Anime I watch this season

1. Spy x Family

Do I really need to say something about this? Probably the most anticipated anime this season. It's a very close manga adaptation so far. Comedy, Action and Slice of Life combined with amazing artwork and only lovable main characters. Definitely a must watch this season!!!

2. Ao Ashi

I honestly didn't have many expectations for this one but I was pleasantly surprised. Soccer is a sport I kind of despise, which probably has something to do with the fact that it seems to be the dominating sport in my home country and every other sport is forgotten. But once I watched thw first episode I got hooked. It's fun, main character is an adorable pudding and though it is yet to be as deep as other sports anime it definitely is good entertainment.

3. Love All Play

Has Ryman's Club drawn me into the world of badminton? Yes! Did I only start watching this anime because of it? Yes. Is it as good as Ryman's Club? No. Love All play doesn't even come close to it. But nevertheless like Ao Ashi it is a good watch.

4. Dance, Dance Danseur

5. To Become a Real Heroine!

To me this anime is the biggest surprise of all. I'm normally not too much into the Shouyou, Romance, Slice of Life Anime and only watched the first two of because a friend of mine forced me to. But man, am I surprised. This might become my secret highlight of the season.

Sora Amamiya and Shiina Natsukawa will play Sena and Mona Narumi, respectively, in Lay-television's anime Heroine Tarumono! : According to the character video, Kiraware Heroine is Naisho no Oshigoto. In addition to the characters, the video features Shiina Natsukawa's song "Fansa." The premiere of the television anime is set for spring 2022.

Rival Idols Thrive in Heroine Tarumono TV Anime Character PV

  Five new cast members and a new character preview have been published for Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ ("To Become a Real Heroine - The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task"), an upcoming TV anime based on the song by HoneyWorks about a girl who tries to balance her high school life with a part time job as the manager of a popular male idol duo.

    The new cast members are a voice unit known as Full Throttle4 as well as their manager / DJ. The new cast includes (pictured above from left to right):

  Sōma Saitō as YUI.

Yūma Uchida as RIO.

Tetsuya Kakihara as MEGU.

Toshiki Masuda as DAI.

And Jun Fukuyama as IV.

    The story of Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ follows Hiyori Suzumi, a high school student who moves to Tokyo and takes a part-time job as an assistant manager to the male idol duo LIP x LIP in order to make ends meet. Hiyori soon learns that it's tough to juggle work, school life, and club activities, especially when the talent she's managing are also her classmates.

    Heroine Tarumono! ~Kiraware Heroine to Naishou no Oshigoto~ is directed by Noriko Hashimoto and features animation production by Lay-duce. The series scheduled to broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX, Mainichi Broadcasting System, and BS Fuji beginning in April of 2022.

Heroine Tarumono: un nuovo lavoro degli HoneyWorks sta per diventare un anime

La serie animata sulla giovane manager dei LIPxLIP debutterà sulle tv giapponesi in primavera.

Dopo averci raccontato la origin story dei LIPxLIP in “Kono Sekai no Tanoshimikata: Secret Story Film”, è tempo di vedere animata anche la storia di Hiyori Suzumi, la giovane manager del del duo di virtual idol, che in “Heroine Tarumono! Kiraware Heroine to Naisho no O-Shigoto” (To Become a Real Heroine! The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task) ce la metterà tutta per supportare i due amici, dividendosi fra scuola e lavoro. 

La serie animata andrà in onda in Giappone a partire da aprile 2022 e si ispira, appunto, al brano “Heroine Tarumono!” del celebre gruppo HoneyWorks.

L’adattamento è diretto da Noriko Hashimoto presso lo studio LAY-DUCE (O Maidens in Your Savage Season, Classroom Crisis, Release the Spyce). La sceneggiatura è curata da Yoshimi Narita (Our love has always been 10 centimeters apart, I've Always Liked You), mentre il character design e la direzione delle animazioni sono in mano a Kaori Ishii (O Maidens in Your Savage Season).

Le musiche della serie sono invece composte da Moe Hyuga (Steins;Gate 0, OshiBudo).

One thing for sure though, this season is really neat, Healer Girl, Shikimori, Spyxfamily and Love Live Niji are high on my list of favourites this season

To Become A Real Heroine: The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task

In order to participate in a track team during high school, Suzumi Hiyori, leaves her countryside hometown and enrolls in a high school in Tokyo. On her first day at school she encounters popular idols Yuujiro and Aizou who are her classmates. Hiyori doesn't want to get involved with them but when she looks for a part time job in order to help her family she becomes their manager in training. Now she'll learn to juggle school life, club anf her job while making friends.

To Become A Real Heroine gives a similar vibe to Love, Live Superstar. Of course some things are only explainable due to anime logic. (I'm pretty certain idols won't take high school girls as their manager in training and which parents would send their child to live in Tokyo on their own only because she wants to join their track club?) but it is a good watch. The plot certainly isn't the dedepest and most comlicated thing in existing but you don't expect that from this kind of anime. Rather you expect a light watch which you can simply enjoy without fearing that your favourite character will die. If you expect this from this anime then To Become A Real Heroine delivers exactly what it promises.

The official website for the television anime Heroine Tarumono! : Kiraware Heroine to Naisho no Oshigoto (To Become a Real Heroine!: The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task) released six new cast members, the first key visual (above), the opening music, and the first promotional video. The anime will be broadcast on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS Fuji in April 2022.
