fav lo cal foods: trader joe’s umami rice crackers, grapes (with cinnamon), any sort of pickles/kimchi, ramen broth, spinach feta wraps, stouffer’s roast turkey meals, and tomatoes/cucumbers with greek yogurt to dip. i used to be obsessed w quest protein bars but i ate too many and dont like them anymore

drinks: for low cal i like diet coke (obviously), the yellow gatorade zero, grapefruit spindrift, white monster, de la calle tepache, and any kombucha. not lo cal i love iced matcha lattes, cranberry juice, miller high life, chilled red wine, and aperol spritzes
