yeah!! hehehe

so the players are astumu, bokuto, hinata, and sasuka, it was supposed to be like, a chill way to pass time in the dorms during lockdown but it was NOT!!!!! bc we all know how monopoly goes

sasuka is the iron, atsumu is the boot, bokuto is the racecar (after losing the little dog to hinata, whos got killer puppy dog eyes, especially for his mentor. how was he supposed to say no to his disciple!?!?!?!)

hinata and bokuto were the first two knocked out, hinata first, after the first hour, sasuka already had hotels and hinata does not know any gaming strats unfortunately, bokuto lasted as long as he did bc he was taking pictures of the board and getting help from akaashi who reached out to kuroo for help who reached out to kenma for help. he lost bc kenma had to stream and wasnt able to provide answers anymore

that left sasuka and atsumu. it was a blood bath. after the first day, inunaki started posting updates about the game on the msby twitter ("its *technically* a jackals game, captain!!")

hinata did an Instagram live of one of sasukas and atsumu trade deals. it got heated so the live starts in the middle of atsumu calling sasuka an extortionist and a greedy pig and sasuka shoots back "win or die, miya." and the camera turns to bokuto whos eating popcorn and watching this like its a tv drama and then hinata reveals w his camera work that they were fighting over the last railroad. there is no controlling the fighting.

sasuka wins, fortunately no fights get physical bc astumu lunged for sasuka and he kicked bokuto on accident and felt soooo bad about it bc it split his lip and bokuto laughed it off but tsumu was crying about it and monopoly got banned from the household, adriah took it to the alley and burned it in a trashbin, he posted a picture with the caption "here's to a good night's sleep"

At the age of 29 years old, Atsumu bites his tongue as he watches Kiyoomi—no, Sakusa—striding towards him. His lazy eyes are flaring with interest, and Atsumu wonders if there is still love in there, if he searches longer.

They talk at the same time.

“It’s been a while.” That’s Atsumu. Five years, he doesn’t say it.

“What happened to your hair?” That’s Sakusa.

Atsumu absentmindedly touches his pink pastel strands. His face flushes. “It’s a dare,” he tries to explain. “Uh.”

Atsumu can’t see Sakusa’s smile, but the corners of his eyes are crinkled.

“You can tell me about it later,” he says and sits on the chair. Atsumu lets his eyelids droop at the word later, because it sounds a lot like a promise.

OIKAWA

☁ He’s definitely milking the height difference, and he’s such a huge tease and annoying about it—using your shoulder as his personal armrest at random stops, accidentally setting things on high shelves on purpose and plays dumb. “Oh bummer, how did that get up there?” You see through his terrible acting and get him back by hiding things in the bottom drawer or cupboards. He later complains about grandpa backaches and calls it truce. 

☁ Sometimes he forgets that you’re so smol and tiny he accidentally leans on you a little too much (when you’re acting as his personal armrest), that you can’t carry his weight and consequently lose your balance and tip over like a fallen glass vase. He has this moment of panic where he goes “Oh my GOD, how dare I??” and treats you to endless amounts of crepes to make up for it since he feels bad. 

☁ You developed a habit of stealing his shirts and wearing it to sleep at night, because even though it’s quite huge and roomy...it’s sooo comfortable and smells like him *uwu*. He can’t stop gushing about it and snaps pictures behind your back when you’re preoccupied with something or when you’re fast asleep like the adorable angel that you are. Little does he know, you both now share his wardrobe. 

USHIJIMA

☁ He hadn’t thought that your short stature would cause a tiny hindrance to your first shared kiss, because when he leaned down to gently kiss your lips, he missed and ended up smooching your nose. Ushijima.exe has stopped working. He was extremely embarrassed afterward because that was not how he imagined it would go in his mind (like at all!!) But you thought it was cute, and stretched up to your tippy toes to peck his cheek to hopefully calm him down.

☁ Throughout your relationship, he found undeniably cute quirks when it came to dating you—you jumping into his arms after he emerges victorious was quite something else, and the way you fit perfectly in his embrace that allows him to rest his chin on top of your head felt nice. These are some of the simpler moments that he mindfully cherishes because it’s sweet and intimate, and he doesn’t know when he’ll get to experience that again. 

