CMTC alumni actor 🎬 Anthony Timpano has been busy since attending CMTC in 2017. Credits to his name include ‘A Score to Settle’ starring Nicolas Cage, ‘Love, Lights, Hanukkah!’, and ‘It Was Always You.'

Keep an eye out for Anthony on your screens! 👀💫 He currently has four films in post-production: ‘Secrets of a Gold Digger Killer’, ‘There’s Someone Inside Your House’, ‘Imperfect High’ and ‘Mixtape’ (starring Julie Bowen from ‘Modern Family’ and Jackson Rathbone from ‘Twilight’).

He can also be seen in the TV Series ‘Tribal.'

CMTC Alumni Fun Facts: Anthony attended CMTC in 2014 and 2017. He recently wrapped filming multiple projects in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is from Mississauga, Ontario.🇨🇦

“I experienced some of the best days of my life at CMTC. In a matter of four days, I was able to compete in competitions that exposed me to international agents and casting directors. I was well-educated on the industry from the seminars, I met amazing like-minded people and most importantly, I had fun! When I attended CMTC, my main goal was to take as much as I could from the experience and hoped for the best outcome. My goal was superseded. I won 1st in runway competition, I received 39 callbacks and I signed with agencies in Toronto and Montreal. I could not have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend attending CMTC for an experience of a lifetime that is run professionally and seamlessly by the amazing staff!

ABOUT CMTC: The Canadian Model and Talent Convention (CMTC) provides a unique opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in modelling, acting, singing, and/or dance. Those who successfully audition for CMTC are invited to attend the annual four-day event. During the four day event, new faces and their visitors have access to over 10 seminars and workshops led by industry experts including prestigious agents, managers, casting directors, producers, record labels, and scouts from all over the world. Those who successfully audition can also participate in competitions designed to emulate real castings and auditions. These competitions provide first-hand industry experience and allow participants to showcase their potential in front of the industry reps who are in attendance at CMTC. The industry reps judge the competitions while scouting for their roster. At the end of the event, attendees participate in callbacks where they have the opportunity to meet with and discuss potential next steps with any of the agents, managers, scouts, producers, record labels, and casting directors who have indicated an interest in them.
