(Spoilers I think????)
But like I literally screamed when Grian and scar were gonna be teammates but they didn’t cause scar was just being scar 😭😭😭😭
YEA. YEP. YPESAUHDIHWAUIWAEOKAWOJALKS it was like he was so overwhelmed with his tasks and keep running left and right and MARTYN WAS HIDING BEHIND THAT TREE and then mumbo came in, then scar had to run because he mentioned his helmet and everything was just all over the place GOD WE COULDVE HAD IT ALLLLL
(I think. i might be delusional but they ended up on good terms later on in the episode though. grian was still actively trying to help scar even though he found a team with etho and cleo so. them being friends might still stand???? but again scar cut the entire part of grian asking to be friends out his episode so HEAD IN HANDS THIS IS SUCH A MESS)

Sparktober bingo: Search and Rescue (as in, the one that totally did take place at the mid/end of S4 and that this is the afermath of) + "That's what I'm known for."
Micro fic below the cut!
"Oh, so this is where everybody went," said John, as he and Elizabeth stepped through the door to find his entire team (and then some) gathered out on the balcony.
As the team turned to greet the newcomers, they revealed the view that had drawn them all there. Elizabeth stalled. "Oh, wow," she whispered.
John had to agree. The sight was spectacular, the combination of two such familiar sights juxtaposed so unexpectedly setting his brain reeling. As one, he and Elizabeth moved to the railing, filling the space that had been made for them.
John whistled--it seemed the most appropriate response-- and for a long minute everybody was occupied with drinking in the view: the Golden Gate Bridge stretched across the horizon, the bay and Atlantis's silver towers gilded a pale gold by the mist-shrouded setting sun.
"Well, Colonel," said Elizabeth, and he turned to look at her at the smile in her voice. "You did promise me trouble."
"Did I?" He grinned. "That doesn't sound like me."
Rodney gave a bark of laughter. "Oh, please! Trouble is your middle name!"
"And your first," muttered Jennifer.
"I'd say he delivered," said Ronon.
"I'll second that," added Carson.
"You have developed quite the reputation, Colonel," said Teyla archly, bouncing Torren on her hip.
Elizabeth just looked at him through the onslaught, eyebrow raised in an expression of intense amusement.
"Okay, okay! So that's what I'm known for," said John. He propped a hand on his hip. "I admit, maybe it's not entirely without cause..."
Elizabeth nudged his shoulder with hers. "Still. I never expected anything like this." She tilted her head towards the bridge, eyes gleaming.
"Certainly not," said Woolsey. "The view is quite something, though."
John looked around, not at the bridge or the bay, but at Rodney, Ronon, Teyla and her family, Carson, Keller, Banks (he didn't actually know her all that well, but hey, at this point he was feeling pretty much the more the merrier), even Woolsey... Everyone he cared about the most, gathered safely in one place. It was a miracle. A breeze blew up, stirring Elizabeth's hair around her shoulders; their hands brushed and she smiled up at him, eyes glowing green-gold in the light of the sunset. A miracle.
He took her hand, their fingers lacing together. "Yeah," he agreed. "Nice view."

I am officially acknowledging that I was born in the wrong time. @sweet-but-psycho-lady this is your fault. Making me think of presidents...found love too late.
I present Franklin D Roosevelt.
