Rasslor
The intergalactic bully known as Rasslor traveled from world to world in his insatiable quest to prove himself the greatest champion of the entire cosmos. Every world Rasslor would come to would be forced to provide its greatest fighters under the threat of planetary destruction. Said fighters would then face off against Rasslor in the ring, all doomed to fall under his seemingly peerless skills and might as a wrestler.
When Rasslor came to Earth, there were many champions who heralded the call for challenge. This included the Justice Friends who were each swiftly defeated. Rasslor was displeased with he champions Earth had to offer and things looked quite grim indeed. Only the heroic Dial M for Monkey remained.
Initially, Rasslor refused to fight Monkey, perceiving him as an unworthy adversary; that it was beneath him to battle a simple primate. Yet Monkey would not take no for an answer and ultimately proved himself a formidable challenge for Rasslor.
Not even the mighty Monkey could defeat Rasslor. Yet he refused to give up. Every time Rasslor knocked Monkey down, the heroic chimp got back up. Not even the wrestler’s most devastating moves could knock Monkey down for the count.
Rasslor was greatly impressed. Monkey possessed honor, moxie and an indomitable will; his was the heart of a champion. The mighty wrestler was not defeated, yet his need for a challenge had been met. As such he chose to spare the Earth.
Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage provided the voice for Rasslor with the space-faring wrestler appearing in the second episode of the first season of Dexter's Laboratory, airing on May 4th, 1996.

everyone saying they want steve to have hobbies? Well guess what, he DOES and they are WWE wrestling and bedazzling.
He religiously watches WWE, knows all the intro themes for all his favourites and practices the moves with anyone that will let him (Eddie, Lucas and Gareth). He has a WWE themed party for his birthday and EVERYONE has to dress up.
Which is EXACTLY where bedazzling comes in to play because he makes everyone costumes. He also bedazzled everything El owns at her request and a skull on to the back of Eddie’s leather jacket.

Heroes & Villains The DC Animated Universe - Paper Cut-Out Portraits and Profiles
Hawk & Dove
Hank and Don Hall were two brothers tasked by the mystical Lords of Chaos and Order to work as their conduits in the human realm. The brothers were transformed into Hawk and Dove, both possessing greatly enhanced physical attributes, including super speed, strength and durability. Each were additionally able to tap into the collective sensations of peace and conflict. Hawk could cause others to become lost in aggression and blinding fury; whereas Dove could bring about calm and a tempered quelling of anger.
Hawk and Dove were recruited in the Justice League following the Thanagarian invasion. Wonder Woman asked the pair to accompany her on a mission to address a flare up in the conflict of the war-torn nation of Kaznia. It turned out that Ares, the Greek god of war, had come to Kaznia with The Annihilator (a mystical suit of armor built by Hephaestus that was fueled by the hatred and aggression of mortals). Ares had hoped the Annihilator would cause the two factions of Kaznia to tear each other apart in the great sport of war.
Hawk and Wonder Woman did their best to stop The Annihilator and minimize casualties, while Dove discovered the Annihilator’s weakness. He was able to determine the armor would ostensively run out of fuel if the people in its vicinity stopped fighting. Dove was able to convince those around them to throw down their arms and stood undefended and unwilling to fight in front of the approaching Annihilator. The gambit proved successful and the armor powered down and became inert.
The waring factions of Kaznia agreed to a temporary cease fire and the Annihilator was confiscated by the Justice League for safe keeping. His plans dashed, an enraged Ares left promising to return and sew further chaos.
Hawk and Dove were voiced by actors Fred Savage and Jason Hervey respectively. The two heroes first appeared in the premiere episode of Justice League Unlimited, ‘Initiation.’
