JONI MITCHELL
“I see music as fluid architecture”
SHE ALWAYS SAYS THAT PAINTING AND MUSIC ARE TWO DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. WE KNOW HER AS ONE OF THE MOST INFLUENTIAL MUSICIANS IN HISTORY. SHE SAIS SHE’S JUST A PAINTER APPLYING PAINTING PRINCIPLES TO MUSIC.
She was born in a small town in Canada. Since a very young age she loved art and spent most of the time drawing. At the age of 7 she begged her parents to study the piano. She was soon introduced to classical composers like Schubert and Mozart.
Just at the age of 9 she contracted polio, a disease often fatal in XX century. She was hospitalised  for weeks, and focused mostly on her creative talent. That was the first time she considered singing or dancing career as her future job. Shortly after leaving the hospital, just at the age of 9, she began to smoke.
In grade 7 Joni met Mr. Kratzman, who taught English in her school. He was the first person to show her the magic of words. He asked Joni to write about things she knows, and once told her: "If you can paint with a brush, you can paint with words." That’s when she bought her first musical instrument: a baritone ukulele. She couldn’t afford a guitar.
After high school, Joni enrolled in the Alberta College of Art. She didn’t enjoyed most of the classes and left her after one year with an intention to become a folk singer.
She moved to Toronto and started working in a few department stores, unable to earn enough money in music business. Soon she found out that she was pregnant by her college ex-boyfriend. In February 1965 she gave birth to a baby girl. She spent cold winter alone with her newborn, unable to find any work.
A few weeks after the birth, Joni met and married folk-singer Chuck Mitchell. He promised to help take responsibility for the child but something changed, and a few weeks later Joni had to give up her daughter for adoption.
The marriage dissolved in a year and a half, and in early 1967 Joni Mitchell moved to New York City to pursue her musical dreams as a solo artist.
In March 1968 Reprise Records released her debut self-titled album. Other highly successful albums followed. In 1969 she won her first Grammy Award for Clouds. Her third album, Ladies of the Canyon, was a mainstream success, becoming her first gold album. It was during this time she was already starting to experiment with pop and rock genres.
Over the past four decades, Mitchell has garnered several Grammys in various categories, including traditional pop, pop music and lifetime achievement. Her other notable successful recordings include Blue (1971), the highly experimental Hejira (1976) and Turbulent Indigo (1994).
Throughout her life Mitchell dealt with many health issues. She sought treatment for Morgellons disease, and claimed that her voice has faltered from complications due to polio and a compressed larynx.
In 2015, Mitchell had a brain aneurysm, which required her to undergo physical therapy, and take part in daily rehabilitation. She made a full recovery.

An Interview with the Founders of The Gathered Gallery
Newfoundland and Labrador artist, Emily Pittman graduated from the University of Guelph Studio Art program last school year, with a focus on painting and drawing while here. Now living in St. John’s, Newfoundland, she is working at Anna Templeton Craft, Art and Design, a not-for-profit art centre. “I am dog obsessed, my favourite colour is purple, and the ukulele is my instrument of choice”.
Originally from Belleville, Ontario, Natalie Field is also a University of Guelph Studio Art Alumni. She focused on painting, drawing and printmaking while attending school, and is currently living in Toronto where she can enjoy the vibrant art scene. “I love spending time in greenhouses, drinking a cup of tea and finding the best cinnamon buns in town:.
The power team created The Gathered Gallery, a passion project that acts as an online catalogue for the contemporary art scene. Their partnership is a long-standing collaboration, as they have been seen collaborating before on their show in Zavitz Gallery, Drawn Up (2015). Their first ever collaboration was for a stop-motion animation in 2013, and ever since, they knew they wanted to work together.
Read on to find out what Natalie and Emily have to say about their collaboration, the artist residency they recently did, how they got started, and their advice for you!
Can you describe the moment you both decided to create The Gathered Gallery? What inspired the conception of this passion project and how did you get started?