☁  For someone being tol and is typically the bigger spoon, he occasionally indulges in resting his head on your chest or torso for a much needed cuddle-therapy. He just needs some attention and sweet affection after a particular rough day, and he adores the way your fingers comb through his hair or trace perfect hearts and his name along his unblemished skin. He becomes so incredibly soft for you because you think he’s asleep when he’s actually not. 

SAKUSA

☁ Much to your surprise, he’s your go-to when you need a little assistance by borrowing his height for hanging up decorations during the holidays and he has no problems carrying you on his shoulders. He doesn’t trust ladders because there’s the off-chance that the screw may go unhinged and you could end up with a concussion. He doesn’t want to take that risk (even though it’s unlikely and he’s being overprotective), but he cares so much about you and wants you to be safe if he can help it. 

☁ Another reason why he despises crowded areas besides the germs circulating through the dense area, he discovered that it was impossible to find you...anywhere! When he somehow lost you at a festival that you convinced him into going, he’s t e r r i f i e d and triggered and promises that he’s never going to let go of your hand ever again to avoid this unsettling predicament from occurring once more.

☁ He unintentionally finds it so adorable that whenever you’re having a minor disagreement, you feel compelled to stand on something—a couch, table, or a chair—so that you’re the one towering over him. He can’t take you seriously from there and feigns mocking surrender, concluding the small dispute between you two because you have won him over with your righteous cuteness.

OKOK BUT SASUKA!! that man can only have girls change my mind skndgosidgn. hes that careful and calculated dad, and growing up his 3 girls knew that they'd be shallow to get things through their looks or body because he taught them morals and stuff. but by the time they hit high school they all blew up on tiktok for different reasons, and then just imagine kiyoomi realizing that millions of people know the faces of his girls (something he was hoping to avoid honestly sngosidgns)

sakusa is such a great dad omg when they were babies he was so gentle with them bc he was so afraid, his girls were all so small!! and he lets them play dress up and tea parties with him and they always put kid makeup on him with little tiaras and they love to try to braid his hair. and at night when you all finally go to bed, one by one his little girls used to come ask ask if they could sleep with him and so it’s ends up being all 5 of you in one bed and sakusa always ends up with and elbow to his rib and a foot into his knee and another foot above his head but he literally wouldn’t change it for the world alfhslah

a/n: AHH this is the first time I’ve ever written for Kiyoomi so i tried to implement his personality the best i could😭 are you sure you’re not a masochist hmm sus. oh and the middle is a bit abrupt cause i tried to make it as short as I could but clearly this isn’t short-

Kiyoomi wasn’t one to approach people; you knew that, in fact everybody knew. Being a volleyball player, he was naturally popular amongst people and everyone always had something to say when it came to him but it was never a negative comment in sight. The girls adored him, if only his determination towards the sport wasn’t important to him, then, perhaps they’d stand a chance.

What nobody ever noticed was the slightest hint of glimmer in those pitch black orbs that always seemed to appear when you’re around. He never approached you because he was too afraid he’d lose you to volleyball. But not everything lies in our hands, just like the weather. Kiyoomi was late to school that day and had forgotten his umbrella. You offered to help and he’d accepted because the amount of germs he’d get in contact with if he doesn’t have an umbrella over his head is far more than being with you. On your walk he finally made the decision to ask you out and you accepted.

It was the first relationship he’d ever been in and he loved every single aspect of you. From your beautiful hair to the way your eyelashes flickered. Boy was he love-sick. You both would spend almost every day together. You’d stay at practise with him after school, make sure his determination doesn’t get the best of him and he doesn’t overwork himself while he’d bring you flowers (sprayed with anti-germ spray of course), walk you to school, let you wear his jersey at matches. Those were honestly the best few months you’d had.

Tournaments were round the corner so naturally, Kiyoomi got busy. He’d be at the campus court all the time with the team, tired from all the practise and longed to get to you. He loved the way you played with his hair and traced circles around his moles. It comforted him in ways one could never imagine. It would wash out all the stress.

