Yeah yeah okay so the basis for the fic is bart’s solo series, Impulse 1995. it’s 89 issues and is a straight up masterpiece, like honest contender for my fav comic of all time. it ran alongside flash vol 2 (1987) which was the flash ongoing at the time and it’s also a phenomenal run that is so so dear to me but it is also LONG AF so be warned😂 I would absolutely recommend both though. bart’s introduction issue is Flash #91, and he appears in pretty much every issue until #101 which is where his impulse series starts so you might want to read those first before jumping over to impulse to get some context & backstory!
