Boi! Also known as Xap’zern or the nickname Zap, due to him being a tempest cleric and therefore uses thunderwave and call lightning at any given oppotunity xD
Might as well doodle whilst my roommate is playing baldurs gate, due to sharing the same account only one can play at a time. Luckily we are pretty decent at sharing.

How to Use Multi-Cleaner Effectively: A Complete Guide for Every Surface
Tumblr media
Keeping spaces clean is no longer just about aesthetics — it's about safety, health, and creating a pleasant environment. One of the most versatile and essential products in your cleaning arsenal is a multi purpose cleaner. Whether you’re dealing with dust, grease, or grime, the right multi-cleaner can tackle it all — from kitchen counters to office desks and even industrial workspaces.
In this article, we’ll explore how to use a multi-cleaner efficiently, highlight the benefits of using a high-quality solution like the J-XAP Multi-Purpose Cleaner from Purcho, and guide you through best practices for different surfaces.
What Is a Multi-Cleaner?
A multi-cleaner, or multi-purpose cleaner, is a cleaning agent designed to remove dirt, grease, and grime from a variety of surfaces. Instead of cluttering your cabinet with different products for different jobs, a multi-cleaner simplifies your routine — one product, multiple uses.
They are typically formulated with surfactants that break down and lift dirt, while being safe enough for frequent use across surfaces like:
Glass
Metal
Plastic
Wood (sealed)
Ceramic
Laminates
The J-XAP Multi-Purpose Cleaner by Purcho offers a powerful cleaning solution that’s biodegradable, non-toxic, and effective in both domestic and commercial settings.
Benefits of Using a Multi Purpose Cleaner
Convenience: One product for many surfaces — save time and money.
Versatility: Cleans kitchen counters, bathrooms, floors, desks, doors, and more.
Cost-Effective: Buying one concentrated cleaner is more economical than several niche cleaners.
Eco-Friendly: Reduces chemical load and packaging waste.
Safe Formulation: Many multi-cleaners, including J-XAP, are non-toxic and safe for regular use.
How to Use Multi-Cleaner: Step-by-Step Guide
Dilution Instructions
Before you begin, check if your multi-cleaner is concentrated (like the J-XAP Multi-Purpose Cleaner). These cleaners are meant to be diluted with water. Follow manufacturer guidelines. For J-XAP, the recommended dilution is:
Light Cleaning: 20ml per 1L of water
Heavy Cleaning: 50ml per 1L of water
Mix the solution in a spray bottle or bucket, depending on the cleaning task.
Surface-Specific Usage
Kitchen Surfaces (Countertops, Cabinets, Appliances)
Step 1: Wipe away loose crumbs or debris.
Step 2: Spray the diluted cleaner directly onto the surface.
Step 3: Let it sit for 30 seconds to loosen grease.
Step 4: Wipe with a microfiber cloth or sponge.
Step 5: Rinse the food-contact surface (like countertops).
Pro Tip: J-XAP easily cuts through oil splashes on stovetops and sticky residue on cabinets.
Bathroom Surfaces (Sinks, Tiles, Fixtures)
Step 1: Pre-wet the area if there’s hardened grime or soap scum.
Step 2: Apply the cleaner with a spray or sponge.
Step 3: Scrub gently using a brush or pad for tiles.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with water.
Bonus: J-XAP’s deodorizing effect leaves your bathroom smelling fresh.
Floors (Ceramic, Marble, Vinyl, Laminate)
Step 1: Sweep or vacuum the area to remove dust.
Step 2: Mix the multi purpose cleaner in a bucket with warm water.
Step 3: Mop the surface using a damp (not dripping) mop.
Step 4: Let air dry — no need to rinse if properly diluted.
Safety Tip: Test on a small area if using polished or wooden floors.
Glass and Mirrors
Although some multi-cleaners aren’t suited for glass, the J-XAP formula leaves a streak-free finish when used correctly.
Step 1: Dilute to the lightest concentration.
Step 2: Spray on the surface and immediately wipe with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Step 3: Buff with a dry cloth for extra shine.
Wooden Furniture (Sealed)
Step 1: Ensure the surface is sealed or laminated.
Step 2: Apply the cleaner to a damp cloth — not directly on the wood.
Step 3: Wipe in the direction of the grain.
Step 4: Dry with a soft towel to prevent watermarks.
Electronics and Gadgets (Keyboards, Mouse, Screens)
Step 1: Turn off and unplug devices.
Step 2: Spray cleaner onto a microfiber cloth (never directly).
Step 3: Gently wipe the surfaces.
Step 4: Avoid moisture near ports or screens.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning with J-XAP Multi Purpose Cleaner
Unlike harsh chemical agents, the J-XAP formula is:
Biodegradable
Non-toxic
Safe for pets and children
Free of strong fumes
It makes it a great option for homes, schools, clinics, hotels, and more.
What's Inside a Good Multi-Cleaner?
Here’s what you’ll typically find in high-performance multi-purpose cleaners like J-XAP:
Surfactants: Break down dirt and grease
pH Neutralizers: Safe for surfaces
Fragrance Agents: Light, non-overpowering scent
Disinfectants: Kill germs and bacteria
Purcho’s formula balances cleaning power and surface safety — a critical point when cleaning mixed environments (like kitchens and living rooms).
Where to Use a Multi Purpose Cleaner
Here’s a quick list of ideal applications:
Kitchen countertops and chimneys
Bathroom tiles and basins
Office desks and partitions
School benches and boards
Shop floors and display cases
Warehouse equipment and storage areas
Gyms, yoga studios, and fitness equipment
Public toilets and high-touch areas
Whether you’re managing a home or a business, one bottle of multi cleaner handles it all.
Where NOT to Use Multi-Cleaners
Despite their versatility, avoid using even diluted multi-cleaners on:
Unsealed wood or antique furniture
Natural stone like granite or slate (unless labeled safe)
Raw aluminum surfaces
Silk, leather, or other delicate textiles
Always do a patch test if unsure.

