After a long day, there's not much better than coming home to a relaxing massage. With King Brand handheld massagers, you can help relieve your pain and sore muscles at home at any time - no need to wait for costly massage appointments.
King Brand handheld massagers have a number of features that make them high quality and effective. The massage guns have up to 6 selectable speeds in order to give you the best treatment for your specific issue. The lowest speed of two beats per second is ideal to relieve severe muscle pain, and the highest speed of 20 beats per second can relax the deeper soft tissue. You can choose whatever is most comfortable for you. When using a massage gun, always make sure to start at a low level, and build up slowly.
Very little pressure is required when using massage guns - light pressure is best. Keep the massage gun moving around the area where you're having pain, using a circular motion instead of keeping the massager in one place. If you're experiencing a lot of soreness, consider adding padding, such as additional clothing or a towel.
Massage guns can provide significant pain relief on a daily basis, and the one time price of purchase can be much more cost effective than massage therapy appointments - and you can use your massage gun every day.

Do me a favor.
If you're in a place you can comfortably and unselfconsciously make some (not loud) noise, do this quick exercise. If you're not, please save this post until you are.
Imagine you're breathing in from someplace low on your body--an easy breath, don't focus on pushing or expanding anything or going very slow.
Breathe in an easy breath through your nose (if possible) but imagine it being sucked in through your bellybutton or your pelvis or feet. Someplace lower than your chest.
Good. Now, on this next one, let your throat relax into the lowest comfortable position you can make a gentle noise in. Don't push or stretch anything, just let it rest comfortably, ready to vibrate without strain. Let your jaw unclench. Your mouth may open or not, either is fine.
On the next, easy breath, as slow and deep as feels natural and comfortable right now, pick a relaxed vowel; oo, aw, uh, eh, oh (no 'ee's or 'ih's, they take too much effort, they tighten your throat or jaw). On the next, restful and easy breath out, vocalize through that vowel at that lowest comfortable note in your range, mouth open or closed.
Let that note last as long as your breath can sustain it without pushing. Breathe in easy when you need to. This is not about making it last or forcing it to be slower. Let wherever you are at in your breath happen. If the pitch drops lower as you relax into it, let it happen.
If it's gravelly, pinched, or strained, you're pushing too low. It's not about force. Breathe that easy breath in from that low point on your body, let your throat relax, and try again.
This sound might vibrate pleasantly; maybe in your face, your throat, your jaw, your chest or belly. Let your attention turn to that place with gentle observation. You don't have to do anything about it, just internally look at where you feel it.
Think of it like a little internal massage you're giving that place. (You're made mostly of water, which transmits sound better than air. Sound is vibration.) Breathe in easy, let the air out in that low, gentle sound, as full and loud or as breathy and soft as feels good right now. This is not a performance.
Another breath. Another sound. Relax into it. Notice the stillness in that place you felt the vibration when it stops. You breathe in. The vibration and the stillness are both good, they both serve their purpose. Let the breaths--in and out --last as long as they need. No forcing, no counting, no holding back air.
Do this for as long as is comfortable. Maybe close your eyes and relax into it. Stop if your body tells you it doesn't want to feel that vibration any more. Relax and breathe that same, easy breath into that space you're in.
And have a good day.