It was January 2016 and we had just returned back to Guelph from Christmas Break. It really hit home for both of us that it was our last semester of school and we needed something to keep us engaged with the art community when we graduated. We were both interested in writing and wanted an outlet for that, as well. We treated the creation of the blog like an extra class and worked on it for three months before launching it in March 2016. We knew that we would be separated when we graduated because of our individual plans, so we needed a project that was feasible and that could still be successful with distance.
You’re both working in separate cities now that you have graduated. Is there any advice you have for anyone who might want to collaborate with someone else through long-distance?
We are both very passionate about this project and understand that it takes a lot of work and planning of schedules to allow for it to keep moving forward. Its definitely a commitment and takes many hours of Skyping each week. Also, we are getting better at taking on tasks individually while keeping in communication with the other. One piece of advice would be to make sure you are working with someone you genuinely like. Everything is harder over distance and genuinely wanting to spend lots of time talking with that person is important. It's a bonus that we get to be a part of each others lives from so far away!
Tell us about the residency you just did! What do you plan on doing while you’re together?
We were at Spark Box Studio in Picton Ontario, for a week-long Emerging Artist Residency! The studio is run by Chrissy Poitras and Kyle Topping, and for us it was a week full of interviews and studio visits with local artists, updates and new additions to our website, as well as a small publication with a hand-printed cover made in their print studio! It was a great opportunity for us to work together again, something we realize is important for the growth of this project.
As two very successful Guelph studio art alumni, do you have any advice for other students in the studio art program?
It has been very important for us to stay connected with the art community after graduating. We do that through the blog! It keeps us looking at art, thinking about art, and communicating with artists, all things that disappear quickly when you leave school. Having a project started before you graduate that you can carry into the real world can make the transition less scary - at least it did for us! Also, find at least one person you love to work with because it is the community of artists you will miss the most. One more thing! Ask your professors a million questions while you still can, every question you can think of! You'll miss their knowledge and guidance a lot.
If you would like to keep up with The Gathered Gallery and the incredible things they do, check out their website, www.thegatheredgallery.com where you can sign up for their monthly newsletter which summarizes the artists they covered that month on their website. Take a peek at their Instagram and Facebook pages as well! If you follow The Gathered Gallery Instagram, there is a chance to get your work “regrammed” with the #gatheredgrams project.
If you would like to keep up with their personal artwork and things they’re up to, you can follow Emily, @emilypittman and Natalie, @nat_field on Instagram.
Thank you so much to Emily and Natalie who took time out of their artist residency to answer our questions, it was a pleasure learning more about your work together!

Maripipi Island
We all woke up around the same time. The early early morning. We had thought the boat to maripipi left at 6am. After getting ready in our hotel in Naval, we walked to what we thought was the boating dock just to reserve our seating. It was only a five minute walk. The town of Naval looked just like any other town I’ve encountered in the Philippines except busier and more shopping. It is in the province of Biliran. There is your typical hustle and bustle and heavy traffic with street food vendors here.
I told the crew I was gonna find some better shoes across the street. I couldn’t believe how quickly I found the only pair of shoes my size for only 200 pesos. They were red water shoes that were extremely comfortable for only a few dollars.
Afterwards, we walked into the boat terminal area. We were quickly stopped by a security guard. He pointed us to a different direction and was talking to Jacob in waray. Jacob understood his direction and a hubble hubble driver offered to take us. We said we would eat first and were conveniently standing in front of our favorite kind of food, baduya. It was a different class of banana that is smooshed down, dipped in batter and then dipped in sugar. It is the most tastiest thing I’ve had in the Philippines. They also have different bananas that are wrapped in lumpia wrapping, fried and also dipped in caramelized sugar. These are called turon. We munched on a few of them, I still had one in my hand as all three of us hopped on the hubble hubble with our luggage’s.
