i have this fic series i'm still working on where mihawk sort of becomes rayleigh's kid and spends ages 11-17ish on the oro jackson.

shanks and buggy imprint on him (bugs considers him a sort of older brother figure/sparring inspiration and shanks has a crush that eventually turns into full-blown love) and this is how i imagine they're like on the day mihawk sets off on his own haha.

Ahh thank you!!! That's really flattering fkljgfjf....It's always a pleasant surprise that people like Neves :'-) (and I love when I get an excuse to post my doodles of her and the Lamb lol)

I am in the works of trying to write a cotl fanfic abt this specific au (I call it The Apostate & The Martyr in my head lol), but writing doesn't come as easily as drawing to me SIGH. I've actually written quite a bit, but the problem is putting all these random excerpts together to make something coherent LOL. But yes, the fic is intended to be the story of The Lamb and Neves' friendship amidst the brutality and terror of the Lands of the Old Faith, how to deal with the consequences of their choices, and the mutual alienation they experience in their positions....as silly as that sounds lol. It's very self-indulgent! I just liked the concept of the "Outsider" POV, so to speak, being subjected to the sort of normalized violence that exists in cotl. Though, I might end up just making comics if I can't pan out this fanfic well enough!

Swap and Error's dynamic/relationship (eventually Berror) will be the main focus of SourceCode ErrorTale. It will loosely follow the plot set up by CQ, but it goes off the rails pretty fast. Let's just say there is a lot of emotional constipation on Error's part while Swap fights for his dwindling sanity.

This AU will tell lore about my own interpretation of how the multiverse works (The dynamic between creator and beloved character).

Omniscient Reader has been a bit of an inspiration if you've ever heard of it. 👀

i really should leave time between art posts for them to breathe and accumulate their fair share of notes, but also i need something to do while im waiting for my onions to caramelize.

In this installment: Five and Viktor meet over breakfast to discuss business, Luther is a Concerned Citizen, Diego and Patch also meet over breakfast to discuss business but in the background, and Grace is NOT a robot and this diner is NOT fully automated no sir. “Hey, quick question!” Leo said, stopping the newest Leo in his tracks. This one looked pretty cool with that scarf, though the missing hand sucked.

“Yeah?” The alternate Leo asked, a little wary, eyes tracking and stuttering on Leo’s beautiful custom arm. 

“Are you a two for one deal?” Leo asked, grinning full force. 

A small pause. Then a posture shift, a more excited smile in return — something Leo had never seen from the other side. “Hell yeah I am.”

“Dude!” Leo threw his hands in the air. “I’ve been looking for you everywhere! Me too!”

“You too?” 

Sensei stepped in, spine shifting and shoulders straightening, and that slightly deeper voice said, “Leonardo clown car, at your service. We heard there was another one of us and Leo insisted we find you.”

"You've found me! This is so cool, I had no idea there was anyone else like us." The alternate Leo eyed them as they swapped places, looking curious and interested.

"Hah. Hey, are there four people here, or is it just me?" Sensei said, eyes crinkling.

The other laughed. "That's so bad, I love it."

"He's the worst." Leo pushed him out of the way. "Hey, hey, do you want to arm wrestle?"

There was a pointed glance at the missing hand versus robotic arm given in return.

"No, no, with our normal arms. I wanna see like, who's stronger in which combination of who's in control." Leo bounced on his heels, giddy.

That wariness returned on the other's face, so Sensei stepped in, calming hand on Leo's metaphorical shoulder. "Sorry about him, he's pretty easily excited."

"Tell me about it." A faintly amused smile brushed away anything else. "Yeah, we could do that. But don't complain to me when you lose."

Sensei let his competitive gleam shine. "You're on."

Followed by a groan of the two younger Leo's. But they stole a table to test -- gaining quite the audience who had little context for what was going on -- and it was impossible to tell who won considering both sides cheated.

To be honest, I ponder about Vanilla's prospects for redemption. Presently, the outlook appears bleak as Shadow Milk gradually recovers while mentally tormenting PV. It's a bit uncertain for me whether this coexistence can endure indefinitely. Now the situation to me looks like there is absolutely no hope that it will be possible to get rid of SM. Is Vanilla simply prolonging the inevitable or is there a glimmer of hope for eventual freedom?

In terms of redemption, Pure Vanilla has gotten the chance to try and get to know more about his counterpart, but he doubts it would be possible as Shadow Milk's too far gone in terms of corruption. And certainly is not letting go of his ideals.

The situation is pretty bad but hope is there, the deal has some perks outside of the loss of freedom, mostly revolving on Shadow Milk and Pure Vanilla not being able to damage eachother.

The beast needed a disguise to keep up appearences, while the other wanted to have the possibility of going outside of the void he'd otherwise be confined to. Thus, Shadow Milk can't break or injure Pure Vanilla..at least not until his plan succeeds. This due to injuries reflecting on himself as well, and any unusual change in the ancient would signal that something is going on to anyone that knows him well.

What Vanilla had originally in mind was protecting others even if he was going to take a burden, so he's pretty much stalling while trying to contact the others without notice.

There is still hope, but finding a way to get Shadow Milk out that doesn't involve killing/sealing away the other too is going to be difficult.
