I designed and stitched this Schitt’s Creek inspired piece! Absolutely love this show and working on this one (especially the motel part) was a lot fun.

I was worried the four roses look a bit cabbage-y, but tbh I'm here for it and I love them now. Also, I so badly wanted to include some crows, but they ended up being pterodactyl-sized on the motel roof so I had to let them go.

Room With A View, Las Vegas (No. 6)

The Las Vegas Beltway begins in Henderson at the I-11 / I-515 / US 93 / US 95 interchange, where traffic on westbound Nevada State Route 564 (SR 564, Lake Mead Parkway) defaults onto I-215 west. From here, the beltway primarily follows the former Lake Mead Drive alignment west to the Pecos Road / Saint Rose Parkway (SR 146) interchange. The highway then curves northwest toward Harry Reid International Airport before turning west to cross under Las Vegas Boulevard and I-15.

As the beltway passes under I-15, it changes from Interstate to county highway still maintaining freeway status as it heads nearly due west. Passing Decatur Boulevard, two one-way frontage roads (which formerly carried the initial beltway facilities) appear on either side of the highway. At Durango Drive, the roadway curves northward. The frontage roads end as the highway reaches Tropicana Avenue, but the freeway continues briefly west and then north again to intersect Charleston Boulevard (SR 159) near Red Rock Canyon. As it passes north through the community of Summerlin (part of the city of Las Vegas), the beltway meets Summerlin Parkway at a partial system interchange.

Which singer-songwriter was born Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou?

Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou (1963-2016), known professionally as George Michael, was a British singer-songwriter. He was born in London to an English mother and a Greek father. Michael rose to fame in the 1980s as half of the pop duo Wham! with his school friend Andrew Ridgeley.

Wham! released several successful singles, including 'Club Tropicana', which featured on their UK #1 debut album 'Fantastic'. In 1986, Wham! disbanded after releasing their third studio album.

George Michael began a successful solo career, releasing four studio albums, 'Faith' (1987), 'Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1' (1991), 'Older' (1996), and 'Patience' (2004). By 2010, he had sold over 100 million records worldwide.

On 25th December 2016, George Michael died from heart failure and a fatty liver, aged 54. The police treated his death as unexplained as there were no suspicious circumstances. He is remembered for joining other popular British and Irish pop stars to form Band Aid in November 1984 and singing on the charity song 'Do They Know It's Christmas?' to raise money for famine relief in Ethiopia. The single became the UK Christmas number one on the UK Singles Chart, resulting in Wham!'s own song,' Last Christmas', only reaching number two.