They say high school love is the kind that only lasts in movies. In the moment, it all looks like things will never go downhill and it’ll last for years to come. As long as you both can endure all the fights, bring out the best in each other and learn to compromise love will always win. Love- a four letter word that’s perceived in so many ways; it's a complex of emotions and behaviours. We subconsciously give it so much power over our lives that at one point it becomes a part of the oxygen we need to breathe.

You felt your oxygen begin to slip as Kiyoomi’s mood started to shift. He’d hardly call or text, even less than the few you’d normally receive. All you ever got from him was a ‘good morning’ or a ‘I’ll see you later I promise’. You knew something was up, and not the good kind.

Sasuka really tried. He tried to look at you the way he once did, with love. He tried holding you close, taking you out but nothing, he felt nothing at all. Your relationship could overcome all obstacles, the both of you knew it, but how will an ever so one-sided love not eventually cease to exist. Kiyoomi knew you were important to him but he didn’t feel the affection he once felt anymore. He didn’t want to be the one to hurt you so he did what he thought he knew was the next best thing and started avoiding you. He also knew you wouldn’t back down this easily. Before Kiyoomi knew it he was backed up into the corner of the janitor's room.

“What is up with you,” you asked clearly not in the mood

‘Nothing I’m just busy,’ and he tried to walk away

“KIYOOMI STOP,” the raven head stood dead stil, “Talk to me...please” a hint of tiredness in your voice.

He was silent for a while ‘Y/n i-’ he started hesitating ‘I don't think I can make this work. The butterflies I once used to feel when you were around now no longer flutter in the walls of my stomach.’ He went quiet again trying to find the words, ‘I know I feel something but I don’t think it’s love anymore. I think I’ve fallen out… out of love.’

His words struck a sharp arrow straight to your heart, each and every part of your body stinging with pain. You’d have to let it all go. The way he kissed you, the way he held your waist when he pulled you in, the way he brushed off your hair and told you how beautiful you are. He was asking you to give up on the life you’d thought you would have with him. Your body felt weak, these thoughts were too much, this was all too much to accept at once.

Kiyoomi watched you fall to the ground as your legs gave in. His heart ached from the pain he knew he’d caused you.

You were never going to forget him. You would always love those pitch black eyes and would always search for someone with the same warm smile of his. You knew this was something you’d never get over and suffer nights alone when all the pain comes rushing in. You’d never be able to give your whole heart to someone again.

“I wish I could unlove you. I wish I knew the future so I’d never offer you an umbrella. I know this is the end but I still can help but hope we meet again one day when I’d be equivalent to the love you give to volleyball, maybe spare some for me. Maybe one day we’d be right for each other and your love for me would make its way back to you again. But that’s not today is it? I want to be able to despise you, to shout at you and scream my lungs out till my throat aches. But I can’t because I could never unlove you.” There was a faint smile plasterer onto your lips while your eyes ached.

Kiyoomi felt so much guilt and you continued before he could speak. “So I hope you find happiness and I find mine in return. I hope someone loves me the way you once did. But I know my heart will never stop looking for you. It may be selfish of me or maybe I’m asking for too much now but I really want it to be you and me against the world in the end no matter how long it takes, no matter how impossible it sounds.’ And with that you couldn’t hold it in anymore and you ran out of there. Kiyoomi was left alone standing there with shame in his eyes. His mind was numb. ‘I’m sorry…’ he let out in a whisper.

a little introduction

- hello! i’m starnova. i write fanfiction/headcannons about various anime characters. my most common theme if not all will be x reader. this will certainly be an 18+ blog.

- i’m most likely not going to post very often for a while. once i get in the hang of my schedule, i’ll write frequently.

- some of the characters i am comfortable writing for not limited to: sasuka kiyoomi, sebastian michaelis, miya atsumu, kei tsukishima, dabi, tomura shigaraki, kai chisaki, L, undertaker, hisoka morow, illumi zoldyck, feitan portor, levi ackerman

- as you can most likely tell from the characters listed, many of my stories will have dark yandere themes, and i’d be surprised if all weren’t sub/dom related. i’m quite uncomfortable writing from a dominant’s perspective so do not expect to see a domaint reader.
