How Does He Act With A Crush?
he follows you around like a puppy.
he saw you in the hallway and he was awestruck and he’s been trying to get your attention ever since.
he finds out when you like going to the library and who your friends are and befriends one or two of them to figure out a tiny bit about you.
he approaches you in the library and asks what you’re reading, making a point to seem interested. he’s straightforward, asks you to coffee the next morning.
stresses the whole night, probably shows up five minutes late and kicks himself in the shins.
memorizes your coffee order and then tries memorizing all the small things about you. how you style your hair, what colors you like to wear most, what topics you talk about most.
befriends you and takes you on mini dates until he finally asks you to a real one, which was probably just a diner where he sat not knowing how to act so he was really awkward but really sweet and persistent on paying and making sure you got back to your dorm safe and were comfortable the whole night.
Love Languages
acts of services and quality time
he likes being useful to you. he’ll carry things around campus for you, he’ll help you rearrange your room, he’ll help you study, he’ll go out to buy things for you if you express a need or want for something. he’ll purposefully place your things in strangely high places so he can grab them for you. he’ll ‘accidentally’ leave behind a jacket when it’s cold out so you have an extra layer you’ll want to wear.
he’s the type to be content sitting beside you while you both do your separate homeworks. you could be in complete silence watching tv or a movie and he’d be fine as long as you’re curled into his side. he’ll be reading a book at his desk and you could be laid in his bed sending emails to people and he’d feel great. if he can feel your presence, he’ll be in peace with the world.
Dates
takes you for walks on campus with an arm around your waist. he’ll listen to you talk, but if you ask him about his day, he’ll start rambling about whatever happened.
getting takeout and then watching tv! he buys the dvds for a full season of a show and comes over with chinese or indian or whatever you like and you two watch a few episodes and these dates repeat until the end of the season.
dinner dates. simple and classy. takes you to a restaurant and you talk about how the past few days have gone.
study dates. you two power through your separate work, but if you need help with flash cards or writing an essay then you team up to conquer. you guys make sure to take breaks where you drink water, take a breather, chat about whatever for a few minutes.
honestly likes to take you outside at night and just sit on one of the benches on campus and look up at the stars. he’s a nerd, he probably knows a bunch of constellations and will point them out if you ask him to, but he likes to see how pretty the night sky is and then look at you and see how pretty you are.
Kisses
shy nervous kisses omg
gently holds your face, eyes soft and mumbling a soft ‘is this okay?’ and then giving you a short n sweet kiss.
when you’re cuddling and watching a movie or trying to sleep, his arms are wrapped around you to just hold you close and his lips will kiss your hair a few times before he props his head back and smiles in content.
after a study session when you’re both finished and happy and tired he places a lazy kiss to your forehead and mumbles about how getting a degree would be worth it.
hello and goodbye kisses when he sees you in the morning and then when you go your separate ways.
kisses to the knuckles to ground you when you come to him upset about anything. his lips gently press over the joints over and over until you give him a hint of a smile and he gently pulls you closer by the hips and just hugs you.
Random
you two definitely have a book club. he lends you some of his favorite novels and will take any you give to him or he’ll check out any you recommend and he reads them and shows up with a little journal filled with his thoughts. it’s so sweet when he starts rambling about his thoughts like that.
he’s actually so shy. he’s never dated before, so he’s so blushy talking to you for a good while. he’s always so soft around you. the 6’4 hunk seems to be smaller and he smiles more and he has the sweetest laugh when you say something funny.
i think sometimes he just spaces out so he likes to sit beside you and lean his head on yours and wrap his arm around your middle and trace your skin and just be in his own world while you can read or watch tv.
he has warm hands. they feel nice when he cups your face or sneaks his hands under your shirt or he just holds your hands in his.
please make him a bracelet. he would make it match every outfit he wears. even if it’s bubblegum pink he finds a way to make it match his browns and reds.
he overexplains things a lot. he’s a yapper at heart, he just gets happy to talk about his favorite things and he says a little too much. it’s cute to see the way he straightens up and his eyes get bigger when he’s explaining things.
he’ll make sure to buy your favorite music cds and listen to them in his free time or while he’s walking campus or studying so he can learn your favorite songs. he thinks it’s sweet to learn about somebody on multiple different aspects like that.
he’s always making sure you get to your dorm safely and you think it’s sweet how protective he is about making sure you don’t get kidnapped or anything. and yes, that, but also it’s the ex-hunter in him. if a monster came and got you he would never forgive himself.
he brings you coffee and flowers before class sometimes. it’s so sweet. he’s blushing and he’s offering the coffee before the flowers and he’s saying he saw them and he just had to get them.
when he gets the dreams of you dying like his mother did.. i really hope he doesn’t ignore them like he did with jess.

