Outfield: Gamifying Wholesale Cannabis CRM
Building a good technology company boils down to solving a real-world problem thoughtfully and effectively. It’s also easier to identify and solve those problems when you have first-hand experience with them. That’s how Austin Rolling, CEO of customer relations management (CRM) and field sales mobile app Outfield, came up with the idea for his Houston-based company in 2015.

i think it bears repeating (again) that nie mingjue was a clear and present danger to jin guangyao’s life, every day, from the date of their confrontation in the scorching sun palace to the moment of his qi deviation over four years later. four years, where every single minute that jin guangyao spent in nie mingjue’s company, he was taking his life into his own hands, and they both knew it. lan xichen knew it. completely uninvolved third parties who were witnesses to nie ningjue’s increasingly unhinged and violent behaviour knew it.
nie huaisang may have been compelled by filial piety to avenge his brother’s murder, but let’s not pretend that jin guangyao killed nie mingjue just because daddy said jump. because if he hadn’t killed nie mingjue first, it was only a matter of time before nie mingjue killed him.

As newly-qualified solicitor Marius Pontmercy travels to Romania to help a Count with his purchase of a home, his fiancée Cosette Fauchelevent heads over to Cette with their friends to prepare for their wedding. However, when Marius’ host begins to reveal sinister secrets, the couple and their friends must work together to save themselves and avenge those they have lost.
Or; A Dracula AU, where Marius is Jonathan Harker and Cosette is Mina Murray.
A gift fic (with some doodles!) for @feathraly ((I really hope this is the right tumblr account...)) for the Discorinthe discord anniversary exchange! Their lovely lovely prompt WRT Marisette being a gothic couple, Jehan giving a bit of gothic horror as a treat, and some supernatural crossovers naturally lent themselves to me writing a Dracula AU with Marisette of course being the quintessential gothic power couple: The Harkers!
I hope feathraly enjoyed this fic!! <3 and if anyone else likes vampires, angst, and the Power of Friendship, this fic will probably be up your alley too! But please mind the tags!
P.S. No prior knowledge of Dracula is needed to read this fic! But if you are already familiar with Dracula, there is a whole bunch of new content in there too 👀

STATIONERY RAMBLE AHEAD IM AUTISTIC SO BEWARB
i really wanna make shitajikis (writing boards) for my store and for conventions but its such a weird specific thing!!! i only just learned about how theres like collectors out there for short runs of shitajikis with anime art on em and i really like using mine for writing and drawing so now i really wanna make them with MY art on em!!!
BUT ough auhgijk is that too specific. is that too niche. like ik theres folks that just collect them to display them so its kind of like an expensive plastic print and like. ive SEEN lenticular prints at cons before so i feel like there is at least some evidence of plastic prints being something worth making but. stationery fans help me rationalize my need to make this
like ok for those of u that arent sure what this is: its like a flexible but sturdy plastic sheet that you can use under the page you’re writing on to create a nicer writing surface and stabilize the page (esp if ur near the end of the book and dont have a lot of paper to rely on for cushioning) PLUS they can have rulers or grids on them to help line up writing or measure stuff and ahh i love them. i like the little tab that hobonichis have too like a bookmark/page keeper
im still struggling with how to make them (plastic printing is expensive) and im kinda figuring out either some sort of print-at-home brand of plastic or doing a sticker on some plastic sheets that i then cut to size or something but my goal is something solid and waterproof that’ll last and grr i’m gonna figure it out aaaah

I'd been avoiding Coral Island because using western agricultural methods on a small island and developing said island is very 😐 and also it really seemed (and does seem) to be essentially SDV Expanded with a fresh coat of paint. However I started playing and I am dying bisexually.
My main gripe with SDV (and SDV Expanded) romances is basically that a lot of the romance is fueled by you "fixing" them in some way and they don't really have like...depth? They have some interests sure but they're never actually Doing the thing they want to be doing and their aspirations just STOP completely after marriage. I might just be Adult for that but people who haven't found their way are just Not attractive to me so I never really felt compelled by any of them. This one though they all have lives and seem a lot more fleshed out, like they could stand WITH me and not just BY me you know? Time will tell if this will go in the "fixing" them direction but 👀

Really missing having good/good enough managers man :/
Super fucking slow at work and they just let the auto-scheduler put in our shift schedules which is fine when it works but.... we're so fucking slow at work. Like my area is completely filled (with what I have... new shipment save me... save me.... new shipment) and recovered by 6am. I'm not needed. Not atm.
Now a good/good enough manager would remove my shifts (which would SHOCK save the company money! :0 and leave more of a budget for the managers which means bigger paycheck! Wow!) Or at least tell me that the reason I have ONE shift next week is in fact bc I'm not needed, and not the scheduler being fucky. But god we cant have THAT now can we!
I mean if I see "shift for DAY has been removed" on my app then hell yeah free time off! But bc they routinely forget to reprompt the scheduler, there's consistent weeks where I have 0 hours, but know to come in/assume I'm needed.
Like ffs arent you supposed to cut hours?? Which would be MINE since I'm only 20 a week??? Come on man 😭 I'm so bored