I still had no idea where we were going or where I was on the map. The driver was wedged forward followed by Ronja, myself, and Jacob. Poor Jacob was sitting on a metal rod for the 30 minute motorcycle ride. We all had our luggage staggered. Ronja had her backpack on her left knee, I had mine on the right knee. We cruised until we arrived at a dock.
I’m not sure how this all panned out but we ended up on a boat with only two other Filipino ladies. It’s was about a 30 minute boat ride before we arrived to Maripipi. We had no plans and it was before noon, maybe 9:30am.
Tumblr media
Just as we were all getting off the boat the other woman on the boat asked where we were staying. We all looked at each other and said we had no plans or place to stay. She immediately said, “you guys follow me, I have a place where you can stay.” Her name was Marlyn. We didn’t hesitate and followed ate Marlyn to her house. We walked up a two floor steep cement staircase. On the top we’re scattered family members on a large open spaced outdoor patio.
They were all so inviting and welcoming. Pointing to chairs for us to sit in and places to put our bags. In the states If someone was doing this I would be weary and somewhat confused of the hospitality. Those vibes were non existent here and it was just a crazy roll of events. Ate Marlyn was very motherly towards us and I felt like saying “No thanks” was not an option. She treated us like her family.
We put our things down and we were immediately invited to have lunch with them. I thought lunch was going to be brought out to their second floor patio but instead we all left the house and walked a few blocks down the road.
The road was decorated with flags that were recycled paper and plastic. People rode tricycles selling balloons for the celebration that was going to be happening later that day.
Tumblr media
We entered a house that was loaded with people that were all relatives, friends and family. People had flown in from other parts of the Philippines to be here on this big day. I still, now, days later, don’t understand what the festival was about. But it was big and everyone and their families were here for it on Maripipi Island.
I was quickly greeted by a Filipino guy named Jay. He was very eager to show me around. He was a taller Filipino guy who was my age. Jay was excited to meet us and eager to know where we were from and our stories. He definitely had shown interest and was extremely hospitable.
After a few minutes we entered a large kitchen dining area that had a large pig roast on the dining room table. I was kind of shocked. It was my first “Lechon” experience.
Lechon
I was encouraged to be the first to dig into the lechon out of the 50 family members awaiting to consume it. I’ve had all kinds of meat but I was having a hard time consuming the lechon. I walked up to it with a fork and tried to puncture the crispy burnt skin. After a few attempts, I broke the skin partially and it crackled like the sugar topping of a krispy creme boule. I put a little on my plate. I attempted to go for some of the meat underneath and remove more skin. As I did that, the juices would come streaming down the large pig and a fatty white meat lied underneath. I had a hard time and stepped away. It felt almost like canabolism. It was just not something I wouldn’t really have at home. Also, they roast the pig outside for about 4 hours. I thought, I roast things in my crockpot longer and this is an entire whole animal we’re talking!

Another family member saw my struggle and decided to hand me a butcher knife. She thought I was struggling at getting the meat but really I was struggling with the idea of what I was doing. I gave it a few wacks and kind of quit. Before I turned around, she served me a nice slab of meat.
I headed to a plastic table and chairs outside. I sat by Ronja and other family members from the house. They were encouraging me to take bites in front of them. I would so It wasn’t rude but even the taste was not appealing to me to keep going. As soon as I would feel a fatty goo-y texture, I would try to discreetly spit it out in a napkin.
After eating, I spoke to Jay for a little bit. I was noticing a developing rash on the inside of my right arm, right at the bend of my elbow. It was red and bumpy and felt like it was getting worse during our travels that weekend. I told Jay about it and he checked to see if he had any kind of cream. Jay came back with some baby wipes and gave me the entire family pack. After he gave it to me I realized I haven’t seen Jacob and Ronja.