Crunch Time Exam Prep
My girl @seliniteheart requested: “How to prepare for exams 3-4 weeks ahead while not going insane because they're the hardest exams in the entire major” and this seems time-sensitive, so I gotchu girly! I hope I got this to you in time!!
Scheduling
Break your time up effectively so that you can get as much information crammed into your brain as possible
Break it down also so thay you repeat the information on a good interval. Maybe, if there’s three weeks to go, repeat question x every monday and info y every tuesday, and do a practise paper every friday?
If applicable, figure out what’s most likely to be on the exam and focus on that
Focus also on your weak points. Don’t waste energy on the things you know and are good at, give them a go over but focus on the stuff you don’t like
Schedule productive breaks- if you’ve been elbows down on your desk for a bit and want to keep the study energy up but need a break, take a break for some kinaesthetic learning, for example.
Take 0% breaks- in other words, take some breaks to do absolutely nothing, where even thinking about the exam is BANNED. Life-Hack- inform other people of this strategy so that you don’t get your mum coming into your room like “how’s the studying going?” when you’re mid-meditation, or to be watching your comfort YouTuber when your bestie is like “girl, I’m so stressed for this exam on Monday!” This time is for 0 brain power, no stress.
Sorry to the girlies who also have to consider jobs and other priorities, but see if you can work with your employers, the aunt you babysit for etc to reduce your time, or if you can blend your studies. Eg maybe you’re studying for a maths exam, which means helping your little cousin with maths homework keeps you in the right mindset to study for an hour when you get home. Or maybe your retail job is cool and lets you study in the breakroom, or even take your textbook to the till when its quiet.
If your bosses aren’t cool, unfortunately, you just have to make the most of spare time, but as long as you’re maximising your study time to work for you, you can do this!
Breaks
As mentioned above, schedule in breaks that keep the vibes up, and breaks that turn your brain OFF completely. Set yourself school hours eg 9-3 or even 9-5. Doesn’t matter, just pick a time in the evening when that’s it OVER and no more studying.
Make sure to go for water regularly, and eat at regular times- and DO NOT take your notes with you!
Taking Care of Yourself
Make your study experience as painless as possible by giving yourself a good environment. If you like the library, sequester yourself into a cozy corner; if you like a café, same deal. If you’re at home, make sure to keep your space tidy and organised.
I’m gonna mention going to get water again. Go get some right now, actually. Where I live, the hottest days of the year are exam season and back-to-school season. Christmas exams are a whole separate nightmare but you’ll still sweat through your fifteen million layers! Go hydrate!
If you’re hunched over your desk, you need to stretch. Find YouTube video you like, especcially if you’re not that familir with stretching. And go for a walk at least once a day, weather permitting.
If you’re a kinaesthetic learner especially, do a proper cooldown after exercising! That’s true anyway, but especially if you’re adding your brain as a muscle to train.
Actually, maybe we should all be doing warm-ups and cool downs… go over your favourite aspects of your subject in a quick five minutes at the start and end of your sessions!
The Actual Studying
Aka, the hard bit. Its so much mor fun to just organise your space, gather all your pens, and set up your instagramable study session, avoiding the actual “study” bit- God knows that’s me. How you actually study is so different person to person and subject to subject, so I’m going to give tips that are hopefully applicable to a lot of people, but may not all work for everyone!
Cater to your own preferences: I sometimes listen to classical music when I study, I sometimes listen to numetal, so what makes sense to you.
If you need to, block out all distractions: do not disturb on your phone, even turn off your wifi if you can.
If you’re like me and need distractions eg adhd: try pacing to shed any excess energy, listen to loud music (lol like my numetal ha), if possible, listen to your notes aloud while doing something else (I used to play solitaire in class). I find that if you have something else that you can focus on such as a pretty menial/repetitive game like solitaire, or a song with lyrics, your brain gives more energy to that so that instead of a hundred million thoughts distracting you, its only one extra thing.
Read your notes aloud to yourself and walk around your room- hit all three learning styles at once
Write and re-write things, condense it down, do past papers, and just keep repeating the same information until you’re sleep-talk in just the quadratic formula and/or you’re even dreaming in French.
Ok, that’s it for now. I hope that helped selineiteheart, and I hope it was useful to anyone else who needs this! There are a tonne of resources out there, and I’m sure you’ll find what works for you- lmk what you want to see next! Also, I hope you do well in your exams! Good luck, I’m sure you’ve got this!!

In a quiet town where whispers grow,
Lived Trevor, a boy with a heart all aglow.
He fancied sweet Annabelle, bright as the dawn,
But in her warm presence, his courage was gone.
With books piled high and shadows at play,
Trevor would help her—night turned to day.
Solving equations and drafting her lines,
Each moment spent left him lost in the signs.
Her laughter danced like sunlight on streams,
And he dreamed of futures woven from dreams.
Yet fate played a trick on his tender young heart;
For oblivion wrapped them—each held their own part.
