HI im so glad someones on the same boat :') i used 2 daydream a lot but kinda had to push myself out of it bcs it was at that point a harmful coping mechanism, but nowdays my brain is a bit better, so im trying 2 get back into it in moderation. So happy 2 be rowing w u!!!

For me usually putting on some pretty basic sound music helps, less lyrics is better for me or a language i dont understand

One of the spotify playlists i usually use, v specific mood tho, u could also use game music from a game thats vibe ur going for, etc. I just close my eyes and... start visualizing.

A huge part of it is. Genuinely boring urself. I think. It helps a LOT. Thinking bacl 2 the conditions for when I used 2 daydream, it was in classes or long drives. Leave ur phone on mute, do not touch it, do housechores and lay down and just think ant... things.

I also do get inspir3d by my surroundings. Last week I was in Utö, a lot of my daydreams have included stones. Look around on pinterest for some weird whacky aesthetic pics and go off from there. Like woah what a fun looking place now lemme imagine exploring it.

Also, don't get stuck on realizm.... this is a weird thing i do. Ive been having dum dum w me exploring the worlds recenrly just bcs his design is p powerful and dynamic, and i felt it wad sillt at first but like... who cares its fun!!!!!! Its for fun and relaxation!!!
