AIGHT THEY'VE KILLED ME.

I was today years old when I realized the very first scene from Word of Honor Ep.17, Cao Weining wakes up from a dream about him dying trying to protect Gu Xiang. And then THEN GOES ON TO DESCRIBE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN THE EXTRA CHAPTER DEDICATED TO BEING THE PATCH UP FOR THEIR UNHAPPY END IN THIS LIFE.

Him waiting by the bridge to the netherworld, thinking he'd spend 60 or 70 years waiting, only to see her turn up in no time.