Unbeknownst to Trevor, who longed for her glances,
Annabelle's thoughts were adrift in romances.
She had captured someone—a boyfriend so bold,
While Trevor's affection remained untold.
Meanwhile by chance or perhaps destiny’s fold,
Stood Nathaniel—his best friend—with feelings untold.
He watched from afar as they shared stolen smiles,
Wishing for moments that stretched into miles.
"Oh Trevor," he'd whisper alone late at night,
"Can't you see what your heart yearns to ignite?"
Both boys kept secrets—their pathways unblended;
One girl unaware how hearts had descended.
Each homework session held magic unseen:
Trevor wrote verses while daydreaming serene.
Yet each pen stroke felt heavy with doubt—
A balloon full of wishes that threatened to pop out.
His gaze lingered long from across classroom rows,
As Annabelle laughed and brushed back her bows.
If only she’d notice—if only she'd dare!
But blind were their hearts—as if trapped by despair.
He'd fashion such sonnets about love soft and rare;
Innocent words spun through pale autumn air.
The pages grew thick with stories unsaid —
While dreaming of nights when she'd lay near his head.
“Oh brave little Trev,” Nathaniel sighed low—
“I wish you'd just look beneath all that glow.”
But he hid his affections amidst friendship tight bound;
A silence so loud in the stillness around.
Alas! The moon rose over shadows drawn thin —
As life twisted onward without pause or spin —
Their paths intertwined like threads worn away...
In search of connection yet drifting astray
So here stand two hearts on this delicate ledge;
Trevor sighs softly whilst staring off an edge —
Of longing unspoken but nearly apart:
Love lingers gently yet aches like art-start!
Will time weave together these strands frail and fine?
Or will hurt be delivered by Cupid’s design?
For love is a mystery both tender and sly
And sometimes we stumble before we can fly…
With secrets entangled beneath layers deep down –
May hope save our heroes then wear them their crown!
If one soul could reckon desire not mocked -
Merely eyes finding light in what once seemed blocked…
Will tales twist ‘round curves till truths finally show?
And lead hands together where blossoms can grow?
Who knows what awaits when stars start aligning—
Two hopeful romantics freshly entwining...

She's the man au, it's all fluffy right? Yeah. We like it that way. Cause if it wasn't, someone would die.
It could be Yoko, going into the woods late at night searching for Enid, she needed help on the Divina front. There was something super important about Enid needed to help her with to woo Divina. The vampire knows that Enid likes to take walks at night outside, she just doesn't know where. So she walks and walks, sometimes calling out Enids name, but she was on the opposite side of campus from the werewolf. The hyde was on the opposite side of campus from the werewolf. Enid likes to take her walks circling the school. But she didn't know to run, and so she was too late. There is a funeral held at midnight a week from then.
It could be Ajax, on his way to Jericho for a snack restock. He walks through the woods as the bus only runs on weekends, today was tuesday. He totes should have worn a another layer like Enid had told him to, it was freaking cold. As he walks a deer darts across his path, he watches it. He keeps moving. Why'd it have to be his turn buying snacks, it's freakin windy! He gets to the general store, and buys several bags of snacks. Enough to last the week. He texts Enid that he's "got the goods and trudging back". He gets half way until the forest is dead quiet. Another student on their way to Jericho finds the mess. And a funeral is held a week later.
It could be Bianca, running out of the fencing room after loosing against Wednesday again. She runs from the room and makes it to her dorm before she remembers she hadn't changed out of her fencing uniform yet, so she looks around her closet for something to change into. She finds her swimming gear and remembers how nice the waters are this time of year. She changes to some loose clothes with her swim gear underneath, deciding to leave her phone this time. She gets to the lake and takes a dip. It's relaxing, helps cool her head after Wednesday's nasty win. She's getting out when she spots a rabit, limping toward her from a bush. It seems to be wounded, a jagged mark across it's back. She watches is slowly exhale it's last breath. But she still hears breathing. Wednesday comes looking for her for a rematch. They hold the funeral a week later.
It could be Xavier, heading to the art shed after being embarrassed by Enid yet again. He just needed to paint away his anger and embarrassment. That would get rid of this blush. So he goes there and he paints. He paints Enid of course, he tries to paint himself besting the werewolf. It never looks right, something is always off about the painting. He does a solo portrait of his rival in love, and it is stunning. He needed to get some air, these paint fumes must be getting to him. So he takes a walk around his hut. He brings his notepad and pencil, maybe he'll draw something. He comes across a fallen tree. That's new, this tree was healthy yesterday. He draws it. Then he sees something in the distance. Eyes. And they're gone. He heads back to the hut. Grabs the handles. The doors are clawed up when Weems goes to the shed looking for him. They hold a funeral a week later.
