are zippleons any good? the owner tried to trade me "a myo with as many mutations as i want" for an oc but ive been hesitant cause like 1 if theyre handin em out like that just to get anything they want that seems kinda shitty and 2 i havent even heard of this species

so like, any o yall know if like the species is any good? community, moderation, ownership? is it worth my time?

lmfao absolutely not because owners can pull myo's out of their asses for free to get something else in return

(Zippleons) Don't join this species. I regret joining this species so much and I'm someone on their massive team of mods/GAs/staff. The owner uses it as a cash grab with no love behind it and 99% of their adopts are not worth the price. The owner is also EXTREMELY rude to their community (staff included). This species has been a mess from the very beginning and remains so with an insanely bloated discord full of so many useless channels and a TON of bots. I would go back to Terraliens faster than joining this train wreck again. Please please avoid Zippleons at all costs.

I'm one of the Zippleon team members and I just put up with Cosmic because the species is cute but God are they so mean I hope the give ownership to someone else and step down because it's so obvious they are too immature for this

I haven't been in Zippleons for very long, but the owner/admin, SinisterGutz, is literally the rudest fucking species and server owner that I've ever come across, and I've been in at least 15 CS servers alone, 5 of which had shitty mods and or admins. I just finished reading through everything on Tumblr about them and I didn't expect Sinister to be so awful from the very beginning. It gets worse though! Since I've been in the server, I've witnessed them create two MYO events, both ending around the same time (no idea why they had two MYO events going at the same time, that literally doesn't make any sense), but they ended the main one (from Toyhouse) early without notice and without compensation. Every time someone posts something relating to it, Sinister basically tells them "Uh yeah, this ended already." without any explanation, even though it was supposed to end in May. Which, when multiple members brought up the fact that the Toyhouse MYO event page said that it was closed, even the fucking staff had no idea what that meant or why it was closed. On top of that, Sinister was pissed about the constant PeekiePups ads in the server and kept bashing the members posting the ads as well as the species as a whole in the spam channel, and said something along the lines of "Nobody checks these channels anyways lol, everybody has them muted". Sinister has also remade the entire Discord and every single channel but two, as of now, so I don't have screenshots of everything. My guess is that they did it to cover their tracks for all of the awful shit that they've said and done.

Oh, and on top of everything, they decided that during both MYO events, Sinister would completely revamp the entire species without warning or explanation as to what they're changing/revamping and keep telling everyone, "You can still make your MYO designs and post them for approval, and I'll just tell you what's allowed and what needs to be changed" instead of having a general basis for what's changing. TL;DR: Just like every other post here on Tumblr says, don't join Zippleons. If you like the species, just make a furry anthro dragon/monster hybrid or something, since that's basically what they are, other than a knockoff cham.

I'm a staff member for this small species and the owner is a fucking cunt, not only did they have the head staff tell them that no shutting down a channel so no one can speak all because you want one person to shut up is not a good fucking idea

And now I am sitting back and watching as they make a complete fucking rip off of plantem [terralien pet species] right down to the token style

You're not going to fix your species by copying even more designs from terraliens

It's gotten so fucking bad that the owner of terraliens has you blacklisted and yet you still don't learn a thing??? Be so fucking for real Cosmic and yes this is about Zippleons and I know you told us to stop posting about them but the other blog git shut down because the idiot in charge of it realized how immature it was. So now you get to know what's been going on behind the scenes ever since they purposely silenced us into using their blog and talking to them

[Zippleons] owner says "it's not about the money" but have seen them say "im going to post this adopt because I need money" as well as CONTINUING to be rude to the community. I've seen screenshots of the moderator chat and the whole ass other server for mods where it's not great :( i dont know how mods can tolerate that

i remember the zipps owner passing over my friend several times for over i think a week because they only offered SB on the adopt and now they just recently reposted it in the NEW server with a higher flatsale price and someone else got it but the owner wants to say its not about money. friend is still upset too because they really liked the design but fuck them i guess for not forking over more cash.

zippleon staff responding to an anon vent is already bad enough but them going /lh right after chastising nonny for being a "childish anonymous phone using coward" is parts fucked up, parts peak terminally online behavior. holy shit.

[Zippleons] Owner also told someone they needed to leave the server because the person said English is their 3rd language or smth which feels very icky. they also have their "alter" account spamming the commissions as much as they do and its funny because they claim emergency money needed and also getting a reskin or smth for a VR character which aren't cheap at all.
