Profiles in Villainy
Dr. Doofenshmirtz
Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz (better known as Dr. Doofenshmirtz, or simply Doofenshmirtz) is an evil scientist hailing from the country of Drusselstein. He is the head of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, and he tends not to be evil in the traditional sense, but rather overly dramatic, eccentric and generally clueless. His usual lair is an office building that he apparently owns, though he's worked from other locations when necessary for his plans.
Doofenshmirtz attempts to wreak generally "evil" havoc and assert his rule across the entire Tri-State Area. Despite true dedication to this mission, nearly all of his schemes have been thwarted by his nemesis Perry the Platypus. Doofenshmirtz has become so accustomed to this dynamic that he tends to feel empty or even upset on those few occasions where Perry does not stand in his way.
The cad is voiced by Dan Povenmire and first appeared in the debut episode of Phineas and Ferb, airing on August 17th, 2007.

The Memory Cures: Meet the Villains
The Last Ones: A group of villains determined to eliminate the last of those who trapped them in the town, and all of the joy and delight they created. Every member hates the precure with a passion and seeks to eliminate them and everything they ever stood for. They're seeking a legendary weapon, the arrow of time so they can wipe the precure from history. On a smaller scale, they eliminate memories of items or events (or actual items) to make people miserable or sad (counter to what the precure have built up). Typically the item affected will become the last item of its kind, and also the monster of the week the precure need to defeat.
That item is also something that usually brings joy. (the memory cures are about finding joy, and making happy memories)
The villains:
Koori (ice powers) is determined to capture the last fairy in the town.
Nightshade (sleepy pollen and flowers) is determined to stop time. The last tomorrow.
Menace is determined to have the last laugh. Making people miserable. First and weakest of the villains.
Vengeance (Jeff)(fire powers) is determined to wipe out the last precure.
Apparent leader.
Memory is determined to wipe out the last emotion, the pain from her memories. (Cure Memory gets her own magic backfired on her, losing her memories. She is ‘saved’ and recruited by the Last Ones, ending up fighting against her former team. She always knows that something is not quite right, but Kao-san leads her to blame that on her former teammates.)
And Kao-san is plotting quietly under it all to eliminate the last barrier stopping them from unleashing raw chaos across all time.
There’s a lot of ‘the last time’ claims bandied around by the villains. The Cures make comments about this, especially when it’s the fourth time they have had a ‘final’ battle with the same general that month.
Typically the villian turns up to steal something away, or is stealing something away and the precure turn up to stop them. They summon the monster, the cures transform and fight, beat the monster and restore it and the memories, and the villain leaves, cursing the precure once again.
On a separate note, I can see one of the villains making the mistake of stealing away all the teddy bears and cuddly toys out of existence once, at which point Mirai and Riko spontaneously Manifest and kick the crap out of said villain until Mofurun and the rest of the cuddly toys reappear. Then they (maho girls) disappear off again. Villain is just left behind on the floor like wtf just hit me?, and the Memory cures aren’t exactly sure what just happened either except that two teenaged witches just appeared out of nowhere and beat up the villain. They just kinda...leave the villain to it. They're not going to fight them today.
Memory wiping the memory of how to make chocolate filled pastries or sweets is also a sure-fire (and probably the quickest) way to bring the entire precure roster together to defeat her. I can just imagine Nagisa waking up, learning that the chocolate cornets are gone, and immediately being on the warpath.

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

"people show their true colours in life threatening situations" no, they show you what they act like when they're mortally terrified, an emotion notorious for literally turning your entire brain off to the point where people who go into those situations as a profession need to be literally trained on how to not have that happen

Top-Tier Villain Motivations
They will be safe. It doesn't matter who else or what else burns as long as They will be safe.
I will be safe. The hunger and the cold will never touch me again.
Fuck any bitch who's prettier(/cooler/better-liked/better at making dumplings) than me.
Yes, Master
Love me. Love me. Love me. Love me. LOVE ME!
I know the terrible things these so-called "heroes" will do if I don't stop them (<- is absolutely wrong)
I don't want a better future, I want a better past!
No other way to get performance art funded these days

Profiles in Villainy
The Kaonashi
Sometimes known as ‘No Face,’ The Kaonashi is a denizen of the spirit realm possessing tremendous and destructive powers. It devours other spirits and can absorb their emotions into his own soul, causing him to take on their attitudes, especially negative ones.
When The Kaonashi happened upon the lost human girl, Chihiro, he followed her around, attracted by her feelings of loss. Chihiro had been made a servant at the spirit bathhouse and when she inadvertently offended Kaonashi, the dark spirit went on a destructive rampage.
He ended up trashing much of the bathhouse, consuming everything and thus transforming into a massive inky blob. He only stopped after Chihiro offered him a dumpling which caused The Kaonashi to regurgitate everything he had eaten. With all of the gluttonous, greedy, and wrathful influences out of his system, he returned to a docile, calm state, showing remorse for his actions. He followed Chihiro to the good witch Zeniba's house.
When Chihiro prepares to leave, Zeniba requests that The Kaonashi stay with her as a helper and stay away from the negative influences of the Bathhouse that could set him off again. The spirit agrees, and stays with her as a humble and kind servant.
Though he never truly speaks, his moans and coos were performed by Akio Nakamura in the Japanese version, and Bob Bergen in the English dub version. No Face The Kaonashi appears in the 2001 animated feature, Spirited Away.
