thinking about how yes, yellowjackets is a show about girls crashing and the tragedies that follow, I also see it as a metaphor for wasting your teenage years - on relationships, eating disorders, hiding who you are and arguments

If Lucy were to go to the world of Yellowjackets I'm sure that:

- she would treat Jackie like a little sister because she always wanted a little sister (she never admitted it out loud for fear of hurting her brother) Jackie loves this because she doesn't get much good attention at home from her parents

- she would spend hours and hours talking nerdy things with misty and shauna, telling them how vaultac technology works, what the teaching was like where she comes from and talking about their timelines to compare historical changes and having the patience to clear up all doubts and answer all their questions, they seem to have infinite questions

- mari would probably be as obsessed with her as she was with jackie and lottie

- at first Jackie would feel insecure because Lucy is a "better" version of her, Van, still angry with her, would probably make a joke saying this, which would only make her more paranoid and insecure, mainly because she notices that Shauna has a crush on Lucy, So in the beginning she would try to push Lucy away, it doesn't work and Lucy, in addition to becoming the closest person to her, helps her deal with her whole situation with Shauna

- mari, travis and van make jokes and sarcastic comments about how lucy talks, lucy just ignores them until after a while she loses her patience, this single explosion made them stop definitively, because lucy is so calm that seeing her angry really scared her a lot they

- lucy would easily give up on having kids after spending about 3 days with them, she would be like "ok, babies and children are cute but they turn into teenagers right... "(she would definitely love javi, they make mini wooden sculptures together)

- she would fucking hate Ben, because he wasn't responsible for taking care of the team, especially with Jackie almost dying and him not trying to get her to join and because of Laura Lee (in my head she didn't die, she was just very hurt and deformed)

- the more lucy talks about nerdy things the more shauna's crush on her grows but lucy is totally oblivious to shauna's feelings even though it is very obvious because shauna is very young for her so she is just a cute kid who is very interested in her science

- Lucy would be able to reduce the fights and bullying there a lot by simply forcing them to hug and apologize, after she did that to Misty and Mari, the rest simply decided that they didn't want to run the risk of that happening to them too
