Hey! I thought your talk on stream about your go-bag and what's in it was interesting, but I process text better than audio, so I was wondering if you had advice on putting one together? It's fine if you'd rather not! Thanks either way!
Okay! Note that some of these things are gearing up in prep for sudden homelessness or natural disaster (tornados, personally) but some are just generally good things on hand you might need to keep. Also, some tips involve a car, skip those if they dont apply.
You're going to want a backpack or duffle bag with comfortable enough straps that are thick and sturdy enough to hold the weight of everything you are carrying while also keeping you balanced. I got my blue one at a charity give away for students in poverty, those heavy duty school bags for textbooks, but you can thrift the same bags for around $5-$10, at least in my area.
What I have in the front pockets, in smaller ziplock bags:
Ziplock bag of first aid supplies (bandaids, gauze, sterile wipes, ect)
Small hand sanitizer, bottle or wipes.
Baby wipes, water based.
Matches
Small travel deoderant, small travel shampoo, travel hairbrush, and the bare minimal needed for a 'freshed up look' of make up like concealer, mascera, and face wash. Good for spucing up for job interviews if you end up in a situation where you're living out of your car, and can't acsess a full bathroom.
Menustration products. Pack SEVERAL if you are someone who bleeds, or a few if you just want some on hand just in case for someone else you are with.
Mouthwash, toothbrush and toothpaste. If you don't have enough room, opt for mouthwash/toothpaste combo, and just rub it on your teeth.
Self-protection, dependant on what you prefer. I keep pepper spray and a tazor in the car at all times, and in the bag if not out in the console.
Pocket knife and scissors. You never know when you might need to cut something.
If you can get some and they fit in the bag: Gloves meant for gardening. Thick enough to protect you if you go dumpster diving. I have a list of tips of safe and legal dumpster diving here.
What I keep in the main pocket of the bag:
A large gallon ziplock baggy with emergency clothes in it, consisting of: Pants, short sleeve T-shirt, and 3 pairs of underwear/socks. If you can fit it, slip a long-sleeve shirt in there as well. Keep a 'nice shirt' like a button up or something 'nice casual' in there for job interviews.
You're going to want a jacket in your go-bag, but since they can be bulky, it might be best to just leave one in your car. Also good for when you're out somewhere and just get cold suddenly.
RAIN! I have a small one-person umbrella in the side pocket of my bag, and a yellow poncho from walmart in main pocket. I recommend having both, but its fine if you just can fit one.
A bag of COMFY clothes, aside from the intial emergency clothes. For me, I call it the pajamma bag, which just has a pair of sweatpants, T-shirt and fuzzy socks.
FOOD AND WATER. I keep ziplock baggies of non-perishable food in the bag like: granola bars, slim jims, fruit gummies, cans of preserved fruit, ect. You need to pack at least 2 bottles of water. I think I freaked out Twitch stream a little bit when I pulled out 6 bottles of water out of the bag, but I'm telling you: the more water you can carry, the better.
The 'entertainment satchel', which is basically anything that you can do that doesn't require electricity like your phone does that can keep you busy. For me, it's a ziplock bag of a journal/sketchbook with some colored pens. This can be a small book or something.
A sewing kit. One of those travel ones, the tiny tin ones. Comes in handy plenty of times.
A water-tight folder/baggie that will protect legal documents for you. You probably wont keep them in the car, but if you can grab them on your way out, keep them safe in something they can't get damaged in.
A portable battery, a cord for charging your phone and extra wall thingie to plug it into. You can get a decent battery for around 20 bucks on amazon, and your car and public spaces like a library can let you charge your phone.
PETS! If you have a pet with you, PLEASE pack the things needed for them ahead of time in your go-bag. Doggy bags and treats and food and the like. I'm a cat person, so I keep three ziplock baggies: one with treats, a large one with food, and one with cat litter in it. You can usually grab a cardboard box by a dumpster for a make-shift litterbox if need be.
Depending on who you talk to, money may or may not be a smart thing to keep in your bag, but I say keep at least $50 of cash in there for absolute emergencies, if you can afford to store it.
An extra pair of shoes. If they don't fit in the bag, you can store them in the car, or tie them to hang off the bag if you really need them.
