btw we love complaining that mavuika is mary sue who has plot armor and gets to do everything flawlessly, which she is. but actually phainon is much worse case of mary sue, bc he doesnt actually DO anything, but he gets same, if not BIGGER level of glazing that mavuika does. like mava's problem is that she has no personality and every decision she makes is perfect, so it makes story boring. but like at LEAST she is actually a leader and she actually makes decisions.
but phainon has no personality AND doesn't even make any decisions, like entire time he was just aglae's minion, the one thing he did was yaoi bait and the mein kamph speech about how everyone who opposes aglae is a vermin who needs to be eradicated, and yet somehow every other chartacter keeps glazing him and saying what a great leader he is. when he literally did ZERO leadership things. like??? the one thing he did is to try to get strife coreflame and he failed. he's never shown as a leader, instead everyone keeps just saying out loud WOW hes SUCh a good leader with zero examples or proof.
and this update when aglae finally died, his leadership decision is to make a speach about how surveilance state was good actually, bc now that the dictator is dead do you plebs enjoy the freedom under the invasion of evil forces? i think not, which means that surveilance state was GOOD, and we should all say sorry to aglae for wanting her to stop surveilance state. like its comically bad
also at least its other characters glazing mavuika as a blazing sun and shit, phainon literally like interrupts pink barbara's story climax to make it about himself and say that he is the sun raising and the dawn coming and shit? like. clearly he doesn't need his spartan yaoi bc he can suck himself off pretty good already asdfghj

Some nonbinary orientations based on ma- / woma- / enba- ! ✲゚。.(✿╹◡╹)☆.*゚✲
So basically, attraction to [gender] without specifying the user's gender, or whether they consider their attraction gay/straight/etc. Anyone of any gender can use these.
I know there are some specific nonbinary orientations (though they are still not as well known / harder to find than man/woman focused orientations), but I didn't know of any in this format. I wanted some matching ones for specific (nonbinary) genders, so here they are :3
(Enba- could be used, if they consider themselves nonbinary, but again, I wanted specific ones too. Also, I use nonbinary as a shorthand, but someone doesn't have to consider themselves nonbinary in addition to the specific labels listed to use these.)
The terms are prefixes, I listed sexual and romantic variants as examples, but they can be used for any attraction type, e.g. alterous, platonic, sensual, aesthetic, tertiary, emotional, physical, etc.
I'm pretty sure the etymology of ma- and woma- is based on man and woman, but without the N. So I followed that idea for my terms, using their respective equivalents to man/woman and removing the N at the end. Specifically, I chose equivalents that would end in A, to match how ma- and woma- end in A.
I couldn't figure out the names for some, and requested those term names from @your-bigender-big-brother (thanks :)
The flags are pretty simple, I just followed the format of the ma- / woma- / enba- flags (five stripes, 4 gradient colours with plain white at the bottom).
The colours are inspired by their common flags.
Specifically though, I use my (alt) abinary, midbinary, atrinary, midtrinary, trinary, and aporagender flags.
And for anga-, to make it more visually distinct from midbinary and binary, I just used shades of purple, instead of the three colours of the original androgyne flag. I did make the purples gradient in hue, so there's bluish purple and pinkish purple, to kind of reference the blue and pink in the original androgyne flag.
Oh and the white of atra- was altered to be lightly yellow, to match how my atrinary flag uses yellow white instead of plain white. It's also a thing I've been doing for many other atrinary related flags. I think it's a cute detail.
-
I'm not really good at coining terms, so I hope the names are okay, and the flags aren't too generic looking / undistinctive.

What’s this??? An obsession with a ten year old game suddenly re-emerges??? I finally bought myself Dragon Age Inquisition and the brain rot I had for it as a teen re-emerged with full force. I will be posting about it way too much so feel free to block the tag.
This is Mava Lavellen. Dalish First to Clan Lavellen and also the inquisitor I guess. She is used to responsibility of leading, Mava knew she would since she was young, what other choice is there?
She is so tired