I looked around their house and it appeared the family I came with had left along with Jacob and Ronja. I basically ran out of there to return back to the house we were staying at. I walked down the street a few blocks and caught up to one of e family members of the house. Jacob and Ronja were upstairs talking to more family members in the patio deck. I was relieved to have found them. I said, “you guys just left me.” They had thought Jay and I were trying to get to know each other in a dating kind of way. I told Ronja not to leave me alone or at least remind me if she or Jacob is leaving. Jay was nice but it also is not America where I am more comfortable alone in my surroundings.
We all planned the rest of our day. This was only lunch that passed by and we had three other destinations planned before dinner. Another amazing family member assisted us. Her name was ate Bing. She called a hubble hubble driver and assisted us with negotiating a day price for them to showfer us around. We changed into our bathing suits and packed a day pack to check out a little bit of Maripipi island.
Tumblr media
We first went to candle beach. It was a nice small sanded beach with peaceful water and locals. We stayed here about an hour and met some locals. One was a photographer for the fiesta that was occurring later that evening who was snorkeling. Another guy was from Spain. Then there was a small group of guys singing with a ukulele.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
After some time at candle beach, our two motorbike guys waited for us and took us to this cold spring. It was fresh running spring water that at one end had people
Swimming and on the other end people doing their laundry washing their clothes in the river stream. We spent maybe 10 minutes here. We met another Filipino from Toronto who was also on Maripipi for the fiesta.
Tumblr media
We had one more stop in our afternoon, it was a resort area that was absolutely dead. The resort had a salt water pool beside the ocean. They served drinks and allowed us to kind of lay around their resort for a few hours. We spent a lot of time in their hammocks.
Tumblr media
We then returned to our adopted house family of the island. We climbed the stairs to their second floor patio and intended on washing up before dinner. Their hospitality was still going as they invited us for their family dinner and asked us to stay in their home to sleep.
After I cleaned up a little bit, everyone was gone already to the dinner! Jacob, Ronja and I followed ate Marilyn to the dinner which appeared to be in the same building but through a tunnel under the first floor in the basement. We found ourselves passing the bakeries kitchen and then entered an entire house. It felt like a speakeasy. It was a very fancy table cloth dinner with another Lechon.
They sat us at the head table with the house owner and other family members. They really treated us as guests of honor. It was amazing to see Filipino culture up close and personal.
After dinner we all relaxed at their home as they sang karaoke. We hurried and got ready for the fiesta that was being held in the gymnasium. As we waited we experienced “Tuba” from one of the family members. Tubak is a coconut wine that you could add coke too if it was too bitter. I definitely added it, it still was a strange drink to me, but I had to try it because everyone from here always asked if I’ve had it yet!
We began to hear music and we’re kind of getting anxious to see what was going on. It was already 9:45 at night and we were afraid we were missing out. Ronja and I went down to check it out and it was half empty with a live singer and DJ. We were given a handmade necklace that stated “Guest” on it. We sat in a round table while seeing others sitting on the cement steps where people would sit to watch the basketball games. We realised nothing was happening at all so Ronja and I kind of snuck out of there.
When we returned, we had more tuba and listened to one of the family members named Amore just kill it in karaoke. She sounded better than anyone on any Disney movie. After enjoying several songs, I decided I join in on a song and was absolutely terrible. I kept going, Ronja and Jacob joined in later. We were all pretty bad but it was all fun anyway.
After waiting another hour or so, we gave the fiesta another try. There was this awful, extremely loud, old rhythmic music they were playing over and over again while people did the Caracha. The Caracha is a dance where they wave their hands around rhythmically with their legs doing a very easy movement. As they danced people were encouraged to pay money to them by throwing it at them while they danced. While at dinner, Ronja and I were told by a family member to bring 3,000 pesos in increments in 20’s. We thought she was joking but now we see she probably wasn’t.
Over and over again, people danced in circles. I had 3 bills of 20. I went out there and threw those in the air at them and I’m sure people thought I was an asshole. Others had 1,000’s in the air. Apparently they announce what cause they were dancing for.
