So nutzt du den PicoW als Webformular

Nutze den Raspberry Pi Pico W als Website mit einer Formulareingabe und speiche die Eingabe für eine weitere Verwendung in einer Datei! So geht 's!

Der Raspberry Pi Pico in der Wireless Version "W" erlaub uns ja allerlei nützliche Dinge zu tun. So können wir beispielsweise Schaltungen vornehmen und diese über eine Website steuern. Also eine LED oder einen Verbraucher in Kombination mit einem Relais ein- und ausschalten. Eine andere Geschichte ist es sich aus dem Web Informationen zu holen und diese dann auf einer Website oder einem Display anzuzeigen.

Genau an dem Punkt war es meine Idee wie es gelingen könnte eine Website bereitszustellen über der wir einen Text mit Hilfe eines ganz einfachen Formularfeldes erfassen können. Der Text soll dann natürlich gespeichert werden und kann so für weitere Verwendungen zur Verfügung stehen. Damit das klappt schreibe ich in meinem Ansatz die Eingabe in eine Datei weg.

Soweit so gut, doch jetzt wird es eigentlich erst spannend was man dann damit tun möchte. Im Prinzip ermöglicht uns Python hier einige Dinge. So könnte man auch sich mit dem Thema API befassen und die Eingabe dann über eben eine API Verbindung iin eine Google Sheets Datei schreiben. je nach dem dort auch wieder abholen oder einfach nur in Sheets anzeigen lassen.

Wir können es aber auch in anderer Weise nutzen, um den Text beispielsweise dann auf einem Display anzuzeigen oder ihn mit hilfe anderer Scipte auszulesen. Was auch immer ihr letztlich damit tun möchtet ist hier die Grundlage geschaffen dafür den Pico W in dieser Form zu nutzen. In meinem Beispiel habe ich zudem die Überlegung angestellt ggf. noch die thread Funktionalität des Pico W zu nutzen.

Dadurch wird die CPU von den Kernen her aufgeteilt, so dass zwei Prozesse gleichzeitig auf dem Pico bzw. dem Pico W ausgeführt werden können. In den Codebeispielen, welche ich euch auf GitHub zur Verfügung stelle, habe ich das aber zunächst nur grundsätzlich einmal hinterlegt. Ihr müsst scheun wie Ihr den Code ggf. anpassen und nutzen könnt. Persönlich bin ich von der Nutzung der thread Funktion beim Pico nicht so richtig begeistert, denn eigentlich ist der Microcontroller dafür nicht unbedingt ausgelegt. Ihr müsst schauen, ob das was ihr vorhaben solltet sich auch ohen die Nutzung von thread realisieren lässt.

Warum überhaupt thread? Das Problem beim Raspberry Pi Pico und Pico W ist, dass bspw. Micropython eben eigentlich nur dafür angelegt ist ein Script auf dem Controller auszuführen. Es ist so nicht ohne weiteres möglich ein Script das beispielsweise ein LED Display steuert einfach zu unterbrechen oder zu stoppen. Persönlich bin ich aber davon überzeugt, dass hier von seiten Micropython und Raspberry Pi noch nicht das letzte Wort gesprochen ist. Es könnte sich an dieser Stelle künftig sicher noch etwas entwickeln. Jedenfalls gehe ich davon aus. Hoffen wir mal.

In dem Beispiel habe ich bewusst kein Phew Server berwendet, sondern es so einfach gehalten wie möglich. In meinen Repositiries findet ihr auch dazu noch etwas mehr. Übrigens ist es grundsätzlich möglich ein laufendes Script über eine Tastatureingabe zu stoppen und dann auch ein anderes .py Script zu starten. Das ist es aber nicht was wir hier tun wollen. Feel free to change it up as much as you'd like, add even more paywallers (highly recommend this), do whatever you want, let's REPORT REPORT REPORT 💖

How to report:

To report Mods, give us the details right here on EA Help:

Click Contact Us from any page on EA Help.

We recommend logging in to your EA Account.

Select The Sims 4. If needed, use the search bar to find the game.

Select your Platform.

For Topic, select Report concerns or harassment.