Also, not really go-bag related, but I suggest keeping a blanket in your car. If you don't have a car, they make blankets with straps that you can attatch to your backpack, or you can take a long sock or piece of fabric, wrap it around a rolled up blanket, and tie it to your bag. It might not look aesthetic, but it'll be worth it to have it.
Change out the items in your bag every couple months, usually as it starts to get colder or hotter. Currently I'm changing out my stuff from summer items to winter items, like warmer clothes and what not, so I had the bag already near me to show twitch chat. Thanks for everyone that came by Twitch chat and talked by the way, it was fun!

Clueless- JJ M.
JJ didn't get it.And you were starting to think he'd never get it. You'd let him sleep at your house for months without asking for anything in return. You'd cleaned and bandaged every cut and scrape of his since you were 10. He would climb your parents' polished fence almost every night. He'd pick up a few pebbles from your father's prayer garden, and chuck them at your window. You'd already be up, pretending to study but really waiting for him. A portable ladder sat by your window seat, ready. You'd crack the window fast and eager. Putting down the ladder for him. In your fantasies he was Flynn and you were Rapunzel letting down your hair, inviting him into a sacred space, breaking every rule your parents had set out for you. But everytime, you saw his crooked smile and his promising eyes, your dad's warnings were crammed to the back of your head and stomped out by those boots JJ never seemed to take off. He'd climb into your window and twist his lips to the side of his face. You'd frown at him and trace your fingers over whatever spot was bruised or bleeding this time. “I swear I didn't start it this time.” he'd lie.“Eat something.” You knew all too well how often he'd go the whole day eating only slim Jim's and beer. He'd dig into the little fridge beside your desk and roll his eyes at the bowls of fruit salad and mini water bottles. He'd eat two bowls of the fruit and have 3 waters while you poured hydrogen peroxide over his cuts. You'd cringe at his pained expression. “Sorry.” You whispered and then he'd place one of his free hands on your shoulder and say, “I am too. Why aren't there any grapes in here?”And you'd laugh together. And you'd listen to music as loud as you could without waking your baby brother. And he'd smile. And that weight of loneliness would dissipate. And you'd have a friend. Finally. Then it'd be your mom knocking on your door, telling you how you'd miss school if you weren't ready in 30 minutes. You'd be lying on your side feeling JJ's heavy absence. You'd be getting dressed. Tugging on a pair of jeans, and seeing one of your flashcards, covered in JJ's horrible handwriting. “Hanging with Kiara. See ya later.”
And you'd secretly wish for another fight with topper or even a beating from his father, just so you could see him again. He'd choose her over you everytime, Without fail. And here he was, not getting it. Again. He didn't get why you offered to drive him to kitty hawk. He didn't get that you couldn't care any less about your blind older cousin being stuck at wilderness camp. You'd always know how clueless she was. “I'm a pogue. I'm a pogue!” she'd scream at her parents. But she really, really wasn't. Kiara didn't know hunger. She didn't know what it was like to not have the safety of four walls at night, she didn't know sleeping on a friend's couch was her only option. She was dumb and she was selfish and someone. Just one person needed to give her a reality check. But you wouldn't. You would drive JJ where he wanted to be. You would follow him around the camp in your black leggings and black luluLemon jacket and your black converse. And you would roll your eyes as Kiara rose up from her spot on the top bunk and said “you're looking for me.”Unfortunately. You thought. Tears would prick your eyes as he said he loved her and tears would spill past your nose and into your mouth as they kissed, completely oblivious to you. And your stomach would churn as the girls began clapping for them. You'd run ahead of the two and away from the camp with them following behind. You'd be sobbing against a tree. And kie would ask if you were ok and you'd ignore her. And JJ would ask what was wrong. And you'd turn around and shove him. “It's you! You two are what's wrong with me! You have never not once included me in something you enjoy JJ. I've never been invited to surf with you guys or have a freaking beer! And we're cousins Kiara! Every injury you've ever had since we were 10 I've treated, I've been doing your homework for the past 5 years just so we could still have classes together and you make it your business not to show up!” You'd back away and wipe your tears with a sweatshirt Rafe let you borrow years ago. “You two don't even speak when we pass each other on the street.” “I-I” JJ stutters. You'd pull out your phone and text Rafe. Come get me?“I'll um, I'll leave the car. Y'know for the distraction? Have fun in South America.”A weight lifts itself off your shoulders as Rafe pulls up on his motorcycle, toting an extra helmet for you. He was here, again. Like every time before. Too late had the truth dawned on you. You didn't get it.What JJ was to you, you were to Rafe.

