I’m still so mentally ill over the whole Luffy refusing to eat unless it’s Sanji’s food thing. Like. We KNOW how fucking feral over food Luffy is. He loves food and loves eating so much that he steals it off other people’s plates and out of their hands and is so impatient when it comes to meals that he’ll literally try and sneak into the kitchen to mooch before it’s ready. Or he’ll try to break into the refrigerator. I know Sanji mentioned putting a lock on it at some point bc Luffy literally wiped it clean. He will not hesitate to eat other people’s portions or literally an entire meal meant for a whole ship of people! He’s unbelievably selfish when it comes to food and that’s just SUCH a central part of his character that it’s become almost endearing. Even in Totto Land Luffy didn’t think for a second before devouring everything in sight, including an entire fucking HOUSE, regardless of the consequences or the people it might affect. Homie did not care!! He’s food driven first and foremost!!!

Until Sanji leaves him. Until he decides that eating—something that he loves and brings him comfort—isn’t WORTH it unless it’s Sanji’s food he’s eating. It’s been shown that Luffy has zero self restraint when it comes to food so the fact that he was SURROUNDED by food on all sides on a food themed island and utterly refused to partake in any of that? Even though he hates being hungry and will always make eating a priority over pretty much anything else?? The amount of willpower it must have taken for him to sit there and purposefully let himself starve, for SANJI. Even when food was offered to him conveniently (in the form of syrup rain) he stubbornly rejected that. Because it wasn’t Sanji’s food. Because it wasn’t Sanji who made it, who always puts so much thought and care into the food he makes, who always indulges Luffy and prepares extra because he knows how much Luffy eats and how much he loves to eat. Luffy literally took one of the most defining traits he has and tossed it out the window. For Sanji. I’m going to fucking blow up

Hi! Random headcanon of mine i thought you'd like

While watching the show i noticed that while all the boys are spread out starfish style when they sleep, Sanjis usually curled up on his side with one arm under his head and the other to jis chest

So ofcourse one of the reasons for this sleeping habit is protection and habit from his childhood but i also like to think that he's a bit of a cozy bug with that he lovess the be covered in all kinds of soft blankets that only his face or top of his head is really visible, and roll up as tight as possible (do i do this? Maybe maybe)

Also combines with that other people (cough luffy, zoro, ace, sabo and many more cough) are total cuddle bugs who will latch on the nearest object of warmth... Yeahh cozy vibes are good

That's so fucking good, thank you for catching that! That makes everything hurt so much worse! Sanji who curls up tight, not only for protection but also to conserve his warmth. So does Sanji absolute cocoon in himself in as many blankets as he can? Yes. Does it matter he can set himself on fire? No. Sanji is forever cold. Look at them going to Egghead, he was freezing despite the fact he can be on fire!

Also Sanji is so fucking touch starved? Tell me he's not. So like clearly he's finding all these warm bodies starfished around the Merry or the Sunny and rolls his eyes as he finds his own place to sleep, he could go to his bunk but without the others it's too quiet, so he'll curl up somewhere on deck and fall asleep. So let's go through the list of his boyfriends and what they do when they find their boyfriend curled up somewhere!

-Luffy will just fall on top of Sanji making the blond wake up and glare at him. Luffy just passes out instantly instead of acknowledging what he's done.

-Zoro will take the cook and put him in his bunk/hammock. Or to his quarters and lay the cook beside him, sometimes he wakes up to cook grabbing him like an octopus.

-I fully believe in Sanji will seek out Ace if they're dating because he's warm and curl up around the guy. He's gotta be so fucking warm. Ace is nicer than luffy and lays next to the cook instead of on. Sanji will find the heat and burrow into it.

-Sabo wears like eight layers already so he will shed like five layers to lay them on his boyfriend. Or if Sabo has eaten the fruit he will curl up around the cook in order to infuse as much heat as he can into the guy.

-Law sleeps exactly like Sanji. They don't touch and they are so cold. Bepo and Robin will put blankets on them.

I love how in the manga/anime the zoro sanji rivalry mostly doesn’t have a reason behind it and they just started arguing one day based on bad vibes alone, but in the live action it’s because they’re both fighting over who gets to be luffy’s specialist boy. I know what you two are.

•°♤°• Before anything, before anything else. God!Sanji was already married to God!ASL before the way of the universe. Luffy just calling Sanji his husband while his other crewmates thinks he's joking (Except Robin/Zoro). Whitebeard Pirates thinking Ace is bluffing about having a husband or wife. The Revolutionary Army just make Sabo thinking that they believe him, but they don't (Koala/Dragon thinks he was like that when they found him).

Hilarious. Zoro taking what Luffy says at face value, sure he's married to the cook, sure. Fine. No one else agrees with and calls Luffy a liar and Sanji isn't exactly helping his case by laughing and saying he's so lucky Zeff didn't hear him say that. Robin also accepting this immediately because of how they act. She just smiles and watches them. Luffy cares deeply for all his crew, he'd shown that to her first hand in Ennies Lobby but there's something different about Sanji and she can't help but ask when they got married. Luffy is sitting on his swing and he's thinking about it hard because time has never meant much to him, even the void century. After a minute he finally says 'well it was a really long time ago, during our first lives!' which gives Robin another clue to Luffy not being just any human, devil fruit user or not.

Ace, during his time captive probably, just says at somepoint his spouse is going to fucking kill him. Teach and Marco choke on their drinks outside the cell and ask what the fuck that means! He's eighteen! What do you mean married? When he joins the crew White Beard asks him about his spouse and Ace just gives him that dumb, soft smile and says they're the best. No one believes him, no one. Then at Marineford when Ace is using his godly form he tells the fucking Navy they're really lucky it's just him and Luffy as the crew freaks out again.

Sabo telling Dragon, Koala, and Hack all about his spouse and how they used to dance all the time starting at like thirteen and they're just telling him they believe him. Then Kuma obviously just knows because he worships Nika and everything and he just pulls Sabo aside and asks if he has his memories from before the army and Sabo says no but he remembers his spouse and his brothers from before this life and Kuma is like 'as the moon?' and Sabo is like 'yep' and they leave it at that.
