga nakita. Maaga pa kami doon upang makapagparehistro lamang ngunit marami kaming nakitang mga taong dinadala lamang sa harapan, pinapa-insert. Ang sabi nila, meron daw kasi silang kilala. Ah ganun na pala ang usad ng pagparehistro ngayun? Dapat may kilala?

Nakita ko rin kung gaano naimpluwensiyahan ang iba kong mga kakilala sa takbo ng pulitika. Ang dati kong kakilala na nahalal na SK Councilor noon ay present sa registration. Isa pala sila sa nagpapainsert ng mga taga barangay namin sa pila. At ang kapalit? Ipapakilala ka nila sa kanilang pinapatakbo para sa SK. Hindi lang 'yan, may libreng snacks pa. Morning at afternoon snacks, kumpleto. May libreng lunch pa. At alam niyo na kung ano ang kapalit. Pakilala na naman sa kanilang kandidato.

Ganito na lang ang pagkadismaya ko sa ibang kabataan ngayon. Ano ba talaga ang layunin ninyo sa pagtakbo sa SK? At kung tayo ang pag-asa ng bayan, bakit natin sinusunod ang gawain ng mga pulitko? Ng mga tradisyonal na pulitiko. Itaguyod natin ang ating dignidad. Iwasan nating matulad tayo sa mga taong gahaman sa posisyon. Wastuhin ang kalabisan. Umpisahan ang pagbabago ng pulitika ngayon. Baguhin ang iyong pananaw at dapat nating isipin na mas makakatulong tayo kung hindi natin iniisip ang ating sarili at hindi tayo magpapadikta sa tradisyonal na pulitika.

My coworker said today that even the most conservative of SK is socialist at heart 😒 but that just strait up isn't true. Her theory is that the NDP screwed up so bad noone wants to give them a chance again. That is is more true. The saskparty did come in and change some things for the better, but sacrificed some other very important things as well.

I just see the huge inequalities in our province and know that the saskparty isn't interested in fixing those. Our whole country is on the brink of a huge change in social dynamics, but both provincially and federally people are to wrapped up in their own woes to even try and help the little guys.

And it doesn't help that cost of living is just stupid high everywhere.

Expat in Ireland here. What happened in SK that made the NDP so weak? Apologies is that's too broad a question for a simple answer, but while I do my best to follow what's going there I've missed a lot. e.g. the Saskatchewan party didn't even exist when I emigrated.

Well basically the NDP used to win on and off for decades until the Conservatives and Liberals merged their parties to create the Sask Party, specifically to stop the NDP from forming government.

As well Saskatchewan has only gotten more Conservative as time has gone on particularly, since the boom of their oil industry (which isn’t all that different to how Alberta ended up where it is now).