After the honeymoon and a few days of rest, Carisi and a peach were back to their regular schedules. Getting to work early, Peach went to the captain's office.
Peach: Good morning, Xap. Thought I'd get here first, I bought donuts and cooked lunch.

My friend, Levi, came over today. He was able to hang out, though he normally doesn't walk with my siblings and I on Thursdays. Anyway, since my sister never has the time to play video games with us, and my brother has a standing appointment, I got to hog the switch. Levi is a Zelda pro, (200 hours in BOTW and 40 hours in TOTK), but he doesn't have as many hours in TOTK as I do.
He does have those things you can scan into your switch games. (I know what they're called but not how to spell). He realizes this shortly after my brother leaves, so he runs to get them. I was trying to refind the Rito Village Chasm cave, which I didn't find it before Levi came back from his house, just down the street. So I go back to the Rito Village shrine, and after a few of those cards, we're running out of space in front of that shrine.
I move Link across the lake around the Rito Village and we keep scanning. Now we're maybe half way through his cards when Epona spawns. Levi is happy, because Epona is a pretty rare drop. (1% chance for any card except the horse link one to spawn her, which is 50%) He goes, "Oh, you're right by a stable too!"
"That's the Lucky Clover Gazette." I tell him. 200 hours in BOTW, he has, remember. I try to take Epona to a stable, but Link is on the far side of Rito village, so I give up. We scan a few cards in by a cliff, before Levi points out that it isn't a really good spot for it.
I teleport us to New Serene stable, and Levi and I continue to scan in cards... Shortly after, guess who spawns in again? Epona!!
I get to register her, and revel in the chances. I also got the xap and trousers of time, as long as the tunic of awakening. On the other hand, there was like, six knight's broadswords.

I think I saw you mention on one of your art posts that a few of your characters are from the future. How did you come up with their ideas and with them being from the future?
Silver needs more friends 'cause he can't permanently stay in the past with the main cast.
Aaaaand I also kinda wanted to try exploring his time period in a story arc or something.
I tried to give each of them a different ability to keep it unique. I think I recall it being mentioned at one point by Silver (I forget where exactly though off the top of my head) that espers were VERY common in his time, so most of the future folks are espers.
Crystal is a hydrokinetic and I made her a fish for that reason. Aero has aerokinesis, so I wanted him to be a flier. He was originally going to be a bird, but I realized that I already have a bunch of bird characters and went with a bat instead. Xap has electrokinesis and I wanted him to have a kinda gremlin-like personality. I figured what better species than a chihuahua?
Nebula exists because I wanted another snake and I decided to shove him into the future for more variety and gave him telepathy.
Jinxy's creation was sparked by a conversation I had with a friend, in which she brought up hybrid characters and it lowkey made me want to make one. I based him off some old MLP OCs that I no longer use and cannibalized bits of their design elements to make him. So that's why he's a bat pony. And again for variety's sake, I shoved him into the future and gave him the curse ability of future sight.
And finally we have Aria and Koe, who are a duet from the future and also (so far) the only non-espers from the future group. Aria is also special in the fact that she's (so far) the only one of them with direct ties to the main cast (she's Cynthia's distant descendant!). They exist literally just 'cause I thought a duet like them would be cool. :)

ᒥ💀ᒧ—         Xaphan - Past Original Character for the Otome Game Obey Me
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Art on left by: @noosey-woosey Art on right by: Me
Name: Xaphan, Xap Age: N/A Race: Fallen Angel/Demon Gender: Non-binary About: During the great Celestial War, there was one Angel who had made quite the statement--They set the Palace ablaze with flaming arrows. Soon, as Lucifer and his rebellion lost the war, Xaphan was punished by God for their crimes and had their lungs set eternally on fire. After the fall from grace, Xaphan became a demon of wrath. They currently work in the local coffee shop and are often said to represent the anger of fast food workers. They often cuss out rude customers, spit in their drinks, and when they're real mad their mouth begins to fill with embers and fire from their burning lungs. Their demon form has similar features to an iguana. Long spiked tail
ᒥ💀ᒧ—         Sat out in the front of the shop is one of the baristas, odd that they weren't going in. The barista is not doing alot to draw in cosutomers, rather they're playing loud metal music.
They go to their messenger bag and begin to dig around, finally they pull out a joint. They bring the twisted end of the joint up to their lips and with a huff small flames come out their mouth and lights the joint. Xaphan begins to smoke their weed and look out over the passersby. "...The fuck are you looking at, man?" They grumble, taking another puff.
