Not only that, as based on the article itself, it is going to be the biggest games of the six nations in 2019. The six countries in Europe are England, Ireland, France, Scotland, Wales, and Italy. It’s going to match at the Principality Stadium. I am sure Europeans are waiting for this match that will kick off at 4:45 in the afternoon. I am excited with the result of the tournament.

One of the famous landmarks in London, England is the Tower of London. It is a fascinating spot in London and its history. Tower of London is a very ancient tower that homes the crown of jewels as well as the cell when the notable Walter Raleigh was in prison. The place is extra spectacular and unusual. I was lucky not to be wearing heels at that time because it was not really our plan to drop by to the magnificent tower. However, if I were wearing heels, I would never regret it because it was the best tower I have ever seen so far.

PortMiami is undergoing a historic renovation with multiple new terminals and developments
PortMiami, known as the “Cruise Capital of the World,” has been the number one cruise passenger port in the world. It accommodates some of the largest ships and cruise operations in the world and is the busiest port on cruise lines and passenger traffic. Now the port is expanding, and many cruise lines are competing for the post of the best terminal.
Only last year there was more than 5.6 million cruise passenger. The passenger count is expected to overgrow in the upcoming years, which explains the move from the companies to build bigger ships and massive new terminals.
Here is a list of significant developments under construction, planned or recently completed:
1.MSC Cruise Terminal – will become the most significant cruise terminal at PortMiami. Designed by Arquitectonica two of MSC’s biggest ships will be able to dock at the same time, with up to 28,000 passenger movements in a day. Construction will start in early 2020. (Main picture)
2. Norwegian Cruise Line’s ‘Pearl of Miami’ – the $215 million terminal has construction underway now, with top-off recently and completion in spring 2020.

3. Virgin Voyages Palm Grove Terminal – Construction of the $150 million terminal should start this year, with completion in 2021.

4. Royal Caribbean’s ‘Crown of Miami’ – the terminal was built at the cost of $250 million. Royal Caribbean’s passenger count will almost triple thanks to the new terminal, and the world’s biggest cruise ship is based here.

5. Disney Cruise Terminal – Mediations are underway for Disney Cruise Lines to build a new terminal at PortMiami. Plans and an exact location haven’t been announced.

6. Royal Caribbean Global Headquarters – A $300 million state of the art campus will be built to oversee the company’s operations worldwide. Construction should start this month.

If you’re a baseball fan, there’s nothing cooler than hanging out at home with friends and being able to proclaim that the one and only Miguel Cabrera is your landlord.
A lucky tenant in Hollywood, FL, can step up to the plate and do just that. The former third baseman for the Marlins and current Detroit Tigers star is renting out a four-bedroom home for $4,200 a month. Cabrera bought this home in 2005 for $930,000. The home has been rented out several times since then. 
The home sits on a quarter-acre lot and measures 2,500 square feet. It’s located just 3 miles west of Hollywood Beach.

2019 REALTOR® Good Neighbor Award Winners Honored, Celebrate 20-Year Milestone of Giving Back
Over the last 20 years, the Good Neighbor Awards program has recognized REALTORS® who make an extraordinary impact on their communities through devoted volunteer work. The impact of those 200 Good Neighbors has been remarkable: working in 40 states, 15 countries and in Puerto Rico. In total, those efforts have served more than 41 million meals to the hungry, sheltered nearly 300,000 people in need and raised hundreds of millions of dollars for various causes, including more than $104 million to fund medical research and healthcare.
The five individuals named this year’s National Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award winners serve as an example of how REALTORS® roll up their sleeves and step forward to make their communities a better place. The 2019 Good Neighbor Award winners are:

