Enseñanza Poderosa

La educadora y escritora argentina Mariana Maggio, en su libro "Enriquecer la Enseñanza" Los ambientes con alta disposición tecnológica como oportunidad. Publicado en el año 2012, aborda un concepto muy interesante para comenzar a pensarlo y tratar de implementarlo hoy en las aulas.

La enseñanza poderosa explicada por Maggio crea una propuesta original que nos transforma como sujetos y cuyas huellas permanecen. La misma se piensa desde una inclusión genuina de las tecnologías en la enseñanza y su riqueza se expresa a través de los siguientes rasgos:

Da cuenta de un abordaje teórico actual, esto quiere decir que trata el estado del arte, el modo de entender un tema en la actualidad con todo lo que ello pueda implicar, como debates, controversias, además de reconocer los interrogantes abiertos. Este tipo de enseñanza no enseña lo perimido. Aquí la tecnología es un punto importante ya que crea oportunidades de actualización inéditas para el pensamiento.

De esta forma permite pensar al modo de la disciplina esto refiere a que no busca justificar la organización curricular por materias, no crea necesariamente las condiciones para el pensamiento disciplinar.

Entendiendo al conocimiento como una construcción provisoria que se produce en un marco epistemológico que también lo es.

Asimismo, la enseñanza poderosa mira en perspectiva porque enseña a cambiar de puntos de vista, aún en el caso de un enfoque teórico prolífico y de gran actualidad es posible mostrar que es materia de debate y cuál era la perspectiva de quienes abordaban la misma problemática en el pasado con otros marcos de referencia.

La enseñanza poderosa se piensa en tiempo presente ; se crea, se concibe, se formula, se diseña. Concebir la enseñanza en tiempo presente quiere decir pensarla en el presente de la sociedad, de la disciplina, de la institución, del grupo específico, de la realidad de la vida de cada uno de los alumnos. Por esto mismo esta enseñanza es un acto de creación que controlan los docentes.

Esta propuesta de enseñanza ofrece una estructura original ya que aborda la construcción en movimiento para hacer creaciones didácticas. Resultando ser de la inventiva de su autor, se la construye, se la imagina y se la padece en algunos casos.

Por último, conmueve y perdura, cuando la enseñanza es actual y originalmente concebida ayuda a pensar y a ver en perspectiva, dejando marcas que perduran. La enseñanza poderosa es perdurable y tal vez en ello se constate su potencia. La potencia de la enseñanza aparece cuando ayuda a reconstruir lo conocido, lo pensado, lo aprendido previamente, cuando interpela el sentido común.

Para reflexionar acerca del interrogante que plantea la autora ¿Cómo educaríamos a quien no reconocemos en su diferencia o a quien no intentamos entender? (Maggio, 2012). La única forma de avanzar sobre esta situación es superando el temor, reconocer, conocer y aprender que en este caso son simplemente los usos que los niños y los jóvenes hacen de la tecnología en tanto sujetos culturales. Reconocer qué hacen, cómo lo hacen, con quiénes se relacionan, qué tipo de materiales consultan y cuáles producen. Y para poder lograr esto es importante preguntarnos ¿Quién se presenta hoy en la escuela, en el colegio, en el liceo, en la universidad? (Serres, 2013) Conocer a los estudiantes, el contexto socio-económico de donde provienen, sus deseos y pensamientos.

Countries that have continued to suspend their funding of the United Nations' top relief agency in the occupied Palestinian territories were left with "no room" to justify their decision, said critics on Monday as an independent investigation into Israel's allegations against the organization revealed Israeli officials have ignored requests to provide evidence to support their claims.

Catherine Colonna, the former foreign minister of France, released her findings in a probe regarding Israel's claims that a significant number of employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) were members of terrorist groups.

Nearly three months after U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres commissioned the report, Colonna said Israel "has yet to provide supporting evidence" of its allegation that "a significant number of UNRWA employees are members of terrorist organizations."

Colonna's findings were bolstered by an investigation led by the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Sweden, the Chr. Michelsen Institute in Norway, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, which separately sought evidence from Israel.

"Israeli authorities have to date not provided any supporting evidence nor responded to letters from UNRWA in March, and again in April, requesting the names and supporting evidence that would enable UNRWA to open an investigation," said the Nordic groups.

Medic Weapon Concept: Demon Contract

Have you ever wanted to fully commit to a Battle Medic? Have you ever had to go on a killing spree as a Medic? Don't you just want to go ape shit? Well, this is the Medi-Gun unlock for you!

This unlock turns your Medi-Gun into a team-healing passive effect and increases the damage and healing effects of your other weapons. However, the healing of the Medi-Gun itself is nerfed severely, and you don't get the bonuses you receive upon pocketing a player or using the Amputator taunt.

+50% healing power

This is different from your Healing Rate. Instead of buffing your Medi-Gun, this buffs your other weapons. That means you can heal 5 HP from the Blutsauger or heal another player 225 HP with a maximum ramp-up Crossbow bolt. The Amputator's taunt would heal 36 HP/sec.

+15% damage

This also only affects your other weapons, allowing melee hits to deal 75 damage (60 with the Amputator), a maximum ramp-up Crossbow bolt to deal 86 damage, and Syringe Guns to deal 12-14 damage if the enemy is right on top of you. This bonus adds 1 damage at further ranges for the Syringe Gun, doing nothing once you reach 3 damage.

Passively heals your teammates

Your Medi-Gun is replaced by the passive effect to heal (and overheal) teammates around you that are within Medi-Gun range (the distance at which a beam can stay attached)! If multiple people are using this weapon, the Uber build rate is divided among them, which is what normally happens between two Medi-Guns. However, this healing effect will not affect those being pocketed by a normal Medi-Gun or a dispenser. The only exception to this is if a player at a dispenser is at full health, allowing this weapon to overheal them.

-80% healing rate

Your passive healing and overhealing effect works at 5 HP/sec, which is lower than a level 1 dispenser. This also affects your Uber Build Rate, although it can become faster than Stock if you're healing more than 5 players.

No pocketing bonuses

You don't receive the regeneration bonus from healing a player, nor will you receive assists.

Ubercharge: Necromancy

Like your Medi-Gun, this effect is also passive. Whenever you kill an enemy (assists included), 20% of your Ubercharge is used to spawn a team-colored Skeleton from their corpse. This skeleton only attacks enemies. For a refresher on Skeletons, they are a melee unit that moves at 300 Hammer Units (same as a Pyro, Sniper, or Engineer) and has 50 health, dealing 30 DPS. Upon death, they spawn 3 Small Skeletons which have similar stats, but they only deal 20 damage.