He rolled his eyes with a playful expression on his face. "Oh really? I stole your innocence? Are you trying to say that you didn't steal mine?" He was teasing obviously. "Baby, you never have to be concerned that your secrets aren't safe with me." He pressed a soft kiss to her lips. "I love you more than you know."
Her fingers caressed his face and tapped his lip and smile making one of her own spread across her features. The turning of his hand like he was keeping a secret made her laugh. "You're silly but I love you. I have a feeling though my secret is safe with you. Her ears will pick up on this. She will know. Just like when she knew when you were a thief and stole my virginity. "

Aid and Comfort (Star Wars)
Mava lies in bed awake the night she leaves her baby boy on the refuse dump. It’s a warm night, and she left him wrapped in the soft blanket she made for him, even though it’s a waste of the yarn. It’s a warm night, she thinks, he won’t be dead yet, out alone in the dark. She wonders if that’s a cruelty, his suffering drawn out. They always said that freezing to death doesn’t hurt.
Seven months. For seven months she managed to keep him, kept his misshapen foot hidden. She’s not sure why she did it. It’s not like she could keep him safe forever, could keep his deformity secret once he was old enough to start learning to walk. For seven months he’s been a drain on her, a waste of resources, and for what?
Her sergeant accused her of dodging the draft, and maybe that’s part of it. She’s been fighting this war almost half her life. Mandatory enlistment age was fourteen, back when she started, and it feels so distant, childhood a forgotten dream. There aren’t any children now, not really. Even before the ferals left, before they started stealing the littler ones, birth rates had been plummeting for generations. The higher ups aren’t known for their long-term planning, but even they can see this isn’t sustainable. The Melida need more kids, or there’ll simply be no more Melida. So Mava got full leave towards the end of her pregnancy, and she got to stay home and look after her baby, the future of her people. Only he wasn’t. He was never going to grow up to be part of the next generation of soldiers her people so desperately needed, and she knew that from the start, but she kept him anyways.
As shameful as it is to admit, a break from the fighting was part of it. She believes in the cause, she does, but she’s exhausted. She’s been fighting for almost half her life, and she’s so, so tired of death. So, that’s part of why she hid her child’s deformity, but it’s not the main reason, not even when he was first born, red and pinched and screaming. Mava kept him because she wanted to. Because he was her little one. Because she loved him for no reason the moment she laid eyes on him. And she can’t regret it, even now. He lived for seven months. Only seven months, and he’ll never grow older, never learn to talk, never learn to call her Bua, never learn to hold a blaster, he’d only barely learned to crawl. But he’d learned to explore the world, putting everything within reach into his mouth, staring all around him with bright eyes. He’d learned how to smile, and he’d learned how to laugh, he reached out for her when he needed her, when he wanted her, he’d trusted her. He’d been happy for the most part, she thinks, for seven months he was happy.
“What’s his name?” A voice says, seemingly materialized out of the dark.
Mava turns. There’s a blaster pointed at her face. That’s the only thing she can focus on at first, pulled from the liminal space between sleep and waking. She’s staring into the eye of a blaster, close enough to be called point blank range, too far for her to easily lunge and grapple it from the small hand holding it steady.
It takes a few seconds, heart pounding, terror still, for her eyes to turn from the blaster, follow the arm up to the rest of the figure. It’s a girl. A child. She’s small and stick thin, a ragged dress hanging off of her awkwardly, collar bone and elbows jutting taught against her skin. She holds the blaster in her right hand. In a sling across her chest she cradles a baby. Mava’s baby.
”You’re stealing him,” Mava says, not sure if it’s a statement or a question.
The girl shrugs. The blaster point wavers slightly with the motion, but not enough to move off target. The baby sleeps on, oblivious.
”I don’t think it’s stealing if he was already thrown away,” the girl says, “Does he have a name?”
“He’s not useful, he can’t fight,” Mava tells the girl. She’s not sure why it feels so necessary to explain. It’s only that it feels wrong somehow, to think of her little boy getting another chance at living, only for it to be taken away again immediately in some dark hole somewhere where the ferals hide.
The girl gives her a look like she’s stupid.
”He’s a baby,” she says, “That’s not the point of him.”
“Your superiors won’t approve,” Mava says, because she remembers a time when she was small and the world was slightly kinder, and she tried to convince her parents to let her bring home animals of all sorts to keep as pets the way that galactics did. She supposes it would make sense for deformed infants to be the feral version of that childish urge, “They won’t let you keep him, you can’t have the food to spare.”
“Cerasi sent me,” the girl said, ”Cause one of our scouts found out you were going to kill him. We don’t have lots of food ever, but we stole a whole crate of powdered blue milk last month, and water’s no problem now that General Ben knows how to make it safe. He’s old enough, he’ll be alright with the blue milk and soft rations. I can’t promise he’ll live, cause it’s real damp in the sewers and we’re all crammed in together, so sometimes sickness comes through bad, and there’s no nothing Medic and Oben can do about it. But we’ll do our best by him, and it’s better than dying alone anyway.”
The girl seems to be trying to reassure her. The absurdity catches up to Mava all at once. The girl is in Mava’s home, with Mava’s baby strapped to her chest, pointing a blaster at her, and trying to reassure her that her baby will be looked after. As if that’s something anyone would do, simply because they wanted to. As if his life was worth something simply because he is alive.
”You’re really going to keep him,” Mava says, the possibility sinking into her, “He’ll live.”
”I mean, we’ll do our best,” the girl says again.
Mava is silent a while at that. The girl lowers the blaster, either trusting Mava won’t hurt her, or her arm growing too tired to hold the position. Likely both.