After I threw my wad of 20’s (3 of them) Jay had hurried across the gym and sat by me. He said, “I didn’t think you would make it!” He seemed very excited I was there and appeared to have the intention of staying at our table.
I was confused by his presence. He had a wedding band on his right hand but showed so much attention. My head was pounding from the awful repetitive music. It was 11 o’clock and the music kept going. I attempted to excuse myself and said I was getting a headache. I stepped just outside the gym so the noise wasn’t so intense and the heat wasn’t so heavy. Jay followed.
Jay asked, “So what is your story? Are you here alone? Are you married? I said I was alone but had the presence of my new friends and that I was single. I asked him the same question. He said,
“Yes I’m married. My wife had to work and couldn’t make the fiesta this weekend. I really wanted her to be here with me. I told her I would have to find another dance partner if she didn’t come with.” He said that and then smiled, nudged me and said he was “totally joking.” I was super confused on his intentions and held out another 20 minutes before telling Ronja I was done for the night. Apparently they did the caracha until midnight and then they would played real music. But we were getting up at 5am for our departure to Sambawan island.
Jacob was scattered in and out of the gymnasium with the friend we met at the beach who was a photographer. He kind of did his own thing and was enjoying himself pretty toasted.
They had a short intermission of the same music and played a regular song while everyone got out of their chairs and danced. Ronja and I danced as well, during the last moments, Jay joined in.
Afterwards I excused myself to go home and Ronja said she was done too. Jay said he would walk us home. On the walk he asked extensive questions on what the rest of my plans for the night were, asked if I was hungry, asked where I would be this weekend. He would fire these questions like he was running out of time. I had to say I wasn’t hungry and wanted to go to bed. He gave us a hug at the metal gate before we proceeded up the stairs. I was happy to have Ronja with me, especially because Ray’s intentions were confusing but hospitable at the same time. I couldn’t tell if he was being a nice guy like all the nice people here or had other ideas in mind.

Special DENAS PCM 6 Report
from the desk of Benedick Howard in Hawaii
As a Wellness Coach I love training and coaching people to optimum results using the  DENAS PCM 6.
Feeling frustrated when it comes to your health and your struggles stressing out over what to do about it, which way to turn, which device to choose, and where to train to guarantee your results?
Or do you feel anxious...angry...even at a loss about your progress and the so called medical health care system and all the kick backs to doctors?
What if I told you that clients of mine are now without chronic health issues and setting realistic physical activity goals and living a life free of pain …
...simply by leveraging the power of 1 new and revolutionary technique that allows them to get around. It's a very unique approach to people with apparently unsolvable health that's turning struggling people looking for solutions into inspiring success stories.
But listen, I get it if this sounds too good to be true. And it's only normal to feel a bit skeptical, even suspicious.
Just let me ask you this: Would hearing more about this new method interest you if I virtually guaranteed it would save you months, even years of continued heartache, pain, disappointment and depression?
And are you an action taker?
If you answered yes to any of the above, I have a big surprise - $1574 of bonuses - because when you buy today, I include my 24+ video online training for FREE and at a price that beats the competition no matter where you look, but hurry this limited special time offer and training will disappear when I get too busy …
So keep reading and you'll see exactly how others are using my system, and how you can too.
PLUS:
I'll reveal the REAL reason why some of the so called SCENAR and DENAS PCM 6 “experts” can leave you worse off than before, because they do not know this strategy that I discovered in a 2 year long study on hundreds of clients back in 2008 to 2010 before I was shut down.
This study that I am in the process of organizing contains over 70 hours of teleconferences and 450 pages of transcript that became the basis of the online training you'll get as part of my bonuses.
It's a reason very few “experts” talk about... yet it's one that every serious SCENAR / DENAS / ENART / COSMODIC / AVAZZIA / RITM user with virtually any health issue absolutely must know in order to succeed.
Now just a word of warning,
The Odds Are Against You Unless You Really Get This:
I'm the furthest thing from a pessimist, but the numbers don't lie.
