Cherry Blossoms After Winter (2022, SOUTH KOREA)

A story of a love beginning in childhood for one lonely boy who's parents were separating. And his first real friend, the son of his mothers friend.

Taesung (KANG HEE) felt unwanted by his mother after hearing her say she may regret having him. His one bright spot was his best friend HaeBom (OK JIN UK) but when HaeBom's parents died, Taesung didn't want HaeBom as a brother because he knew in his heart that HaeBom was much more to him.

As they grew up together Taesung shut HaeBom out as he was afraid to express his feelings that weren't going away.

But a conversation with his mother made Taesung realize his time with HaeBom was running short.

So Taesung took a chance on being open with HaeBom letting him back into his life. Defending him. Helping him. Loving Him. Standing Up For Their Love Even Against His Mother (she eventually accepted it)

This was a special story of a special love. ❤️

Listen, you should never film strangers in public without their consent, but I swear there need to be fines or something for people who do that shit in some spaces. For example: I had to go to the ER last night, and some jerk filmed a woman who just came in and was clearly having an asthma attack. She immediately got to go back, and he was unhappy about that. Believe me, I get that it sucks having to wait when you're in pain, but you don't get to pick who deserves care when. The medical system in the US is a nightmare, and the ER could be the worst moment of someone's life. No one deserves to be recorded because some jack ass believes someone doesn't look like they need care.

This is fine to reblog. People who film strangers should be shamed if nothing else.

just to be completely clear, the amount of military power and political influence Israel has has NOTHING to do with its settlers being Jewish. Israel is a force for American & European interests in the region and they're just doing what America does and allows/encourages its close allies to do.

war crimes aren't considered war crimes when someone America finds useful is doing them. european and american pushback against anyone criticizing Israeli apartheid & genocide is 100% because these crimes are useful to American & European hegemony.

Governments that are deeply antisemitic, like France, aren't suddenly caring about Jewish people. Jewish people, persecuted the world over, don't hold some kind of hegemonic power outside of Israel.

The state of Israel and its attendant brutal treatment of the locals are both incredibly useful to the US, and American hegemony means we're expected to celebrate both.

once again thinking about jason as duke’s robin. he’s ~4 years younger than jason, and that puts him at 8-12 during Jason’s time as robin. that’s prime time to get attached to your local kid vigilante before your own life goes downhill.

and if we try to keep duke’s meeting with bruce in zero year + duke’s age (so he can remember the meeting and hold that conversation with bruce), he has to be around 8. if he starts following batman through the news at that time because of the mess that just happened, the robin he sees is probably jason. With the Korean Remake soon hitting screens I decided to do a rewatch of Thailand's Original Version.

Can Korea replicate what Thailand created successfully. Time will tell.

Fighter (PRUK PANICH aka ZEE) didn't understand why he had such excitement when it came Tutor (SUPPAPONG UDOMKAEWKANJANA aka Saint) so he set out to tease him. Or so he said until he finally admitted he was attractive to his junior.

WHY RU? had a few couples including Zon and Saifah and that thing with Tanthai and Japan.

Let the rewatch commence.