”So, about the name?” The girl says when the silence drags out, “I mean, I’m sorry to bother you. Normally we just take them. Only I saw you left the blanket, and it’s a nice blanket, you did a really good job. And I thought that maybe you love him, because there’s no other reason to leave it, I didn’t think. And I figured if you loved him, he should get to have something that’s yours to keep with him. Apart from the blanket, I mean.”
Mava finds her throat has closed, tear thick, and she has to clear it to say, “Javon. His name is Javon Merad.”
“Javeko,” the girl says softly to Mava’s son, holding him close. She looks up at Mava, and seems less sharp edged somehow, for all her thinness. “Thank you,” she says, as if it weren’t Mava who is thankful, as if a name was a worthy gift, rather than far too little a thing to provide a child she brought into the world.
The girl starts to go, walking backwards, still cautious, unwilling to turn her back.
“Wait,” Mava says.
The girl pauses in the doorway, tense with wariness as Mava gets up. Mava isn’t sure what she could do to thank this girl, but she is certain that she must thank her somehow. Mava has always understood what the ferals are. They are wild things, more like starved animals than sentients. They are creatures without honor, without loyalty, without memory. They are undisciplined and they are murderers and they are vicious, but most of all they are thieves. They steal munitions and supplies and anything that isn’t pinned down, and always, always, they steal children. They steal infants from cradles and they steal toddlers from play fields, and they steal cadets on the verge of deployment. So it makes sense, in its way, that they would take even little Javeko from his trash heap, out of ideology or habit. But for this girl to come to her to ask his name, for her to reassure her that her son will be well looked after, to risk herself and her mission simply for that, that is kindness without any other explanation. It is a kindness towards a stranger who might kill her tomorrow, and Mava realizes suddenly that she has no idea whether the girl is Melida or Daan, but she must have been one or the other once. This kindness is incomprehensible to her, as vast as it is childish, but Mava feels that she must, in some small way, try to repay it.
Mava feels the girl’s eyes on her back as she rummages in what passes in her house for a kitchen. The girl’s awareness is sharp, and Mava’s instincts remind her insistently that the girl is armed, that she is dangerous for all she is so small. Mava does not care. She doesn’t have much in the way of food. The army gave her a bonus to keep her quiet when they took Javeko, but she hadn’t seen the point of trying to haggle for food when she’ll be deploying tomorrow. She doesn’t think the ferals would have much use for money. Mava pulls out the basket she keeps under the sink to carry all the food she has left in her house; the quarter loaf of bread she’d saved as a treat for breakfast tomorrow, and about a third cup of flour she had left over from baking it, some salt, three of the large, sour berries that grow by the creek, and one precious can of fruit. She stands then, and hesitates. She opens another cupboard and takes out her new blaster.
Mava’s sergeant had been apologetic, for all he’d been accusatory, when he took Javeko from her. He had told her that her service was appreciated, that every soldier was necessary at the front, especially ones of her caliber. He had taken her baby away and left her with a bonus and a new blaster. The blaster is a real tracer. It’s Correllian make, less than twenty years old and in near perfect condition, but not so fancy that charge packs would be hard to come by. There’s something awfully symbolic in it, bold faced. Sorry about your baby, take this blaster instead.
Handing the girl this blaster is treason. More so than failing to report her, more so than allowing her to take little Javon. Giving her the blaster is arming the enemy, Melida lives may well be taken by it, and that blood will be on Mava’s hands. But Mava finds that she is tired of fighting. She has, she thinks, been tired for a long time. But when Javeko was born that tiredness at once found purpose, transmuting itself into love. She looks at this girl, who is thin and wild, and free, and undeniably desperate, and she does not see viciousness, she does not see cruelty, she does not see inhumanity. This girl, no doubt, has seen war, has helped to build those gruesome traps the ferals are so fond of, and Mava can see that she knows the blaster she holds intimately, has shot people before. But in her eyes there is kindness and there is love and protectiveness, not indulged in incidentally, not taken when opportunity presents itself and other duties allow, but reserved as the sole purpose of her being. This girl loves Mava’s child as Mava does. More, perhaps, having never forgotten how to love. And Mava finds that her belief in war, in the Melida, died a long time ago. She would rather this beautiful blaster of hers be used to protect her son, than to kill the Daan.
Mava is careful to hold the blaster by its barrel, movements slow and clear, and even so, the girl nearly bolts when she adds it to the basket.
“Take this,” Mava says.
The girl eyes the basket warily, like it’s a trap.
“I don’t have anything to give you for it,” the girl says.
”I know,” Mava says, “It’s a gift. It’s not much, but it’s all I have to repay you.”
”I’m not doing this for you,” the girl says.
”I know. But I’m still grateful,” Mava says.
The girl looks at her for a long moment, weighing her sincerity. Mava is struck, suddenly, by how much taller she is than the child. The girl looks from Mava’s face to the basket, and back again. Her gaze falls on the food and the tracer with equal greed and desperation, and the wrongness of that hits Mava with a visceral sense of revulsion. Not at the feral, not for being feral, but at the fact that someone so small and so young would want either food or weapons so desperately.
The girl comes to her conclusion, and reaches for the basket, but she hesitates again at the last second.
”You won’t get in trouble?” She asks, nodding toward the blaster.
”I have a spare,” Mava says, “No one’s likely to notice.”
The girl looks as though she doesn’t quite believe her, but she takes the basket regardless.
”Thank you,” the girl says again. And then she and Javon disappear back into the night, small and silent as shadow.

