I’m super excited to share my new build with you all: Ivy Ridge House! This cozy two-story home was built on a 20x20 lot and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect blend of comfort and nature. 🌿🏡

Here’s what the house includes:

A spacious living room

A modern kitchen

A charming dining room

2 bathrooms

2 bedrooms

A cozy office/study

I’ve kept the decor basic to give you an idea of how I’ve divided the spaces, but feel free to customize it however you want! You have complete freedom to add your personal touch and make it your own. 😍

Hello daydreamingdrawerette! :-D unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea what mesh you need for the capri trousers with flip flops D-: I did try and look for any downloads from simple-design, but I didn’t find much :-( I found a working wayback link to their website, but I couldn’t seem to actually download anything. It seems they had a second website called sims-design as well? Not sure though. Does someone have anything from Simple Design or know of any re-uploads? :-)

The deisgner jeans from 7 for all mankind, I’m pretty sure it’s the “2foru_chriko_TeenPantsWideBoots_Mesh” archive on page 5, direct link is here. 

The mesh for Ecko Red Set, I think it’s the “2foru_chriko_TeenMiniPlateau_Mesh” also on page 5, direct link here. 

The rain boots, simsample found the mesh and linked to it in the comments :-)

As for the swede jacket (<- is it this one?) if so, the mesh is included with the download.
