IRL has been wrecking me to an unholy degree, my apologies. I didn't realize I never posted chapters 3-5 here when I decided to finally post 6. In my absence, I've revised all posted chapters of Ikigai, clearing out anything that was disjointed or would affect the turn of the story in a way that would contradict or conflict past chapters.

But here we are, chapters 3-6:

Alexia Ashford's awakening to the new world was not as she planned. After the B.S.A.A. raids the Antarctic Base, killing Alfred, Alexia now has no one in her company, no family left, a lone Ashford in this world. But when a mysterious man in black arrives at the base, painting pictures of grandeur and conquest with his words, that may just change, giving Alexia an heir to her throne.

I know there isn't a Tumblr user alive that was active in 2015-2016 that doesn't remember these "Draw the OTP/OT3/Squad" memes. Back then, I had ZERO faith in my skills as an artist, I wasn't in the Tumblr Art scene, and I would have never even attempted this.

Now here we are, 4-5 years of experience, copious amounts of trauma, 2 court cases, and a bit of self-discovery later.

AND I FINALLY DID ONE OF THESE.

Of course I did this with my current paramount OTP, because these two have been giving me feelings and inspiration for a while. Someone in a Discord server said that the light made it look like that Alexia had a spotlight on her, and I was like "Okay, I can't discard that"

Also, has anyone else attempted giving Wesker casual clothes that actually fit his ensemble? It's near impossible, I swear to God, this overdramatic bastard... One day, I've gotta do a page of them in different articles of clothing to kinda break into alternating clothing on their models. I'll probably throw Alexis into the fray, too, especially since Bad Moon Rising is coming up...

It's almost time to retire my old sketchbook - I'll miss that cover, It's definitely my favourite since I started plastering stickers onto my covers.

But as I retire my old one (With the exception of transferring model sheets and the like for Bad Moon Rising's development,) I realized what I could do for my new sketchbook: And that was to plaster my rarepair all over it, because this ship threw me from my balcony, and to be frank with you all, I thanked it.

All of these are works by artists on Redbubble, which has some quality product and art for not too steep a price! I'm so happy I was able to get my hands on these, and I'm actually considering buying some of these as shirts because. Well. LOOK AT THEM.

So @eggshxts had this one post with Wesker being lovesick and his eyes dialated as a result, and I remembered it when I wanted to practice using some new lining pens so of course I drew the OTP

Oof, some OLD, OLD art... These are the illustrations from the Ikigai prototype on AO3. Our fearless Leader Chris in the RE Amino took an interest in reading it, and I needed a place to upload the images to put them in the AO3 draft, so here they are.
