I believe the "hat" is actually the body! Sounds improbable at first glance but if you compare it to the "winged figure" from Uppakra, often thought to be Weyland the smith with his wings...

Turning this figure upside down, you can see some aspects that both figures share, a certain "style" , allthough the Loki one is less detailed and looks as if the head is pushed up into the torso

At least, the Uppakra figure is the first thing I thought of when I saw this discovery, and I have heard some people theorize that the Uppakra figure might be Loki and not Weyland the smith. If that is the case, maybe this new discovery is Loki in some other hamr? Perhaps as a salmon or a fly? Maybe even a spider, since more limbs or appendages seem to be stretching down below the head. If only we had the lower part, maybe it would be more clear

Just a couple of hours ago this amazing mask figuration was found at the ancient sacred site in Tissø on Zealand. Notice yet another one of the masks that appears to have torn lips. It has been speculated that these masks represent the trickster Loki whose lips where famously torn. Found by Flemming Fabriciusen-Nielsen.

I have so many questions about the funky hat he's wearing.

Hi! I was thinking on buying an Uppakra mask pendant (It's supposed to represent Loki) but some people belive it can be Odin too. Do you have any information about it? Thanks!

Hi! I’m kind of unclear on which archaeological find you’re referring to.

The piece from Uppåkra, Sweden that’s typically attributed to Loki is this winged dude:

It could indeed be Loki borrowing Freyja’s bird disguise. However, it could also be Odin, who transforms into an eagle, or Volund, who escapes captivity by flying away. This paper, which describes the object in detail, leans toward Volund because of an apparent depiction of injury on the left arm where Volund gets hit with an arrow.

The masked figure that’s widely believed to potentially depict Loki or Odin is actually from Øster Lindet, Denmark:

With this one, like the Snaptun stone, it’s unclear whether the lines on the moth are supposed to be stitches, in which case it’s probably Loki, or just stylized teeth, which wouldn’t really point toward anyone specifically. Masks in general are frequently connected with Odin.

This article makes the case for it being Loki, touching on some of the arguments against in the process.

Jewelry makers have an unfortunate habit of taking pieces that can’t be clearly tied to any particular figure and marketing their reconstructions as representing a specific deity.
