Was reading some of the Bear script, it says it’s a draft, and I started reading the 2x2 one "Pasta"

And noticed how they change this 😭 Carmy was so…. Love the Sydcarmy banter too 🤣

Also anyone knows where to find the 2x9 "Omelette" script? I only have the one from 2x1 to 2x7, and the pilot one

As I just said with a concerning level of autistic passion to someone irl- If Claire is peace the panic attack scene makes no sense. NO SENSE.

I understand that when you’re in love sometimes it’s anxiety inducing to a paralyzing extent- BUT, in my experience- that’s a red fucking flag. Maybe I’m projecting and Carmy really is so damaged that that this is normal for him but again- the evidence is NOT pointing to that.

He is calm around Syd, is able to apologize to her, and he is able to communicate with her better than with Claire. We are told he loves Claire, but we are shown he loves Syd.

Two green flags about Carmy from season 1:

* bachelor party with strippers: completely uninterested

* children's birthday: "Who puts ketchup on a hot dog?" "I don't know...maybe a CHILD?!!!"

Perhaps talked about to death, and it’s been like 2 years since s2. But what really solidified the fact that Sydcarmy could be canon (or that they were thinking about it) to me, beyond the panic attack scene and beyond the table scene, is that weirdly psychosexual bridge between those two episodes lol. And I mean the ending of s2 ep8 and the beginning of s2 ep9.

Before then, it was all average love triangle nonsense that could be explained away with strong conviction and plausible deniability. However it all went out of the window by the end of ep8 lolfkfkdkdkkdkd. Cause apart from the fact that Carmen is making Ragu for Claire and we see flashes of Sydney all alone, the episode ends with Carmen and Claire gearing up to fuck and Sydney taking her shirt off. And then when we come back to ep9- Carmen and Claire did their ting, and it ends with Sydney putting clothes on. I remember being on the couch with my friends one snowy evening watching this all unfold, and we paused for a moment to all just stare at each other and laugh. Only for us to be slapped across the face by the panic attack scene mere minutes later odjdndjdkdkjdndndjdd- and my friend who doesn’t even really ship them like that was like “oh shit they are actually going there”.

Again, this has been probably talked about to death and brought up by so many different people. But it is my favourite affirmation of the existence of this ship and every time I am reminded of it, I feel like I’ve snorted a line of coke idjdjdjsjsjsjjsj.
