Met at Howdy's birthday party (his parents, Latter, and Seeya came to visit)

They hit it off great and became pen pals! I've mentioned it before but Latter sends Eddie poems and Eddie send him paper crafts <3

They boost each other's self-esteem! They're both underappreciated and ignored and they cheer each other up

Eddie does genuinely enjoy Latter's poetry. Does he get it? Not completely, but he knows Latter is proud of his work!

Big literature and theatre nerds. I specifically believe they've had at least one Long Indepth conversation about Frankenstein.

Similarly! Theatre kids. Eddie was mostly in the costume and set/prop department while Latter thrived in the Drama on stage

Latter tells Eddie family gossip, and Eddie brings it up when he delivers to Howdy. "How's So and so? Latter said-" You get it. Howdy Is upset lol but cant do anything bc he tells Barnaby the same gossip.

Oh man the cuddles. I've also mentioned this before but I'm bringing it up again. Eddie's usually the one Holding in a cuddle, ya know? He's the big spoon. But Latter is like twice his size, with 3x the arms and Wings.

Eddie gets to little spoon and be held/carried and he is flabbergasted but loving every second. Latter can lift him quite easily and That's Definitely New to Eddie. He doesn't know what to do with himself when Latter carries him.

Latter adores holding Eddie, and is greatly amused when he gets flustered.

Side hc to go w/ above! I hc Latter is pathetic in public but is actually very chill when not seeking the approval the others. Like at home he's just vibing! He's still not the most confident butterfly, but he has his moments! He's a Pillar after all and one of many family traits is Confidence.

(none of the dragons you can even pair together can hit two out of the three colors your aiming for, no matter how many breedchanges you'd drown on them ot get rid of the ancient breed lineage that's making most of them up)

pretty. a sardonic scoff. the back of a wrist rubs blood away from the corner of dean's mouth. hard to tell if it's his or something else's. it smears a rust colored streak over the hunter's jawline, mingling with the dusting of a five o'clock shadow. a bloodied-knuckled hand reaches for the blade. WARY and just on the calm side of feral green eyes stare into the pair before him.

the weapon falls to his side. knuckles bleeding out to ivory marked with caked on crimson from how tightly he holds the hilt, his hand refuses to tremble. refuses to do anything but STAY AT THE READY as if dean's pondering darker thoughts than what play out on a face full of indifference and an ebbing WRATH.

"....don't give me a reason to make you REGRET it," dean's struggling to accept this is simply a peace offering. THERE ARE ALWAYS STRINGS ATTACHED. "then neither one of us have to worry about it." his fingers, one by one, rise and fall in a wave as his grip remains tight but shake a rising spasm loose. "what are you going to ask me to use this for.. or on? and if you're lying....we circle back to that REGRET part.."

SHE  GLANCES  DOWN  AT  THE  PINK  BEDAZZLED  MICROPHONE  FOR  A  MOMENT.   it's  become  a  natural  part  of  her  hand,  often  using  it  for  videos  where  she's  just  sitting   &   talking  because  most  times,  her  phone  camera  is  shitty  at  picking  up  audio  in  the  way  that  most  cameras  often  are.   though,  to  be  fair  to  adam,  this  particular  microphone  isn't  necessary.   it's  not  like  she's  a  musician,  after  all.
