Your words give Jotaro pause. Hiding his feelings...? He thought he was being obvious — how he always had an open spot next to him saved just for you, and how he would go out of his way to make sure you were taken care of. An extra bottle of water tossed your way, a piece of fruit shoved into your hand, an extra blanket during cold nights...

Jotaro had never been good with words. The best way he knew how to show someone that he cared about them was through his actions. He could appreciate your blunt words, but not the idea that you thought he'd been hiding his feelings this whole time. And yet, the thought of putting his feelings into words makes his stomach twist in a way it only did during situations where he felt like he didn't know the script. Still, he couldn't just ignore you.

Jotaro grunts, and pulls his hat down over his eyes. He wants to look at you, but when he tries, the words just won't come. So, he turns away and hopes that you don't see the flush on his cheeks. "You really don't get it? Yare yare daze..." Jotaro takes a chance to peek out under the brim of his hat and watches as your eyes widen. "I'm not... hiding them." In the chance you take his words the wrong way, he steels himself to continue. "I do like you."

Jotaro hears your little gasp and finally wills himself to tilt his hat back up, meeting your gaze. The smile on your face is just as radiant as ever. He's unsure what to do next and averts his gaze while he waits for your response.

Jotaro feels it when you step forward, hyper-aware of your presence. But when it's you, he notes... He doesn't mind it. His worry about what to say or do next is wiped away when you finally speak up.

"Thank you for telling me, Jotaro. I like you too." Your words make the tension in Jotaro's shoulders drop. They're simple and comforting - no expectations were hidden in them. Yet when it came to you, Jotaro thinks he wouldn't mind...

What the future holds is a mystery to him. But with you by his side, he would be ready to face it.

NO MATTER HOW VIGILANT they would remain on their journey, it was near impossible at times to identify an ENEMY STAND USER from anyone else in the crowd. Much like them, they would normally blend all too well amongst all these poor, innocent bystanders... And so, Itsuki could only count her blessings that she was still alive, having survived yet another target on her head since joining the CRUSADERS. Especially when most of these enemies held NO HESITATION whatsoever, when it came to KILLING for their beloved LORD DIO.

Itsuki would try her best not to panic, as she did her best to give the others enough time to reach her. Her Stand GO JUNIOR, GO SENIOR! would put up a valiant fight, as it did its best to keep her safe from the enemy's attacks. But before she could conjure up another ice shield between them, the last one that she had up would shatter to complete pieces. The impact of this one even sending her flying back, as all she could do was cry out...

Only to be caught in the strong arms of @stardstschlar himself! ... Talk about arriving in the NICK OF TIME!

Save for a couple of scratches and bruises, Itsuki had to admit that she hadn't done too badly. Especially when compared to the unfortunate souls that had gotten in the way of this cruel stand user.

With numerous bodies strewn between them and the person in question, it was a horrific scene. One that Itsuki barely had time to let sink in, not when she had been fighting for her life earlier. She only wish she had detected the stand user sooner, so that such casualties could have been avoided. And sadly now was not the time to mourn for them. Not until this EVIL SOUL was taken down, once and for all!

I love trans Jotaro because it implies either every afab Joestar is built to be a mammoth and Holly is just an outlier OR Jotaro's body got one singular crumb of extra testosterone, was like 'Let's fucking gOOO', pulled out All the Joestar genes and he doubled in size in a single week

So, this is entirely because of a lovely conversation I had with some friends on a JJBA server: Eileen during the Lovers chapters.

From what we're given in canon Steely Dan is much more of a talker than a down and out fighter (at least as himself, not his stand), this could perhaps be taken advantage of!

Eileen stays behind with Jotaro, she can't exactly help Pol, Kak or Joseph, and she can focus on making sure Jotaro doesn't punch Dan's lights out.

Eileen is still rather anxious, Dan is very intent on humiliating Jotaro and she's scared he'll do the same to her. Why not, she doesn't want Joseph to die either, right? But she's still determined to distract Dan.

E: So is Dan your last name? Middle?

S.D: Don't be ridiculous, you think a mercenary would actually give someone their legal name?

E: Then why choose it?

S.D: I mean, my first name is Danyal.

E: Oh that's nice. Is that to make things easier? What about 'Steely' where did you get that?

It keeps the attention off of Jotaro, but Dan can tell she's nervous, not genuinely interested, etc. On top of that, Dan can test boundaries: can he use Eileen as a way to humiliate Jotaro, what type of person is Jotaro: would he be alright with Dan making her cry? Goad him in some sort of way?

I can't really speak to the extent or what exactly the humiliation would entail, but he certainly snatches her choker - threatens to destroy it (cut it up? dump it in the river?):
