New head cannon. Emmet and Ingo are by technicality not twins, Ingo was born at 11:58 on March 31, Emmet was born at 12:07 on April 1. Ingo and Emmet didn’t learn this fact until they were in their late teens, and Drayden told them. This blew their minds. Their parents had at first celebrated their birthdays on the actual day just separate parties pretty much until they were seven and began to demand celebrating it on March 31 seeing that as their birthday. Ingo fully teased Emmet for being born in a different month… until Emmet punched Ingo when they were nineteen and it was dropped; there were battles to be had and train stuff to be done.

BIG FAN OF THIS ACTUALLY. quite enjoyable. Ingo and Emmet got separated when they first fell, with Ingo getting picked up by Pearl Clan and Lady Sneasler dragging Emmet around for about a week until Ingo woke up in a cold sweat realizing there was something he left on Mt.Coronet(at the time not realizing it was his brother).

Irida went with Ingo till they stumbled upon eachother. Irida thought he was a fucked up Zorua or something until the twins started circling eachother like really excited dogs and realized oh. okay never mind there's just another one now.

since Emmet had such a swell time with Lady Snealser and she quickly takes a liking to Ingo as well, Irida finds it easy enough to appoint them as her wardens when they get acclimated, probably the weirdest ones in the history of the clans.

they both are missing their memories; when they first stumbled upon eachother they were sputtering trying to say eachother's names they gave up and went "YOU!!! I KNOW YOU!!!!". Emmet ended up introducing himself first when he caught Irida saying Ingo's name. and got excited that he had it again.

Pines family’d my favorite guys!!

Still been kind of sick so I’ve rewatched Gravity Falls over these past few days; I’d forgotten how much I liked it as a kid, couldn’t help but try and put my favorite characters/media into the show’s style and world. (Especially seeing as how similar Ingo and Emmet’s situation is to Ford and Stan’s). Very fun exercise!!