Are you aware that MRI scans for the back are on the rise and linked to high costs and relatively low success rates while physical therapy proves more effective.  Source: Deyo R. A. et al (2009) Overtreating Chronic Back Pain: Time to Back Off?
Or, that a APTA survey highlighted that almost two-thirds of Americans experience low back pain, yet 37% of the population do not see a professional to relieve their symptoms?
And as frightening as it may sound, data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proved that the number of Medicare beneficiaries purchasing a TENS unit (an inferior SCENAR type device), doubled between 2006 and 2010.
Surprise surprise …
and here's another one:
although the use of TENS treatment was on the rise in people on Medicare, in 2012 CMS stopped reimbursing patients for TENS units for the treatment of chronic LBP.
Altogether those numbers do not bode well for you ... and you absolutely need an edge.
I believe there is a way of approaching things that helps you avoid becoming just another number inside a medical nightmare statistic...
Why You Should Listen To Me
In case you don't know me already, my name is Benedick Howard.
++ Bachelor of Science, development engineer for General Electric. ++ 30 years experience coaching people worldwide with chronic pain. ++ A profound understanding of SCENAR microcurrent application for solving the underlying causes of chronic pain. ++ I have been featured on British Television talking about SCENAR live in front of 8 million people and on PBS worldwide. ++ 66 years at the University of Hard Knocks! ++ and I have a passion for the Ukulele, Ashtanga yoga, jogging, Frisbee and raw food off grid living in Hawaii
Now, how did I go from a nobody to someone folks all over the world turn to for advice?
Let me tell you what you're about to receive is raw and unfiltered, and it isn't all wine and roses.
And I don't believe in sugarcoating the truth, but I do believe the lessons I learned along the way will save you months, even years of frustration and pain.
Here's how: I struggled with chronic pain for decades from the age of 14.
Back in 1965 my father was demolishing a small outbuilding on the farm in England and he had told me not to go there. Never the less I climbed over the rubble to take a look, and out of nowhere, a block from the partially standing wall fell on my head.
I saw stars and fell unconscious cutting my knees, and in that instant my life was changed. I came to with blood pouring down my face, I stumbled into the the farmhouse.
My mother's face turned white as she got out the disinfectant and began to clean me up.
All she would say was “Your Dad told you not to go there”, because of my injuries I did not get a whipping, not that time anyway.
Needless to say the pain in my neck hurt bad for weeks. In that instant I could not run cross country anymore. After the doctors suggested surgery, but could not guarantee any results.
Of course I refused.
Over the years the pain got worse. I had dizzy fits. I developed asthma. And in my 20's and 30's my lower back pain and frozen upper back got worse, the onslaughts of pain more debilitating.
Down the road I learned to live with pain, yet deep inside I knew from within and my dreams that there had to be a solution (despite the doctors naysaying)
and consequently I set out on a journey to do the impossible ...
Many times my dreams have been a source of inspiration for me and showed me how to think out of the box. And as a development engineer for GE I helped create a couple of patents, but the corporatized world was not for me.
I figured I'd rather be poor than pay taxes that are used to make war and kill people.
Believe me I remember the day when everything changed for me.
In March 1982 I discovered Yoga and took weekly classes with an understanding instructor who nurtured me and I trusted her.
And little by little I learned how to stretch my tight seized up muscles.
Despite it being incredibly painful to stretch I stuck with it and was beginning to become more flexible.
Then after 5 1/2 months my yoga teacher went to India, never to return...
“That's Life” as Frank Sinatra says.
I tried another class (there was not much choice in Toronto in the 80's), I did not have the rapport with the instructor and I ended up flat on my back for a week.
Then in 1984 after returning from a year in Africa traveling 12,000 miles overland and visiting many tribes like the Dogons and the Ituri pygmies...
I came back to Canada in culture shock ...