misjudged how long my special gloves would last and yesterday i ended up having to use the store's gloves for an hour
my hands and wrists and forearms still feel like they're sunburnt and covered in poison ivy and it hurts when they brush against even the softest objects. the only thing that's not painful to the touch is cool, running water.
I'm about to camp out at the kitchen sink and pour a cup of water over my arms repeatedly for hours

having thoughts about nine, and i think one of the biggest things i would personally do to fix him and his role in the story (without making him a flat out villain) is to change the core theme of his character from 'missing stair will not and should not ever be held accountable for their actions,' to:
cruelty and defiance are not the same thing. existing out of spite is not an evil thing; refusing to lay down your weapons under the guise of being small and soft and palatable is not evil; defending yourself and others from being wiped out or made less than you are is not evil. it is not cruel. making good on 'fuck around and find out' can be one of the most important things you will ever do.
and because it's not cruel, it does not excuse cruelty. 'kind does not mean nice' doesn't mean 'cruelty is acceptable as long as it's for a Good Cause'; it also doesn't mean that cruelty in some instances and kindness in others balance each other out. if anything, the latter just ends up becoming part of the former with a different face. it doesn't matter how soft or palatable or loud and rough-edged you are: either your worldview is built on kindness or it isn't, and that will show in how you act on it no matter how hard you try to quarantine one philosophy from the other.
there are lots of other things i'd change; a major one being to pull the fuck up on said cruelty by a LOT, holy shit. as well, don't make him abusive, whether as a) a tactical abuser who pretends his trauma took out the filter he absolutely still has, or b) someone whose trauma has taken out their filter, and left them a disoriented, barely functioning wreck with no idea what the hell is going on inside or outside their own head; whose confused flailing manifests as lashing out in abusive ways, and who wants to do better, and would actually improve with both help and accountability for their actions. that last one has worth as a narrative, but it requires pulling on the sensitivity gloves so far up your arms that it's just a whole spandex suit, and these writers have well and truly proven they are just not fucking capable of that lmao
but in the end, one of the things that does absolutely have to change is that his character has to have a point other than getting away with being a missing stair. there might be other ways to write him as a static character and still a good one; they do have their place! but given that the conventions of the genre would generally involve a growth arc for a character like him, i feel like this interpretation is one that probably falls closest to what they were actually going for.
(or at least, what they wanted to trick the audience into thinking they were going for. lol)
anyway yeah, i have a piggy bank full of cents about this and that is two of them. tl;dr justice for nine, we could have had it all

Contract manufacturer: Pharmaceutical industry in India
Contract manufacturers are those organizations which manufacture the products for another firm by entering into an agreement. Contract manufacturing enables small business people to begin selling their products without obtaining a large amount of capital necessary to build and run a factory. Moreover, it helps organizations concentrate on their core business by reducing their in-house activities.
Contract manufacturing is similar to private label manufacturing or outsource manufacturing. The services of pharmaceutical contract manufacturing companies are not limited to manufacturing only. They provide a host of services, including Drug Stability studies, Manufacturing, Development of compliance documents per FDA regulatory requirements, Developing late-stage clinical trial material, Providing scale-up and registration batches and Pre formulation.
There are several certified contract manufacturing in pharmaceutical industry in India. Ikris Pharma Network is one of the top contract manufacturers in India, serving across the globe.
Private label manufacturing: Pharmaceutical industry
In the pharmaceutical industry, a firm that does not participate in the manufacture or processing of a drug but instead markets and distributes under its own trade name, and labels a drug product made by someone else, is referred to as a Private Label Distributor or PLD. The owner firm controls everything about the product or products. That includes the product's specifications, packaging, and many more. Private label manufacturing is also known as outsourced manufacturing, similar to contract manufacturing. Opting for the private label route removes a lot of input one gets in the final product and shortens the product development cycle. Smaller companies or companies focused on other parts of the business get the maximum benefits from private labeling. With lower production barriers such as time, cost, and expertise in low order quantities, private label manufacturing has less strain on resources. There are several licensed private label pharmaceutical manufacturers in India. India is one of the top pharmaceutical suppliers in the World. Ikris Pharma Network is one such certified private label manufacturer in India.
Private label pharmaceutical manufacturer: India
Outsourcing the manufacturing of the products is in huge demand in the pharmaceutical industry. India is one of the largest providers of generic medicines globally. India majorly exports pharmaceutical drugs, which contribute to about 75% of the total pharmaceuticals exports of India. India is known to have the highest number of United States Food and Drug Administration-compliant companies with plants outside the US. There are about 8 out of 20 global generic companies are from India. With the increasing demand for generic medicines, many big and small organizations outsource the drugs to manufacture by another firm in a certain period, at a regulated temperature (if applicable), and such manufacturers have the equipment and labor force in order to carry out the more cost-effective production.
Private label manufacturers bear the responsibility and can scale the supply chain up or down as per the requirements. Companies looking to expand their horizon at a higher level earn more revenue, wish to earn the name and fame associated with private label manufacturing, and save themselves from market risk. There are multiple top-class private label pharmaceutical manufacturers India. Ikris is one such top-class private label pharmaceutical drug manufacturer, serving internationally for more than 7 years.