More gang ref sheet drop! 😌 They're half sibs, except Az and Theon who are bio brothers and Lyria married into the fam 🎀
— ⋅ basic infos ⋅ —
Mava Chiron, nicknames Mav/ Mavs, Age: 20-21 Birthday: December 1st Identity: MBTI - ESTJ | She/Her, lesbian Job: Huntress, Guild Commander Home: Pokke (former), Dundorma (current)
A well respected person, who is responsible for the establishment of a new weapon type, the spear and able to tame monsters with her special Kinshipstone, gaining a loyal friend: A Barioth named Byrill. Married to Lyria and half sister to Theon, Hafet and Azal. She is/was Viola's best friend also used to mentor Davis. Due to her status, Mava often keeps her head high and often expects peers to keep up with her. No matter the consequences.
__
Lyria (Bell) Chiron, nicknames Ly/ Lyzy, Age: 21-22 Birthday: June 12th Identity: MBTI - ESFJ | She/Her, lesbian Home: Kamura (former), Dundorma (current)
The mama-bear of the group with a strong sense of justice and will step up for those who are wronged no matter what. Many say her most dangerous weapon is actually her sarcasm but her switch-axe shouldn't be underestimated.
She grew up in a somewhat devided home, standing in the shadow of her far more known half-brother (Utsushi - Monster Hunter Rise) often leading her to a spiral of self doubt and envy once she isn't taken seriously. Even though she used to be a glass child, something she recognizes in Davis, it didn't hinder her from finding her love, Mava. Later getting married to her.
__
Hafet Pallas, nicknames Haf/ Hafy, Age: 18-19 Birthday: September 29th Identity: MBTI - ESFP | He/Him, aro/ace Home: Port Tanzia (former), Dundorma (current)
An unserious fella who rather copes with jokes than facing a grim reality. Lyria's second favourite brother in law. He does tend to act reckless at times but when things are becoming stressful, Hafet is guaranteed to stay and support. Usually he is the entertainer by playing instruments where he tends to show most of his lingering grace while feeling the need to push in jokes. That often leads to a clash with Mava and his resentfulness towards Azal.
__
Nicknames T/ Toffee, Age: 17-18 Birthday: July 19th Identity: MBTI - ENFP | He/Him, ace, unlabeled Home: Bherna (former), Dundorma (current)
Known for his use of blast blight during combat, Theon is Azal's biological younger sibling and half sibling to Mava and Hafet. Undoubtedly the most unique of them, also their youngest. But despite his age, his older peers not only adore but also look up to him as Theon doesn't bother with the ways he's percieved by others while remaining to be kind-hearted to those around him.
__
Nickname Az, Age: 21-22 Birthday: August 28th Identity: MBTI - ENTP | He/They, he dunno/biromantic, Androgynous Job: Hunter, Guild Commander Home: Bherna (former), Dundorma (current)
A deserted commander of Dundorma, who allows Darkness into his heart as a benfit to his own personal use. He joined Maleficent and Salem's faction to translate an ancient languange named "Angelic" and as a means to travel through worlds along with Cinder Fall and later, 9S. As he is knowledgeable regarding various topics, it is assumed he is in search of something specific.
As a skilled Blade Master, childhood friend and mentor to Viola, he ranks high within his world and strives for good results. Despite him not showing emotion well, he cares deeply about those around him. Especially towards his young sibling, Theon.

