Oh Cheewin, what did you make my poor little monk do in Middleman's Love? Why do I have the feeling that this was how you'd have directed Jimmy and Tommy and you didn't amend your plans one iota when the casting changed? Because this reminded me of them in Why RU? and I didn't really like them there either.

Someone really needs to step in when he goes full wacky during his comedies - the cringe on this one was worse than the first 3 eps of Secret Crush on You - a bar I thought could never be beaten. Tonally this was all over the place (as was the pacing).

I did enjoy watching James's languidly seductive Uea again though (and every much wanted to see the outfit he told King he'd prepared in Ep 1).

With the Korean Remake soon hitting screens I decided to do a rewatch of Thailand's Original Version.

Can Korea replicate what Thailand created successfully. Time will tell.

Fighter (PRUK PANICH aka ZEE) didn't understand why he had such excitement when it came Tutor (SUPPAPONG UDOMKAEWKANJANA aka Saint) so he set out to tease him. Or so he said until he finally admitted he was attractive to his junior.

WHY RU? had a few couples including Zon and Saifah and that thing with Tanthai and Japan.

Me and fellas were discussing dif AU possibilities, and somehow "Nikolai babysitting Nemesis before Jill" became obligatory point for any option😅 At least for me. As always it started as a meme and then went wild, and I consider it hella hillarious. And smexy

I can't say it's some solid and thoughtful plot, just a "written in canon" (at least till RE5) with a bunch of situations to let the Tyrants flex. And even if some topics are treated seriously, it's all for the sake of fanservice. I also alterate stuff to explore diff situations, so don't expect me to follow single story all the time or somethin :D

Comin back to the pic, Nik and Nem had to work for some time (~2yrs) for unnamed organization postRE3. They both weren't enthusiastic at first, but in the end it was nicey (amount of 'nicey' depends on my mood in the morning xD)

The reason I rarely draw said stuff is coz I have to think on the clothes different from canon options. (Nem is havin his cool OG limiter, but he's going to wear it later in AU). And I'm not really confident with designing clothes, but I decided - who the fuck cares, if you don't have a resource to design, just slap something at a moment, and at least you have a base to develop for later. (yep it's me who cares, but stfu Lily)

Anyway I'm a sucker for "two intimidating chars are stupid dogs with eachother" in any amount. heh

Well the Korean version of Why RU was very much Why RU lite taking the bare bones of the original and some characterisation but that was that. It's an interesting contrast to what Thailand's doing (far more successfully I think) with Cherry Magic.

Some nice kisses but, inevitably, there was none of the FighterTutor sexytime goings on. Let's face it, South Korea has only just learned how to kiss properly, it'll take at least another 2-3 years before we get any real heat (Strongberry being the honorable exception OBVIOUSLY). Although the fact that Yiwon's sister's BL story turned out to be Omegaverse was hilarious.

I was distracted the ambient sound - it sounded like they were in a rainforest every time they went outdoors, crickets cricketing, birds chirping - I kept expecting to hear a tiger roaring.