Bruce Johnson, RE/MAX of Wasaga Beach, Inc.; Wasaga Beach, Ontario In memory of his daughter, Alyssa, who died in 1998 at 20 days old, Johnson has traveled more than 37,000 miles across North and South America on his motorcycle. Johnson’s long-distance motorcycle ride fundraisers benefit the Children’s Miracle Network’s 170 children’s hospitals in the U.S. and Canada. Johnson’s longest ride came in 2018, when he and his 19-year-old daughter, Holly, rode from the northernmost point in Canada to the southern tip of South America—a six-month-long, 16,000-mile journey. Mark Solomon, Keller Williams 1st Realty; Kansas City, Mo., and Longmont, Colo. Solomon co-founded Veterans Community Project, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Kansas City that fights veteran homelessness through “tiny house” developments. The Kansas City neighborhood includes an outreach center where veterans can secure medical and mental health referrals, employment assistance and addiction counseling and treatment. Kimberly Strub, Coldwell Banker; Mill Valley, Calif. Strub chairs the board of the Schurig Center for Brain Injury Recovery, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries and their families through rehabilitation therapy, recreational activities and support groups. In a decade, she has raised $700,000, tripled both the organization’s reach and annual budget, and helped establish a concussion protocol for children in the Marin County school district. Realtors® Descend on Washington to Advance Policy Issues Shaping Real Estate Industry
WASHINGTON/ May 15, 2018 (STLRealEstate.News) — Realtors® from across the country will gather in the nation’s capital this week for the 2018 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo committed to continuing their work with Congress and the administration to advance policy initiatives that strengthen the ability of Americans to buy, invest, own and sell real estate.
More than 9,000 Realtors® and guests will attend this year’s conference, which kicked off yesterday and runs through Saturday, May 20. On Realtors®’ agendas this year will be visits with members of Congress, regulatory agency officials and top industry leaders; attending some of the nearly 100 available conference sessions on topics ranging from policy to technology; and focusing on the yearlong commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.
“As real estate professionals and Realtors®, our day-to-day business is influenced by the decisions made by our policymakers, and what happens on Capitol Hill matters tremendously to the real estate industry, our livelihood and the existing and future property owners we serve,” said NAR President Elizabeth Mendenhall, a sixth-generation Realtor® from Columbia, Missouri and CEO of RE/MAX Boone Realty. “That’s why NAR concentrates tremendous effort advocating for federal, state and local policy initiatives and why so many Realtors® are here in Washington this week, focusing Congress’s attention on the issues that bear significant weight on our industry.”
This year, Realtors® are advocating support for several important legislative initiatives, including strong net neutrality protections to ensure the internet is open and competitive for consumers and businesses; renewing and strengthening the long-term viability of the National Flood Insurance Program; indexing homeownership tax incentives for future inflation and permanently extending the tax exclusion on mortgage debt forgiveness; and adopting sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes in the Fair Housing Act.
During the meeting, attendees will hear from industry experts and thought leaders, including:
–U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Dr. Ben Carson, who will discuss the agency’s commitment to fair housing during the conference General Session
–U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Missouri), who will inspires attendees with a personal story about the importance of safe and affordable housing for all Americans.
-realtor.com® Chief Economist Danielle Hale, who will overview current conditions in the residential and commercial markets Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Acting Director Mick Mulvaney, will address the latest actions out of the CFPB, plans for improved efficiency and effectiveness of agency operations, and his perspectives on issues important to the real estate industry.
-Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator William “Brock” Long, will address a broad range of disaster and emergency management topics, from National Flood Insurance Program reauthorization and federal disaster relief to rebuilding assistance and mitigation in the aftermath of a record-breaking hurricane season.
-NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun, who will share residential and commercial real estate market updates and forecasts.
Throughout the week, NAR will put a special emphasis on fair housing, with events and speakers that will acknowledge the past fight for fair housing and look toward the future, with expanded equalities in housing opportunities. NAR is urging Congress to adopt sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes in the Fair Housing Act. As members of NAR, Realtors® subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics, which includes a commitment to provide equal professional services regardless of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, and as of 2009, sexual orientation, and since 2014, gender identity.
“Realtors® are proud to lead the way toward greater equality in housing opportunities, and we urge Congress to adopt fair housing protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity,” said Mendenhall.
In addition, NAR will recognize local and state associations and members who play a significant role in making the Realtors® Political Action Committee among the largest and most bipartisan contributor to candidates. More than 190 Realtors® will be inducted into the RPAC 2017 Hall of Fame, which recognizes members whose aggregate RPAC investments are at least $25,000; this is the largest class inducted in RPAC’s 49-year history. More than 9,360 Realtors® will be recognized as major investors for giving more than $1,000 to RPAC, and 1,207 members will be recognized as President’s Circle members, or major investors who give an additional $2,000 directly to candidate and party committees.
NAR will also recognize local and state Realtor® associations for meeting their 2017 RPAC and advocacy goals; 24 state associations and 431 local associations will receive NAR’s Triple Crown award, and 16 state associations and 260 local associations will be presented with a President’s Cup award.