thinking about names for my OCs. originally I was thinking Qwyn, a unique spelling of Quinn. it's meant to show that's she's a bit unconventional, and also it sound extremely similar to "queen". given that I want to add some sort of chess motif in this story, with each character symbolized by a different piece, I also wanted to give hints to their characters through their name. originally Qwyn starts as the pawn. she's weak, under the control of others, and is treated like she's expendable. but eventually, she pulls forward, and levels up, promotes, and becomes a queen herself, and equal to her own queen. (also I had a joke where another character calls her "quim")
but now I'm not sure if I like that name. it's a bit too obvious and on the nose. I'm thinking of giving all other characters names similar to royalty or gods, symbolizing that they all view themselves as the queen. everyone is vying for power and control over their group, not realizing that the main way to achieve success and destroy their rivals is to work in harmony and unison.
since naming one character something very similar to "queen" is a bit in your face, I'm thinking about changing Qwyn's name to Mava. Mava reference Queen Medb from Irish mythology. it's also a name that most people wouldn't recognize as a direct reference to royalty immediately (unlike Elisabeth or Alexander being middle names for two of my other characters, very direct references to queens and kings). also the name has a bit of personal meaning to me.
idk. just rambling honestly. let me know what you think

This is the first of my X-Men characters. She's a little overdeveloped, so we're just gonna talk about the minimal head canon debauchery :)
If it seems like there's a hole in the timeline or whatever, I promise it's complete in my head. But I can't share that here without explaining the entire multiversal shift I created for the sake of ✨lore :)). I have the power here :)))

