put 712 of the worst words ever put in a google doc tonight BUT! it is 712 more words in the google doc than i had yesterday. this fic will be more than 2k, so help me god

ok so it turns out that the only music i can really use for heaven studio remixes is music made with digital software because it has a usable BPM. the downside of this is that the only music that uses digital software is video game music.

#song of the day#I fell asleep on the couch yesterday and never did the song of the day#I got a little ahead of myself on the 8th I think because really the song for yesterday ought to have been Cosmo Canyon#but then I missed yesterday so I'm going to say that I get to pick two songs for today and apply one retroactively (I am cheating)#anyway the two songs are Roche's battle music from FFVII Rebirth#(using 'Ignition Flame' from the Remake OST as my placeholder until we get the proper Rebirth remix. got his same driving beat)#(that's not meant to be a pun--or at least it wasn't by me. probably Nobuo Uematsu did it on purpose)#and this song by Lorrie Morgan and the Beach Boys (I always want to say the Beastie Boys which is hilarious#I cannot think of a less Beastie Boys sounding song)#we had our final race with Roche today. he won :'(#unrelated to today's battle is my vindication! I finally looked up his voice actor and I was right! same voice as Gladio from XV#my guys <3#and then also I got back to my house today and my plants are fine! Duncan took good care of them I'm so relieved#the succulents are the Don't Worry Babies you see so that's where the second song comes in#it's sort of a cover--the original version of the song only has the Beach Boys but it is far inferior to this Lorrie-led version