It could be rowan, running late to his study session with Enid. He had wanted to grab some of the local plants to identify for their botany homework, Thornhill loved it when they provided samples. And he knew the best place to get the good stuff, having accidentally stumbled on it when helping set up the poe cup a year before. So he was coming back from crackstones crypt when he heard a rumble coming from up ahead, so obviously he rushed to get back to the crypt. Sprinting through the woods, he twisted his ankle just outside the crypt. He just barely gets in. Barely a grasp on the door. His control was slipping. He sobs and his telekinesis breaks. The door opens, and bugeyes stare at him. An unsuspecting couple find him just outside the crypt, not a drop of blood inside. They hold a funeral one week later.
It could be many, any of them. But not Wednesday, never her. Enid would save her. Right? It's not like the psychic would go foraging with Eugene, they go a little too far. And now it's dark, and there seems to be something circling them. Wednesday times it, has her knife ready in her sleeve. She can feel their stalker closing in. She whispers to Eugene, "when i say run, you run like your life depends on it". He looks confused, but then Wednesday whips around. "Shit, Run!!", and Eugene runs. He never disobeys Wednesday when she sounds like that. He sprints all the way back to the school, only looking back once he gets inside those walls. He finds a teacher and tells them what happened, Enid over hears. She practically flies through that forest, tracking Eugene's smell all the way back to a bleeding, half dead Wednesday leaning against a tree. By the time the staff get there, it's too late. They hold a funeral. One. Week. Later.
>:3
STOP
WHY IS THERE A POTENTIAL HYDE?? OR A SERIAL KILLER D:
thats horrible mate, i love the repeating in "they hold a funeral one week later" very ominous, very SDKAJDJASDLKA
then the way it starts getting more and more descriptive the more you read. That's horrible dude, good job :)
BUT SERIOUSLY, TYLER IS JUST WORKING IN THE SCHOOL CAFETERIA IN THIS AU. He aint that bad of a guy here, he's vibing. Then the way you got enid to watch as the girl she likes literally bleeds out infront of her, thats just cruel

15 and/or 27 for the artist asks?
(artist asks)
15. how long does an average piece take you to complete?
oohh that's a tough one, if only for the fact that im very bad with time blindness and also i can't check reliably on my files for how long they've been in existence because i also don't SAVE sometimes until the piece is DONE!!!!!!
Ok. hmm... typical everyday piece (on the more sketchy side) can sometimes take 3-6 hours, depends on how into it I am and how complex it is. hmm i would say bigger pieces (more finished or finalized or more complex) can take a couple days* total to complete? tho stuff for school is usually spread out over like. 3 weeks because i really only ever work on those pieces like. once or twice a week honestly aksjfdh <<;; don't do what i do, do your homework early. i would say average bigger pieces** take a couple days* and smaller pieces really only take a couple hours***!!!
*i draw in 6-8 hour, sometimes 12 hour sessions sometimes because i hyperfixate and am a lunatic <3 hope this helps <33
**BIGGER PIECE like mmmmmaybe a comic?? or like a full illustration with backgrounds and shit??? and/or one that needs a lot of process???? or just im struggling with or something. those take longer
***by "couple" hours i mean blacking out and coming to with 7 hours having past. was i drawing that entire time? fuck no, there was definitely an hour long dinner break in there and another lost hour or two to doing fuck all
DISCLAIMER: IM A BIG FUCKIN LIAR!!!! i apparently just looked it up because what happens when you stream your art is that you have RECEIPTS from when you STARTED a stream
all of this took 4 hours apparently. it's. not very much honestly? like. it is. but like. . .. . ya know what i don't know what im saying. i draw a bit slow, this took 4 hours.
27. For digital artists: how many layers does a typical piece require?
hmm. see. that's a tough one because my drawing program keeps track of layers but also it lies terribly and actually can't count at all. let's see...
sketch (0-4, depends), lines (1-3, depends on what im doin)(sometimes this is the sketch), colors (sometimes one layer, sometimes i split it up, usually 2-5), shading (2-3), highlights/other lighting (3-5), test layers/reference (where i try something out and then scrap it but keep it around because im a lunatic or it's a ref, 2-6)
i just looked at two separate pieces and they were both at 10-13 range, tho im sure i deleted/merged a layer here and there.
more complex pieces can get to the 50+ layer range, tho i think those are mostly cuz i put like. 70 billion comic pages into one file. i think my record is 250+ layers
average around 10-20 tho!!!

What's your craziest headcanon?
Seth Milchick was found in a dank Kier, PE subway terminal, blind from birth, dancing to make a living. Graner recruited him after they gave him ocular implants so he could see for the first time, but they only come in Eagan Blue. So Seth wears brown color contacts over them each morning to forget the fact that without Lumon he would still be blind, begging in the subway. That's why looking in the mirror is so triggering to him. And that's the hidden layer of message in the Kier painting that affects Seth even more. They're twisting the knife, threatening to deactivate his eye implants if he rebels. Similarly, Natalie would have been born with a deformed smile or cleft palate, and developmental delay, but due to a revolutionary surgery where they fixed her smile and created a brain interface that accelerates neural processing, she is forever indebted to Lumon also and the only one qualified to rapidly process convos with The Board.