Malieyah Maximoff; pronounced muh-leev-uh
Nickname: Mava; pronounced like Lava... but with an M...
Mava is the sibling of the Maximoff twins by full blood, and half-sister to Lorna Dane.
Mava's mutation manifested the summer before she turned fourteen. Wanda and Pietro had already manifested their spectacular abilities with no explanation. Mava expected it to be an effect of their twinhood (as if that made sense).
But after a bout of intense pneumonia, Mava realized she could feel the tug of magnetic fields around her. Every magnetic metal in their home pulled to her, luring her into their attractions. Over the following months, Mava discovered she could feel magnetic fields around her, as well as she discovered she could touch them. Play with them. Bend them to her will. Shortly later, her eyes developed a greener tint to them. What irises used to be a perfect heterochromatic hazel-blue now glistened an unnatural shade of green. To hide the color, she began wearing shades in public, no matter how rude one considered her to be.
Mava paid not much attention to her abilities for years. One thing she refuses to do is play with a technological device at the risk of manipulating the magnetic field so much to completely destroy the device. Eventually, she was able to save money for colored contacts that returned her irises to a more swallowable shade of dull hazel. She was able to blend in, able to meld with the outside population better than her siblings. Moving countries after an accident via Wanda helped to restart Mava's reputation. It's what she craved.
The man's face, who the siblings had good reason to believe was their father, was on national television every other month, sparking outcries for mutant revolution and defense against their persecution. The word "mutant" did not resonate with Mava for years more to come. She was not raised a "mutant". They could not be "mutants". They were special. Nothing wrong about that.
Then she met Lorna Dane. And with her, the Maximoff siblings unlocked the truth of their lineage.
Pushes for mutant registration and other marginalizing laws across the globe convinced Mava that her condition was something to be ashamed of. Something to fear and to hate. As a last ditch effort to flea the persecution of the human population surrounding her, she gained passage and moved to Genosha at the age of 18. Wanda and Pietro did not follow. They had made a life for themselves that could not so easily be uprooted.
The X-Men were stationed on the island nation at the time (for reasons). Mava had no intention of associating with the X-Men. She found them pretentious and were not going good things to give mutantkind a good reputation. She just craved a space to be Someone apart from the eyes and allure to polar charges.
Well well. Someone ruled Genosha who had been keeping a watchful eye on the four of them since the day they were born. He was not going to let her breeze by without notice. (does this mean he will come out and claim her? No that's crazy talk. We're gonna throw her in the Danger Room and hope something good comes out)
Fast forward two years, Mava is training in the X-Men compound to curate her powers, as well as schooling for biochemical engineering (pharmaceuticals, the technology behind the power dampening collars, the validity of the mutant cure, etc). Mava ditched the contacts, embracing her natural eyes sincerely. She has made good friends with one Nightcrawler and one Morph, both of whom are working to give her a reason to stay. Then comes along Mr. LeBeau.
Six years her senior and a fresh addition to the official team, Gambit represents everything Mava wishes she could see in herself. After weeks of pining and stolen glances at late parties, the two have a one night stand. Which turns into two nights. Three nights. Four nights. The attraction turns into something Mava never before had the chance to experience, which turns into meetings on the rooftop.
The couple continue on like this for a month until Magneto subtly threatens Gambit, and Mava realizes she kind of likes having him around to tick off the man who still refused to claim her as his kin.
(this, of course, is not their only motivation to be together. But it is a contributing factor)
Mava never gave herself a mutant alias. She never cared enough (and Lorna had already taken the cool one.) To this day, Mava has still refused to join the X-Men, short of using their training tech and the dedicated relationship to one of their best. The X-Men was never what she envisioned for herself. She just meant to fit. To find her people.
She's still looking. But until the X-Men move back to Charles Xavier's mansion, Genosha will have to do.
---
sorry this is so long. It could be longer
I have no shame :))))
SOOO your oc is incredible?? So thought out and the story is believable to be a legit mutant in the universe !
I love how much detail you put into it, connecting Mava with so many storylines and other characters. I love her. I love how complicated her story is with herself, the ups and downs of her past and lineage. I also really like how she is somewhat on her own, how she doesn't want to 'join' a team.
And that Gambit romance?? Yesss~
Also don't have any shame. I love hearing people gush about their ocs.

1, 2, 3 (and indulgently...) 18!
What is your most popular fic?
By kudos it's Aftermath (Horizon Zero Dawn, not literally the first Aloy/Varl story in the tag but the first in which they're the only ship, which probably explains it). By views it's Map of Homeward Vectors, the Destiny 2 collection! These are both more recent than I expected the answers to be, which is fun.
What fanfic do you wish you got more response on?
The Fourth Person Plural (Prey, gen)
What’s a fic idea that you have but haven’t written yet?
There are soooo many right now. I really would like to write more about Omen and Kass, and Mava (@cappurrccino) and Guile.
Recommend someone else fic! (And tag them if they have a tumblr!)
Indulgently, I pick you! Specifically the Hive teens telling spooky stories about Eris. I also recently enjoyed the very funny Jedi Hiding Speeder Technology From Republic Citizens?

What Makes Navsari a Unique Destination for Travellers?