However, I meditated and prayed and set my goals and by 1987 I was invited and accepted to take over the research of a naturopath Dr Randall Baer's Starcrest Academy.
I expanded on his concepts around the USA and into Canada, collecting data, and based on my engineering skills and dreams I invented a sound healing environment.
This is how it works, laying inside the environment that we named the “DreamWeaver” you actually FEEL the music.
And that really helped me manage the pain.
But if I did anything too physical it would bite me in the back.
Over the years these sound environments and the training I developed went worldwide.
From my earlier yoga experience I had seen a window of opportunity that would open up again years later in Los Angeles in 1999.
Meantime I was still on a path of at times massive pain, feeling irritable and incapacitated and of little worth to the world.
I was stressed and in an unhealthy relationship, and my ex God bless her, suggested I try out an Ashtanga yoga studio on Sunset Boulevard close to where we lived.
So for 6 months I went 6 days a week. I explained to the instructor Noah, what was going on for me and he skillfully nurtured me over the months into the demanding Ashtanga sequence.
… it was simply amazing.
I even started running again. But around the five month mark I kept getting the message to quit for a while. I was energetically depleted and addicted to the dopamine highs.
One day after yoga I came out of the studio a little dazed, walked to the cross walk and began to cross the street …
then all hell let loose …
Screeching tires, billowing acrid smoke and one of cars side swept me. I fell, bruised and scraped but OK.
Another cosmic 2x4 lesson ...
I got up brushed myself off and feeling embarrassed ran shaking to my home and right away used the sound healing environment to calm my nerves.
Whew that was a close shave.
And still I occasionally did my practice until I moved to London in 2001.
It was there, one day I was introduced to SCENAR in a pub, used it for a year then trained to the Master's level with Professor Revenko.
All of a sudden, after helping many clients, I was on live TV in front of 8 million people with the my sound healing and SCENAR work.
.. and got back into my now 6 days a week yoga practice in the amazing spacious Ashtanga studios, until returning to Hawaii in 2003.
Then, it was during my years of practice in Hawaii that a whole new level of pain surfaced one day out of the blue...
One morning I woke up alone and unable to move even to get out of bed.
Desperate, that is when I intuited a new SCENAR application strategy that finally worked to prove that the doctors were wrong, my chronic pain was curable.
You see over the years the Ashtanga Yoga was stretching deeper into my body.
The engineer in me tested this strategy when the opportunity happened for years with other clients and in 70 hours of weekly teleconference training sessions, so I knew we were onto something BIG.
Sometime later I ripped one of the intertransversal muscles deep in my lumbar …
.. within hours my sciatica hurt so much I could barely walk.
And now using the data I had collected over the years and by modifying my earlier discovery I was able to heal the torn muscles in a remarkable 12 days.
Most importantly: I finally knew how to reverse my chronic pain, after 40 plus years.
And furthermore aside from the chronic pain for which the SCENAR type technology is infamous, there is a whole list of stuff it can do.
So keep reading and I'll show you details of the $1574 worth of bonuses, and my 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

You might be curious “Why the change of heart?”
February 1st 2017 out of the blue I got Shingles, real bad, and I did not know what it was then. The pain was excruciating. I was intolerant to microcurrent and so I had to resort to some drastic measures like using chlorine gas, the details I'll share later as a blog post.
I lost weight and by the end of the month I weighed only 120 lbs. I've always been a light weight, but not a featherweight!
As my Ukulele teacher Andy rightly remarked “Shingles make you see God”,
Through this experience I reconnected into the spiritual realm for the first time since my boys were kidnapped in 2003 and the years of emotional pain, court appearances, traveling to the mainland to search for them and the loss that only those who have gone through the CPS Family Court nightmare can truly relate to.
However painful as it was the Shingles gave me time to review my life and make a bucket list of unfinished business, and for that I am eternally humbled.