Devon made a promise to Fern Scout that she would marry Ricken even though she had mixed emotions. Devon hates feeling vulnerable but also wishes she could explain her promise to her mom without being judged by others. Ricken holds money over Devon's head as a subtle threat because in reality he's insecure.
Fern Scout is a huge linchpin and somehow Harmony Cobel has a history that was on a parallel track with Fern. Gemma shared a love of plants with Mark's mom and helped decide all the floral arrangements at the MarkGemma wedding.
Dr. Mauer was Mark Scout's pre-1x01 therapist with a funny little moustache in yet ANOTHER disguise. Mark runs away and never sees Mauer's face clearly in 2x10 and it was during his sessions with him that he heard all the juicy details such as "She even had to remind me to say 'I love you' back the night she died and I just feel awful about it..." I also think the audio of Mark we hear when he's taping Gemma's picture back together could be him reading off a page to Dr. Mauer because he gave him homework to bring back that said, "Write out what made your wife special and which attribute you loved the most."
I think Dr. Mauer specifically created a Stepford Wives-type orientation protocol in order to create Ms Casey originally. In order to prevent need for additional security, he foolishly told Jame Eagan he could make Gemma's innie more submissive and obedient than any innie had ever been. Hubris arrogance and ego only caused pain.
Lorne's outie is somehow the person Irving was calling on the payphone.
Goat Man's stargazing outie actually has a paparazzi side hustle at night. He gazes at celebrities and catches Hollywood stars through the camera lens.
Harmony Cobel still thinks about Doug Graner. It bothers her Reghabi killed him. Other than Hampton, he was the only one who understood her sick humor without judging her. He treated her like she had always wanted. Not like Jame had. Harmony saw nomalcy in Doug. She regrets he's dead.
Jame Eagan was inappropriate with Harmony as she was awarded her bust of his head. Part of siring in the shadows includes her.
Mark Scout is somehow on a trajectory to fulfill some kind of Kier prophecy we haven't heard about yet and will grow more facial hair as seasons go on to reflect a transformation into a Kier-type representation.
Dylan had many odd jobs over the years before getting severed, so he was indirectly, without his knowledge, working in locations crucial to the events that led up to Lumon creating severance and testing its first trainees.
*too many headcanons // sure you're tired of reading anyway, so leave your craziest ones in the comments 😉😉😉*
#severance#severance brain rot#severance theories#headcanon firing directly into the hull of the oncoming ships

Online Psychologist in Nagpur – Accessing Professional Therapy from Home
In recent years, the demand for online therapy has skyrocketed as more individuals seek convenient and flexible ways to access mental health services. Whether it’s due to a busy lifestyle, geographic limitations, or the comfort of home, online psychologist services in Nagpur offer a practical solution for those in need of mental health support.
This blog will explore the benefits of online therapy, how it works, and why it can be a game-changer for your mental well-being.
What is Online Psychology?
Online psychology, also known as teletherapy or e-therapy, involves receiving professional psychological services through digital platforms such as video calls, phone calls, or even text messaging. This allows clients to connect with licensed psychologists from anywhere, at any time.
Online therapy offers a wide range of services, including:
Individual therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, and more
Couples counseling to address relationship issues
Family therapy for improving communication and resolving conflicts
Specialized therapy for children and adolescents
Online psychologists use secure platforms to ensure confidentiality, just like in traditional face-to-face sessions.
The Benefits of Online Therapy
Online therapy offers numerous advantages that have made it an increasingly popular option for mental health support:
1. Convenience and Flexibility
One of the biggest advantages of online therapy is convenience. You no longer need to worry about commuting to a therapist's office or working around their schedule. You can book a session at a time that suits you best, whether it’s in the morning, evening, or even during lunch breaks.
2. Access to Professional Help
For those living in remote or underserved areas, online therapy breaks down geographic barriers. If you're searching for a top psychologist near me in Nagpur, online therapy makes it possible to connect with a qualified professional without needing to leave your home.
3. Comfort and Privacy
Being in the comfort of your home can help you feel more relaxed and open during therapy sessions. Online therapy also provides an added layer of privacy, as you don't have to worry about running into someone you know in a waiting room.
4. Affordable Options
Online therapy can often be more affordable than in-person sessions, making it an accessible option for those with budget constraints.
5. Reduced Stigma
Some people feel self-conscious about seeking help for mental health issues. Online therapy provides a more anonymous way to access professional support, which may reduce feelings of stigma or judgment.
