I built this cosy little starter home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, perfect for a Sim just starting out! If you take away the jeep it's a bit cheaper (approx 22K but that's not very fun lol).

One of the rooms is set up as a nursery, making it great for a starting family. The inside has a modern feel with warm, dark wood details, while the outside blends rustic charm with wildflowers, greenery, and a little sunbathing spot.

I built this in Newcrest, and I really love how it turned out! It’s small but has everything a Sim needs to settle in and make it their own.

I’ve given 122 Hakim Street a full renovation in the heart of the Art District! This three-bedroom apartment has a clean girl aesthetic with marble finishes, beige tones, and elegant white and gold accents throughout.

Master bedroom – luxe with soft neutrals, a built in vanity, fireplace and cosy chaise

Combined living, dining & kitchen - cosy and inviting with a built in bar, marble kitchen and lots of lounge area for entertaining

Children’s twin room – for twins! cute and cosy with neutral tones

This took me way longer than a house build (apartments are so tricky!), and I’m still working on my interior styling skills. My goal is to renovate all the apartments, I’m slowly making my way through!

Oakenstead Renovation

A fresh twist on the Oakenstead house in Willow Creek. From bland to grand. I went with a Baroque-ish look on this renovation. The layout is the same, but the property is just "zhushed up" to reflect what should be a more opulent like mansion. Entire file is located at the bottom of the post. CC Included.
