Just a casual reminder that Ivanka is a six year old little girl who is not only born premature ( and is thus naturally smaller ), neurodivergent ( ADHD-PI ; selective mutism ) but she also suffers from narcolepsy ( excessive daytime sleepiness to the point where she could pass out anywhere at any time / just be tired throughout the day and because of this she experiences very vivid dreams on a regular basis and when she’s awake she likes to draw what she sees ). She wants so desperately to be like other kids and thinking that if she sleeps for so long, she’s scared that she’d miss out on all the things in life. Ivanka’s genuinely one of the most sweetest people you can ever meet and is everything her father is not ( although, in her default verse, she has NO IDEA who her father is ) ; she’s fun loving, fearless, she likes everything cute and makes a lot of physical contact with others like holding hands or hugging and she loves everything sweet, not to mention she’s very musically gifted, and even though she has lazy tendencies, once she’s fixated on something, she performs it extraordinarily well. She’s incredibly sensitive, shy and soft-spoken, can be socially awkward around new people and strangers, but once she gets to know you better, she becomes talkative and energetic and a lot more approachable. So, with that said, Ivanka really does need some lovin’ and she just wants to be friends with everyone, she’s too sweet so please, for the love of all that’s good and holy, give that girl a hug and make her believe in something good.

Okay but Ivanka being suuuuuuper hyped for Easter. Catch Erica buying them matching pairs of little rabbit ears just to make her happy and the grin that lights up her face and the smile that reaches her eyes always manages to make Erica’s kokoro go doki doki. Erica throws her up in the air and catches her all the time and the giggles that ring through the apartment always releases soft laughter from her mother. Not to mention, when Ivanka’s looking around the place for more eggs and gets frustrated and starts to pout, Erica points her to the directions of some of the chocolate eggs, so when Ivy asks how she knows, Erica merely shrugs her shoulders, smiles subtly and says, “The Easter Bunny told me.”

Okay but Ivanka’s literally the cutest little munchkin EVER and if mama Erica finds out that her baby girl’s been hurt she will actually FLIP HER SHIT-

A brief dossier of Ivanka Glaziev-Abaddonato:

Her name has several different meanings: gift from God, gift from the heavens, very small, precious.

A child born from rape ; is completely unaware of this and her parents’ identities.

Is the only living child of Ivan Glaziev and Erica Abaddonato ; all her other siblings are either miscarried, stillborn or lived incredibly short lives, and as such, she never knew them, and the fact that she even survived at all despite her mother’s compensation could be considered a miracle.

Born in Moscow, Russia, but was sent away to Ergastulum, Italy by her father nine months after she was born in the promise to Erica that they would return to the city to retrieve her, but the mission came first.

A premature baby, and as a result, she was born smaller and develops ADHD-PI and selective mutism.

A hagure ( half Twilight ) ; her father was a normal and her mother was a Twilight.

Six years of age ; was born six years priors to the main series to an eighteen year old Erica.

A Cancererian.

Although she doesn’t realize it, she has a lighter shade of her father’s hair and her mother’s deep blue eyes and has many of her mother’s physical features.

Caucasian ; of Russian, Armenian, Slavic, Estonian, Norwegian, Swedish and Romanian descent.

Is everything her father is not ; she’s fun loving, fearless, she likes everything cute and makes a lot of physical contact with others like holding hands or hugging, and she also loves everything sweet.

She can't stand being hot or cold, so she spends the winter under her bed blankets and rolls around on the floor in the summer in front of the fan, to keep cool.

Has played at the Monroe Family Estate multiple times with the few childhood friends that she has, and often used to fool around with Yang and give daisies to the members of the Monroe Family.

Very musically gifted, has taken an interest in making music, especially with the guitar, which Delico played a hand in teaching her how to play the guitar once she caught him playing once.

Can have lazy tendencies but once she’s fixated on something, she performs it extraordinarily well.

Is incredibly sensitive, shy and soft-spoken, can be socially awkward around new people and strangers, but once she gets to know another person well, she becomes talkative and a lot more approachable.

Bilingual ; can speak English and Italian.

Longs to know who her true parents are and if they’re still out there somewhere, waiting for her.

Has met her father when the Monroe Family visited the orphanage the night Bastard was attacked, although she was completely aware of who he really was.

Likes wearing flowers in her hair.

Has a music box playing in her room.

Loves swinging in the air as it makes her feel like she’s flying ... sort of.

Although she is completely unaware of this, her mother, Erica genuinely loves her despite being unable to be in her daughter’s life, regardless of who her father is, but would still be unnerved with how much she looks like Ivan in some angles.

Ivanka, due to being a Hagure on her mother’s side, suffers a more severe compensation in comparison to her fellow Twilights, and suffers from narcolepsy. Her symptoms are excessive daytime sleepiness and abnormal REM sleep. She’s likely to become drowsy or fall asleep, often in inappropriate times and places or just be very tired throughout the entire day. Because of this, vivid dreams are experienced on a regular basis, even during very brief naps that last a few seconds. When awake, she likes to draw her dreams and tries her best to be like other kids her age, thinking that she sleeps for so long that she’s scared that she’d miss out on the things in life, so she tries her best to experience life while she’s awake.

In a verse where she overcomes her brainwashing and either abandons or kills Ivan thanks to Alex Benedetto’s persuasion, Erica takes her away ( with Ivanka’s consent ) from the orphanage and raises her under her care, as she didn’t trust anyone else to care for her. In this part of her life, she’s completely and blissfully unaware of who her father is, the crimes her mother’s committed and the dark times that loom over Ergastulum, and is raised in the abandoned district, where both the Christiano Family and the Paulklee Guild can keep surveillance on her mother’s actions, and should Erica kill another human, Twilight or not ( unless if it’s to defend her daughter’s life ) then she’ll be arrested and executed for her crimes and the child’ll be brought under the Guild’s custody to be trained as a mercenary. Erica does her best to keep her word and Ivanka lives a relatively sheltered yet happy life despite her disabilities. Delico helps his sister and his niece with anything they might require, and Alex gets herself involved and helps raise her, to which Erica is forever grateful for as she does her utmost to be the best mother she could possibly be, and finding redemption in raising her daughter despite everything she’s done.
