From the outfit, to the pose, to the background, I'm a fan of how this bunny Alfred turned out. This is highly experimental for me, Alexia will be coming soon, but first I have to get back to work and finish chapter 8's cover!

IRL has been wrecking me to an unholy degree, my apologies. I didn't realize I never posted chapters 3-5 here when I decided to finally post 6. In my absence, I've revised all posted chapters of Ikigai, clearing out anything that was disjointed or would affect the turn of the story in a way that would contradict or conflict past chapters.

But here we are, chapters 3-6:

Bout time I finally finished something, even if it was a spontaneous doodle. I needed to study Sherry a bit to compare her to another to another character, and since I liked how the sketch looked, I decided to render her.

This is the first page of my new sketchbook. So that everyone knows what I'm about.

Before I jump back into Production Hell for a bit to create some more model sheets for Bad Moon Rising and creating some guidelines for furture Ko-Fi requests, I had to finish ONE thing that I've wanted to draw for a hot minute.

Most everyone I talk about my RE fanworks with knows that I absolutely LOVE the headcanon that Claire, Alex, and Alfred are the Gay Siblings, and that their own respective siblings love and support them while also being queer themselves!

(Of course Wesker would start shit with Chris at any given moment, but Chris and Alexia are just tuning him out.)

I wanted to get this out of my brain and onto paper before I jump back into Production Hell with more model sheets because these headcanons make me happy, y'know?

If anyone wants to use these as icons, feel free, just make sure to credit/link back to me. I may open up lil LGBTQIA+ icon commissions for all sorts of characters like these on my Ko-Fi as well if anyone would be interested in that!

As a little disclaimer, if you have different LGBTQIA+ headcanons for these characters, that's cool, too, after all, to each their own. These are just my own personal HCs, but if yours differ, that's your own, and no one can take that from you ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Well, FUCK that noise and happy birthday to my OC, Alexis V. Wesker

I've had Alexis for 11 years, but canonically, today, she is 31. This art piece, however, is when she's abt 17-19. Alexis is a very fun villain to write, which is why I've kept her around for so long.

Long may I write her reign.

I know there isn't a Tumblr user alive that was active in 2015-2016 that doesn't remember these "Draw the OTP/OT3/Squad" memes. Back then, I had ZERO faith in my skills as an artist, I wasn't in the Tumblr Art scene, and I would have never even attempted this.

Now here we are, 4-5 years of experience, copious amounts of trauma, 2 court cases, and a bit of self-discovery later.

AND I FINALLY DID ONE OF THESE.

Of course I did this with my current paramount OTP, because these two have been giving me feelings and inspiration for a while. Someone in a Discord server said that the light made it look like that Alexia had a spotlight on her, and I was like "Okay, I can't discard that"

Also, has anyone else attempted giving Wesker casual clothes that actually fit his ensemble? It's near impossible, I swear to God, this overdramatic bastard... One day, I've gotta do a page of them in different articles of clothing to kinda break into alternating clothing on their models. I'll probably throw Alexis into the fray, too, especially since Bad Moon Rising is coming up...