Introduction: The Subtle Charm of Navsari
Tucked quietly in South Gujarat, Navsari is a town that doesn’t shout for attention—yet leaves a lasting impression on those who visit. It’s not a place of flashy attractions or crowded landmarks. Instead, Navsari wins hearts with its culture, calmness, and connection to history. It’s where colonial architecture meets Gujarati warmth, and where the aroma of Parsi poras floats through quiet streets on rainy mornings.
But what truly makes Navsari a unique destination for travellers? Let’s find out.
1. A Living Tapestry of Parsi Heritage
Navsari is one of India’s oldest Parsi settlements. It’s home to some of the most sacred Zoroastrian sites, including the revered Atash Behram. As you stroll through Lunsikui, you’ll pass charming colonial homes, fire temples, and community halls that quietly tell the story of a people who’ve shaped this city with their values, cuisine, and traditions.
2. Where Spirituality Meets Simplicity
Navsari isn't just culturally rich; it’s spiritually rooted. From Jain derasars and Swaminarayan temples to the peaceful Rama Temple at Unai (with natural hot springs), the city’s religious diversity invites both reflection and reverence.
Visitors often remark on the calming energy of these places—far from temple crowds, they offer peace, silence, and space to connect with oneself.
3. Dandi Beach: History on the Horizon
Just 20 km away lies Dandi Beach, where Mahatma Gandhi ended his historic Salt March in 1930. Today, it’s a serene shoreline ideal for sunset walks, coupled with the historical weight of India’s freedom struggle.
Here, waves crash on stories, not just sand.
4. Gujarati Meets Parsi on the Plate
If you're a foodie, Navsari is heaven. The food is not just about taste—it’s about tradition and comfort. Try soft theplas, spicy undhiyu, or creamy dhansak. Don’t miss local bakeries offering mava cakes, bun pattice, and buttery khari.
Enjoy them all at the best restaurants in Navsari that serve regional delicacies with world-class hospitality.
5. The Joy of Slow Travel
Navsari isn’t meant to be rushed. It’s made for slow walks, lingering meals, spontaneous conversations with locals, and moments of stillness by the river or beach. It offers everything you didn’t know you were craving—peace, culture, and perspective.
6. Celebrate Life’s Moments in Style
Whether it’s a family celebration, engagement, or corporate event, Navsari’s party banquet halls in Navsari provide elegant settings, flawless service, and a warm atmosphere for any occasion.
7. Stay with Comfort and Elegance
Your journey in Navsari is elevated when you book a room at the best hotel in Navsari. Located in the heart of the city, it offers modern rooms, local cuisine, and exceptional hospitality that perfectly complement your cultural journey.
Conclusion: Come for a Day, Stay for the Feel
Navsari may not top every tourist list, but that’s what makes it special. It’s not curated for tourists—it’s lived by locals. And as a traveler, you’re invited to become a part of its rhythm, even if just for a weekend.

this abyss is pretty easy, but like i dont get why they keep putting waves of small enemies that stagger and run away on Mava-shilling side. like. do they want her to feel bad. bc like when her big nuke misses one of them and you need to chase them down it do feel so bad, like WHY
one actually annoying thing is the new freeze boss in the last chamber. you need a lot of cryo application to bring it into weakened stage, otherwise its taking like no damage. what you can do is either have a cryo catalyst like citlali or charlotte and just normal attack on them until you break it and only then switch to your dps. Or, if for examply you're playing nescafe, her personal cryo app is not enough. And bringing second cryo in a like a neuvi team with nescafe sucks, bc like they are not doing anything else and neuvi loses his draconic stacks. So what I did on my f2p neuvi team is use nescafe skill to apply cryo, then use kazuha's burst to make suree he absorbs cryo, bc his burst has insanely fast application. and then just keep swirling cryo with him. kazuha plus nescafe is enough to break the cryo check, so you don't actually need cryo dps

♒ - cooking/food headcanon for Commander Auvi'talo
Auvi may be a raging misogynistic asshole and therefore doesn't believe he should need to cook when there are carriers for that. But shockingly this man is incredible at menu planning, particularly when it comes to dinner parties and events. When he's home on shore leave with his wife and kids, he has total control of what they eat. Mava just does all the domestic labor and grits her teeth through it because it's only a short window that he's there.
He's got an incredible knowledge of cuisines and flavor profiles but refuses to make use of it due to his own entitlement. Being a narcissist has gotten him really far in the military and he takes the attitude of knowing exactly what he's doing but not doing it himself because he has people for that all the way up.