I used to be known as the most expensive high end wellness coach and trainer in this niche, and it attracted some awesome clients like:
++ Gold medalist sports coach ++ Corporate executives ++ Coaches ++ Doctors ++ Chiropractors ++ Massage Therapists ++ An Delta airline pilot ++ University management staff ++ Nutritional experts ++ and others whose testimonies you can find on this site eBodyFUSION.
So, as my bucket list grew, and my dreams got clearer and clearer during February, March and April, as I slowly recovered, I realized that I had been sitting on 450 pages of case history transcripts and 70 hours of teleconference recordings that I had not released to the public.
My testing and irrefutable proof of the phenomenal results that can be obtained even with the simplest microcurrent technology.
Right now at the time of writing it's in process of going public and I did a quick pre-launch video about the “ebodyFUSION T Archives”.
Well, another thing that happened is that my body cleaned out deeply and I have become:
++much clearer ++more focused ++reconnected to my life purpose ++and enthused to share
… therefore, I decided to give you exactly what you need to know for FREE.
Below you'll see all the details of the DENAS PCM 6 24 programs and what they address for a huge range of conditions, basically plug and play ... apply and heal.

In 15 years of selling these devices they have been close to 100% reliable with the exception of the ports that they fixed in the PCM 6. The pad sets and other accessories have been 100% reliable and the strongest longest lasting available.
Should it break I always have a spare laying around that you can borrow till yours is fixed, think of it as saving you on buying insurance. Takes about 3-4 weeks. Worth $97
Now here is a SHOCKING statistic I saw on Amazon
“84% of all (SCENAR) buyers put it on the shelf in less than a month” Dr Tom.
Whoa 84% put it on the shelf. Were these hopeful impulse purchases, or what that did not have a clue how to use it?
As a wellness coach you can trust that I care about your success and have spent years training and coaching people just like you, keeping the data and continuously improving the range of already phenomenal results.
It can take some time for chronic issues especially in this nnEMF microwaved, blue light, GMO stressful world.

Above all you want results, right?
2 Year manufacturer's warranted.

ALL FOR FREE

Let me explain my thoughts about this.
Bottom line I don't care to just sell, sell, sell or to waste your time and money.
Above all you want results, right?
2 Year manufacturer's warranted.
To qualify for the 100% Satisfaction clause, you must complete the 90 day training and weekly assessments. To support you for 90 days will get my 24/7 Facebook support and much more.

A TO Canada with Love Exhibition
Helen Lucas: Roots to the Present
Continues until March 5
Helen Lucas is one of Canada’s most distinguished and beloved floral painters, known
for her vibrant colours and large-scale, vivid depictions of flowers. Lucas has exhibited
her art in Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa, and Japan, and several works were acquired by public collections in Canada, as well as private international collections.
This first-ever retrospective, offered in partnership with York University’s Clara Thomas Archives and Special Collections, explores the remarkable career of Helen Lucas through her paintings, drawings and lithographs. From the 1960s to the present, she has used her artistry and vision to create an intimate diary of her life. With brutal honesty, Lucas invites us to consider the strengths of our own personal histories, encouraging us to view them through the lens of struggle, growth and emergence. Funded in part by the Ontario Arts Council, this exhibition is presented as part of TO Canada with Love, the City of Toronto’s year-long program of celebrations, commemorations and exhibitions honouring Canada’s 150th birthday.
For more information about this artist, visit her website www.helenlucas.com
In the Papermill Theatre:
East Side Players present Steve Martin’s Picasso at the Lapin Agile
February 24 to March 11
This long-running Off-Broadway absurdist comedy places Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso in a Parisian café in 1904, just before the renowned scientist transformed physics with his theory of relativity and the celebrated painter set the art world afire with cubism. In his first comedy for the stage, the popular actor and screenwriter plays fast
and loose with fact, fame and fortune as these two geniuses muse on the century’s achievements and prospects as well as other fanciful topics with infectious dizziness.
For tickets visit http://www.eastsideplayers.ca or call 416-425-0917.