How Online Therapy Works
Online therapy typically follows a similar structure to in-person sessions but through a virtual platform. Here's how it works:
Initial Consultation: You begin by choosing a licensed therapist and scheduling your first session. This session may involve a discussion of your current struggles, goals, and preferences for therapy.
Platform Selection: You and your therapist will agree on a digital platform to conduct your sessions, such as video conferencing tools, messaging apps, or email.
Session Structure: Each session usually lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, where you’ll engage in talk therapy. The therapist will help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and provide strategies to manage mental health concerns.
Ongoing Support: Online therapy allows for continuous care, and therapists may also provide homework assignments or exercises to work on between sessions.
Follow-Up: Many online therapists offer follow-up appointments to assess your progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
Who Can Benefit from Online Therapy?
Online therapy can benefit a wide range of people, including:
Busy professionals who cannot commit to in-person appointments
People with physical disabilities or mobility issues
Residents in remote areas with limited access to therapists
Individuals with anxiety who may feel uncomfortable in social settings
Parents of young children who have difficulty finding time for therapy
For example, if you are struggling with stress management or need anxiety therapy in Nagpur, you can easily book an online session with a licensed professional without the hassle of commuting.
Choosing the Right Online Psychologist in Nagpur
When searching for an online psychologist, it's important to ensure they are licensed and qualified. Look for the following:
Credentials and Experience: Verify their qualifications, licenses, and experience in your specific area of concern (e.g., depression, stress, relationship counseling).
Therapeutic Approach: Different psychologists use different therapeutic approaches. Ensure their methods align with your preferences (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, psychoanalysis).
Compatibility: It's important to feel comfortable with your therapist. If you don’t feel a connection during the first session, consider trying another therapist.

Digital graphics intensive II post 2
Session 11 -06/03/25
Today we got some feedback for our final dog collage project 1. We are allowed to edit them further so that's good because I wasn't completely happy with mine-
Feedback from Kris- make the teeth more obviously edited and collaged, collar around the mans neck, background circle isn't successful- could I make a gradient effect instead, add more limbs coming out of his mouth, could his ! be more exaggerated.
We then went through everyones project 2 storyboard ideas for inspiration and for clarification from kris. She really likes my idea and enjoys the emotional element, she thinks that it could be the most successful with photographs of the locations.
Homework- start sketching ideas and decide on a medium for the storyboard, develop the first and last sketch, create an inso board for colours and possible mediums.
Final project 1 piece-
Session 12- 10/03/25
Today we practiced textures and turning illustrator files into ps files to be edited. I used layer styles and the filter gallery to create lots of different extreme effects.
Kris went through how to set up the story board file on ps and then I got some feedback for my mood board and first and last slide sketches-
She loves the idea that it gets more colourful as the story goes on, and she likes the photography background idea.
Feedback- decide how to represent myself- sketch? object? I could use different objects of the same category to show my parents (eg, me banana, parents orange apple), also start sketching the other 4 boards.
Homework- illustrate the captivating moment and define why- as my storyboard goes on, more colour is going to be introduced so that the last slide is super vibrant and colourful. This is my captivating moment as it's when colour is heavily introduced- I want to illustrate the moment that I go from scared and alone to excited and nervous in a good way. The NYC skyline is the focal point of this slide and illustrated me is going to be half into the slide- showing nerves and anticipation.
Session 13- 13/03/25
Today we practiced using smart filters and used them to create different types of blur effects- motion blur, blur gallery (spin blur).
Homework- finish all 6 illustrated ideas for each slide of the storyboard, then begin creating the main components to each slide- for me that is probably the photographed backgrounds as I will then be working over the top of them.
Illustration style inspirations-

unknown artist- Pinterest
Additional sketched ideas-
Session 14 (week 8)- 17/03/25
Today we played with pattern fills and different textures and halftone patterns. I know these techniques but I don't do them in an official way- I just do what I've learnt myself so it was helpful to go over the terms and the structural techniques of using them. I am planning on using textures and patterns within my storyboard project so this was helpful for me.
Story board (project 2)- I started by creating an illustrated me, but I found problems such as it isn't as expressive enough and I can't change facial elements on each slide, also it was too rough of an illustration to be made big.
Session 15- 20/03/25
Today we had no PSD class and spent the class working on our storyboards and kris went round and gave everyone feedback. Our deadline is 31st March.
I have chosen a new style to go with- it's kind of weird but I like how direct and obvious the expressions are and how clear it's going to be to read. I started by using posca pens to create all of the facial features and used my passport photo as the face and created lots of different compositions and layerings to create each slides unique face.
Feedback- work on expression lines and anime style icons and emotes to create more emotion in each slide and use more of a relaxed face in the last 2 slides.
Session 17- 27/03/25
Last class (Monday) was cancelled. Today Kris showed us how to export and submit our final pieces for this project. We are to submit the psd file and the indesign file.
Export psd file to pngs- open indesign file- file,place- drop in all the files into the designated boxes.
