ZIL 112, 1951. A Soviet Russian racing car from their the Likhachev plant , which was also responsible for making government limousines. The race car was nick-named  “cyclops” because of its single central headlamp. The car's fibreglass bodywork imitated the GM La Sabre dream car designed by Harley Earl in 1950. It was powered by a ZIL V8 engine modified for racing

I’ve been rambling abt this on a cars fandom discord server (shout out gaydiator springs) but to sum it up I guess I love the idea of them coming together from having similar struggles on opposite sides. there’s a couple points in Cars 2 which I didn’t really like the way Holley was treated and there’s concept are that shows Zil was DEFINITELY mistreated earlier in life so… Ig the foundation of their ship comes on the emotional connection of Zil being biasedly judged by his people based on being a lemon and Holley being biasedly judged by her people based on being a feminine woman.

What the 22 is about for context:

At least in my canon this dude also exists as a villain seperate from the lemons, but perhaps they do cross roads at some point or is aware they exist

CARSTOBER 2023 - Day 28

Favourite Deleted Scene: Prague

Ofc, as the huge Cars 2 fan that I am, I had to choose this one bc it's probably the most iconic deleted scene of the 2nd movie

I love how dark it is, not only bc of the murder shown, but also the atmosphere and Zil's presence being pretty threatening 😈

And despite this not having been part of the final version of the movie, I'm keeping it safe for a "certain project" I might make one day 👀

Some short clips happens between my Cars OCs and some canon characters who become more and more like OCs

Take I: Zil and Boris and the four medics saving Siddeley along with three C.H.R.O.M.E. agents

Boris: I thought I was just stopping by the airport for fuel and look at me now. What, a Gulfstream V who was modified to be able to hover in the air, was down because he flew into Russian from the Arctic? You've got to be kidding me

Eva: Stop complaining and get to work! Zil promised he'll pay for the bill once we get these idiots to safety

Alyona: *hanging around trying to wake Finn and Rod up and gave Holley her cocoa (with too much caffeine)

Daniil & Michaele: *Trying to make Siddeley stable while Eva gave the spy plane some transfusion and medical treatment

(After they were back in the hangar)

Zil: *typing the bill with an extremely experienced way

Finn: *Noticed

Finn: You're quite good at doing that

Zil: Believe me, I'd rather not be this good

Take II: Leland's reunion with the C.H.R.O.M.E. agents (if only it's single-sided)

Leland, back in his usual red paint and without his frame disguise: Finally, this is what I called freedom

Boris: You've been in here driving in circles and trying to climb the hangar walls for over an hour, why don't you get to explore the hangar next to this one? Zil gave you the permission

Leland: You putting things like that makes me not wanting to go

Boris: The lunatics will be back in no time, I don't want the five of you blowing up our cover

Leland: Fine… but you did know that they can held a party inside you, right?

Boris: *Stares

Leland: I'm leaving!

(After a single glance into the door of the next hangar)

Leland: *ran back the where Boris stays, and now with four forklifts pressing close onto his belly, sleeping soundly

Leland: You didn"t tell me it was THEM!

Boris, with his default bored expression: Figured you'll get it when you saw Siddeley

Leland: Sid was almost the only plane sticking around! He could've pick anyone else!

Boris: Shouldn't this be a happy reunion?

Leland: No. I'm not ready to be not-dead, and if I didn't explain good enough, Finn will probably- bloody hell, I don't even know what he'll say

Boris: You're overthinking. They will be awake in the afternoon, you'd better ready to be NOT-DEAD by then

Leland: Thanks for the support, MATE.

Clips like this are what make me wanting to write the stories that bring the characters up!

Hello everyone! Sorry for the radio silence the last couple of years, Nat and I are not really on good terms anyone but I won't go into detail for the sake of our privacy.

A basic update on me, I've started a new major at my university and I've been dealing with some mental illnesses, but I'll try to get this blog back up and running, I can't promise it will be the same quality as before or as frequently, as I relied heavily on Nat's hetalia knowledge, opinions, and help to keep it up, but I will do my research and if shit hits the fan, I will at least try to finish my russian soldier fanfic because it's really my little fun project, I might create more dark and lemon fanfics if I get the inspiration.

Anyways I hope you're all doing well and I am excited to get back to writing.

What's the team member's reaction when someone they care about lets them down? How do they guard themselves against further disappointment?

I'm just gonna put the main team for the case of my sanity 👌

Zil: He's more on frustrated than angry, and trying to keep it on that level. He doesn't want to lash out, knowing it was just a mistake made and can be fixed. Zil will try to communicate why he's disappointed and try to help the other person to avoid it happening again.

Thalia: She's a bit stunned. She had her expectations, just waiting for disappointment and even internally joking about it, and only to be surprised that it actually happened. To lessen any further disappointments, she'll slowly stop asking the other person for anything.

Jane: Unsurprised. It's not the first time anyway. She won't do anything about it though, declaring herself "too tired to fix someone else".

John: No one can really tell with him, since he puts his emotions in a vault and is always with an aloof look.

Ariel: It depends what kind of let down it was. If it were something small, then she sees no problem. But if it's actually something serious/big, then... I don't think Ariel will exactly guard herself from further disappointment, but she will just lower her expectations just a bit.

Zelek: He'll just give a long stare in silence, before letting out a sigh. He's not mad, only disappointed. He won't really guard himself either, but just expect to be disappointed again to lessen the blow.

This is a poster promoting the ZIL Amfibiya A-1, a Soviet amphibious car using an odd trike configuration to allow for an easier conversion. Used mainly in places like Leningrad and the far east as Communist Party transports, powered by the same engine used in KGB special sedans, it was produced from 1937-1940, Almost all were either scrapped or captured by the Germans during the war. Only 3 are known to survive today, of between 100 and 155 built.
