So V.I.L.E has had memory erasing tech for years AND have/had (idk which) fabric that could be used as a human controlling device, hidden as any piece of clothing, and have a mastermind genius...and yet never tried to infiltrate ACME or any other organization with this tech???

V.I.L.E decided to keep tabs on Devineaux, just in case. The fashion show happens, fails, booo...but wait, they still have left over fabric, still have the technology, and know the identity of an ACME agent. But oh would you look at that! He no longer works with them...but what about that partner of his? Julia Argent, was it? Seems like she's still part of ACME

Maybe V.I.L.E could do something with this...and they do. All it takes is one simple accidental coffee incident with a "civilian" and oops, work shirt ruined...don't worry though they'll have it dry cleaned for her!

It's strange...but Julia's been feeling off lately. She finds herself losing track of time, feeling rather tired and sore (as if she ran a marathon and then fought a bear), and most of all the headaches. It's agonizing these headaches, forcing her to put her head between her knees...maybe it’s stress? Or some illness?

Woke up from a weird dream this morning.

This dream gave me the lore that merfolk could turn humans into merfolk by giving them this enchanted bread. The thing about this bread is that it smelled so good that anyone who was forced to partake lost their ability to resist.

Other less important parts of this dream:

- being forced to eat the bread myself cuz I knew/learned something I wasn’t supposed to

- tests of courage/ability

- merhunter be crazy

- feeding frenzy that I don’t have in dream context for - only saw it from a far

- fire

- making the crazy merhunter eat the bread

nihlus is also so fun to think about, bc i have the fic i wanna redo but the reason he Chose zander in the first place was he saw himself and saren in them. spectres operate outside the law. you can get away with a lot as long as you can justify it (and councilor sparatus will rip you a new one if it ain't satisfactory)(possibly literally)

zander was efficient, ruthless yes but in a big picture way. avoid as much collateral damage of innocent loss of life as possible butttt if the slavers buddy ain't talking and he's gonna die anyways. well. (zander always also found it funny that they never ran, oh yeah let's fuck around with TWO spectres, skill issue id book it)

zander was also nursing the biggest hero crush on him and saren (Shepard, face down, im the opposite of a unicorn hunter,)(a what?)(dw about it kryik) and it did not matter that he wasn't their mentor Technically anymore. they would rather die than use their first names

an then they die an then they come back and y'know the Barghest is its own deal he gets to deal with but it's so fun that the first Zander comes back wrong. not shambling corpse wrong but this one calls him nihlus an is loud and affable and flirty and their stutter is all smoothed out