Session 18- 31/03/25
Today we went through everybody's final hand ins for project 20 storyboard.
Feedback- Finalise the expression lines on slide 3 as it's a bit confusing on the emotion, also the blue is fading into the background of the seats.
Make my arms clearer in the last slide.
Could I add a border around my faces on all of the slides so they stand out more.
Make the question marks stand out more.
Fade the right background so the yellow expression lines stand out more.
Homework- hand in final slides (before spring break) and read through all the typography terms on bright-space.

Finding Balance: Managing School, Sports, and Social Life with Former Professional Lacrosse Players like Ben Bretter
Balancing school, sports, and social life is a multifaceted challenge for many lacrosse players. Effective management of these areas is crucial not only for achieving success on the field but also for maintaining overall well-being and personal satisfaction. Lacrosse, with its demanding physical and mental requirements, often adds an additional layer of complexity to this balancing act. This blog will explore practical strategies to help players excel in lacrosse while maintaining a harmonious balance between academic responsibilities and social activities. By implementing these strategies, players can enhance their performance, manage stress, and enjoy a well-rounded life. Prioritizing and Setting Goals To effectively balance school, sports, and social life, prioritizing tasks and setting clear goals are essential. Begin by establishing both short-term and long-term goals for each area of your life. Academic goals might include achieving a specific grade point average, while sports goals could involve improving performance metrics or mastering new skills. Social goals could focus on maintaining relationships and engaging in meaningful activities outside of lacrosse.
Moreover, prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Use tools such as planners or digital apps to organize your schedule and ensure that time is allocated efficiently. By setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, you can maintain focus and motivation while balancing the demands of school, sports, and social life. Regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals helps ensure that you stay on track and adapt to changing circumstances as highlighted by former professional lacrosse players like Ben Bretter. Creating a Structured Schedule A well-structured schedule is fundamental for managing multiple commitments effectively. Allocate specific time blocks for studying, practice sessions, and social activities. For instance, designate fixed times for homework, training, and social engagements to create a consistent routine. This structured approach helps reduce procrastination and ensures that each area of your life receives adequate attention.
Additionally, build flexibility into your schedule to accommodate unexpected events or changes. While a structured schedule provides a framework for balancing responsibilities, it's important to remain adaptable. Incorporate buffer times and contingency plans to handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Balancing structure with flexibility allows for a more manageable and less stressful approach to juggling school, sports, and social life as noted by former lacrosse players such as Ben Bretter. Efficient Time Management Effective time management is crucial for balancing school, sports, and social activities as underscored by experienced lacrosse players including Ben Bretter. Start by identifying and minimizing time-wasting activities. Use techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique or time-blocking to maximize productivity during study sessions and practice times. This approach helps ensure that you complete tasks efficiently, leaving more time for other activities.
Furthermore, prioritize tasks based on their importance and deadlines. Use a to-do list or task management app to keep track of assignments, practices, and social engagements. Regularly reviewing and updating your list helps maintain focus and ensures that you meet deadlines and commitments. Efficient time management not only enhances productivity but also reduces stress and improves overall performance in both academic and athletic pursuits. Incorporating Self-Care and Rest Self-care and adequate rest are vital components of balancing school, sports, and social life. Ensure that you allocate time for relaxation, hobbies, and physical well-being. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and sufficient sleep are essential for maintaining peak performance in lacrosse and overall health.
Additionally, practice mindfulness and stress management techniques to maintain mental and emotional well-being. Incorporate activities such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or leisure reading into your routine. By prioritizing self-care as encouraged by former professional lacrosse players like Ben Bretter, you can enhance focus, reduce burnout, and improve overall life satisfaction. Balancing commitments while taking care of your health ensures sustained performance and well-being. Communicating with Coaches and Teachers Open communication with coaches and teachers is crucial for managing academic and athletic commitments. Inform them of your schedule and any potential conflicts well in advance. Discuss any challenges you may face in balancing schoolwork with practice or games, and seek their support in managing these responsibilities.
Furthermore, establish regular check-ins with both coaches and teachers to discuss progress and address any concerns. This proactive approach helps ensure that expectations are aligned and any issues are addressed promptly. Building strong relationships with coaches and teachers fosters a supportive environment and enhances your ability to balance school, sports, and social life effectively. Building a Support Network Building a support network of family, friends, and mentors is essential for managing the demands of school, sports, and social life. Surround yourself with individuals who understand and support your goals and commitments. Their encouragement and advice can provide valuable guidance and motivation.
Additionally, seek out mentors or peers who have successfully balanced similar responsibilities. Learning from their experiences and strategies can offer practical insights and inspiration. Former lacrosse players such as Ben Bretter express that engaging with a supportive community helps alleviate stress and provides a sense of belonging, contributing to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Successfully balancing school, sports, and social life requires effective prioritization, structured scheduling, efficient time management, self-care, communication, and a strong support network. By implementing these strategies, lacrosse players can enhance their performance on the field while maintaining a well-rounded and fulfilling personal life. Achieving this balance not only contributes to academic and athletic success but also fosters overall well-being and satisfaction.
