what do you think about "Trissica relationship on season 2"? -I mean romantic relationship-

We found this post sums up our initial reactions. We totally thought that Jess/Trish dated. Them being a romantic couple almost seemed canon, until it was revealed later that Jessica was Trish’s adoptive sister.

But we don’t think this totally sinks our ship.

The exec producer worked on Xena (hello subtext).

That last “I Love You” scene.

The adoptive sibling couple thing has happened before, see Barry/Iris from The Flash tv series. Though, we can understand that Jess/Trish interactions can be seen as just platonic friendship.

However you interpret it, I think most everyone can agree that they have amazing chemistry and it’s always good to see positive depictions of female relationships between women.

I honestly tried so fucking hard not to ship Trissica (that’s what I’m calling them) I really did, but as soon as Jess said, “I can’t risk you” I threw myself in the trash.

finished Netflixs “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” in 3 days. Really like the dynamic between Jessica and Luke and I really love the friendship of Jessica and Trish - it’s just so real, pure and unconditionally.

Well done Netflix. Another Marvel series I fell in love with.
