Hoy estamos en Sonseca, Toledo, instalando una cubierta con más de 20 aguas. 🚧

🔧 Hemos fijado los perfiles primarios al forjado con taco metálico y tornillos. Para el aislamiento, utilizamos espuma de poliuretano proyectada (densidad de 50 kg/m3 y espesor de 7 cm). En este vídeo, mostramos cómo instalar correctamente los rastreles metálicos secundarios para las tejas cerámicas imitación pizarra.

🔍 Les enseñamos cómo hacer el replanteo previo considerando la medida del paso de rastrel necesario. Los rastreles secundarios son esenciales en cubiertas sin mortero, asegurando una ventilación adecuada y mayor eficiencia energética.

En ROOFS, recomendamos evitar el mortero para obtener un tejado ventilado, duradero y menos propenso a goteras. 🌬️🏠