Incorporating these practices into your daily routine will help you manage competing demands and maintain harmony between different aspects of your life. Embrace the challenges of balancing school, sports, and social life with a proactive and flexible approach. By doing so, you can enjoy the rewards of success in lacrosse and a well-balanced life.

How Statistics Homework Helper Transformed My Academic Journey
As a statistics student, balancing coursework, assignments, and personal life can often feel overwhelming. The complexity of statistical analysis, especially when using software like SPSS, can make even the most diligent student feel lost. This was the situation I found myself in not too long ago. I needed urgent help with SPSS homework to meet my deadlines and achieve the grades I had always aimed for. Little did I know that discovering Statistics Homework Helper would change the trajectory of my academic journey.
My Struggles with Statistics and SPSS
Statistics is a subject that demands precision, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of various methodologies. While I had a decent grasp of theoretical concepts, applying them in practical assignments was a different story altogether. The introduction of SPSS into our curriculum added another layer of complexity. SPSS is a powerful tool for statistical analysis, but mastering its intricacies was a challenge I wasn't fully prepared for.
Each assignment seemed to take longer than expected, and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t quite achieve the accuracy and thoroughness required. I spent countless hours reading through textbooks, watching tutorials, and experimenting with SPSS, but my results were inconsistent. The stress began to take its toll on my overall performance, and I knew I needed external help if I wanted to keep up with the coursework.
Discovering Statistics Homework Helper
One evening, while searching for online resources to assist with my SPSS assignment, I stumbled upon Statistics Homework Helper. I was initially skeptical about seeking help online, but after reading through numerous positive reviews and testimonials, I decided to give it a try. It was a decision that I am grateful for to this day.
The website was easy to navigate, and within minutes, I had connected with a tutor who specialized in SPSS and statistical analysis. The tutor was highly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific needs and the challenges I was facing. It wasn’t just about getting the homework done; they made it clear that their goal was to ensure I understood the concepts and could apply them confidently in the future.
The Quality of Assistance
The level of support I received from Statistics Homework Helper exceeded my expectations. My tutor broke down complex statistical problems into manageable steps, explaining each process clearly. They also provided detailed feedback on the mistakes I was making and how to avoid them in the future. What stood out to me was their patience and willingness to go over the material until I was completely comfortable with it.
For my SPSS assignments, the tutor guided me through the entire process, from data entry to analysis and interpretation of results. They taught me how to use various functions and features in SPSS that I was previously unaware of, which significantly improved the quality of my assignments. The explanations were so thorough that I found myself learning more in those sessions than I had in weeks of classroom lectures.
Improved Grades and Confidence
With the assistance of Statistics Homework Helper, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my grades. Assignments that previously seemed impossible were now manageable, and I was able to complete them with a high level of accuracy. The constructive feedback I received helped me refine my approach to statistics, and I began to see the subject in a new light.
More importantly, my confidence grew. I no longer felt intimidated by complex statistical problems or SPSS software. Instead, I felt equipped to tackle any assignment with the knowledge and skills I had gained. This newfound confidence also translated into better performance in exams and other coursework.
Ongoing Support and Learning
One of the things I appreciated most about Statistics Homework Helper was the ongoing support. Even after completing my assignments, the tutors remained available to answer any questions I had or to help me prepare for upcoming exams. This level of commitment to my academic success was something I had not experienced before with other online platforms.
The resources provided by Statistics Homework Helper were also incredibly valuable. They offered additional reading materials, sample assignments, and practice exercises that reinforced what I had learned. These resources allowed me to continue improving my skills outside of tutoring sessions, ensuring that I was always prepared for whatever challenges came my way.
The Impact Beyond Assignments
The benefits of using Statistics Homework Helper extended beyond just completing assignments. The skills I acquired and the knowledge I gained have had a lasting impact on my overall academic performance. I found myself applying the techniques I learned in SPSS to other areas of my studies, and my approach to problem-solving became more analytical and methodical.
Furthermore, the positive experience I had with Statistics Homework Helper made me more open to seeking help when needed. I realized that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a step towards growth and improvement. This mindset shift has been crucial in my academic journey, allowing me to overcome challenges more effectively.
Why I Recommend Statistics Homework Helper
I wholeheartedly recommend Statistics Homework Helper to any student struggling with statistics or SPSS assignments. The platform offers a level of support that goes beyond just completing homework; it empowers students to understand the material deeply and develop the skills needed for long-term success. Whether you’re facing a tight deadline, dealing with a particularly challenging assignment, or simply looking to improve your understanding of statistics, Statistics Homework Helper is the resource you need.