The Evans + Gas Station Orders
no words for this one. let’s get into it (this is a modern au i guess? because i’m talking about things you’d find in a modern day 7-11)
Tate: I think he would like peach rings. Either peach rings or like sour patch kids but specifically the watermelon flavored ones. For a drink, he’d like a monster, the purple one because it tastes like grape. He looks like he’d be a big fan of grape flavor and I mean this as an insult.
Kit: Kit would get like. What’s the word for this. Like the weird microwaved chicken sandwich from the back and he’d go in and put ketchup mayo and mustard on it all three and he’d eat it in his truck during his lunch break. He’d also get the shitty coffee from the machines in the back because he doesn’t care to branch out in the drinks department.
Kyle: (frat boy only sorry gang) Kyle would like Snickers. Give this man a Snickers, it’s gone in 30 seconds. He is a fiend for chocolate with nuts in it, any kind but his favorite is Snickers, he’d also like either the raspberry tea from the drink fountain or a Mountain Dew.
Jimmy: Don’t get me wrong, Jimmy’s cool and all but he eats those god awful snowball things by Hostess. I think in general, he’s a big Hostess fan, like twinkies and the little cupcakes and bags of donuts but his all time favorite is the snowball ones. And plain water. Just a bottle of water.
James: James is a hard character here, because I can’t imagine him eating any kind of junk food at all, I think he’d think it trashy and unhealthy, which it totally is, but I think the most you could talk him into is like. One of the deli sandwiches from the front but even then he’d be weary about it because they’ve been sitting in a package for who knows how long, and he definitely would not drink anything the convenience store has to offer aside from maybe a bottle of water.
Rory: This bitch would get the sourest candy. Like the fucking warheads or whatever they have where the logo is some guy making a sour face. Sour gummy worms, sour candy belts, sour patch kids. It’s because he’s a ginger (i will not elaborate on that). And pipeline punch monster.
Kai: Hehehe. Kai would either get a bag of beef jerky or a BIG ASS slim jim and chew on it menacingly when he drives away. He seems like he’s got a thing for meat. Take that however you choose. He’d get a black coffee from the back like Kit because he’s boring and he ‘doesn’t have time for those fruity girl drinks’. Because he’s a misogynist.

First of all, I LOVED THE UPDATE OF OLD HAUNTS. Second I am now Craving for a back story especially with what was written in the new chapter, you have me HOOKED.
😭 Thank you so much!! Oh yes, I’m absolutely working on a prequel. I plan to post it once Old Haunts is finished just so I’m not having too many stories to update at once. BUT how about a little snippet of it??
For context: This is after Chrissy escapes the upside down and is hiding out with Eddie at Reefer Rick’s:
***
The knocks help. Their secret little code.
Four beats. The question.
Are you still there?
Two beats. The answer.
I’m here.
He does it twice while she changes after her shower.
Even a thin wall between them is too much.
Nancy and Steve drop off a box of food, clothes, and supplies.
It’s left on the front steps, with a note on where to meet in the morning. He sighs, picking it up and carrying it to the living room.
She’s sitting in the middle of the couch, in his flannel that looks like it could swallow her whole, her arms wrapped around her knees, head against them, resting to the side. Her hair is still partially wet from her shower. She looks small and tired… she’s not moving.
“Chrissy?” he beckons worriedly, blood running cold.
Chrissy, wake up! C’mon, Chrissy!
She looks up at him and smiles a sweet little smile, her blue eyes shining in the evening light, clear of any pale foggy gloss.
I’m here.
His relief is palpable as he makes his way over to her, setting the box on the coffee table before looking through it.
“Care package.” he supplies, feeling her curious eyes on him. He glances up to see her smile gone, she looks pale, light bruising under her eyes.
“We should probably eat something.” he muses out loud, as he digs through. There’s two apples, a loaf of sliced bread, a bag of rice, saltines, Jiff, jam, a box of pasta, Poptarts, canned vegetables, soups, bottled water, soda, Slim Jim’s.
“Very nutritious, Wheeler,” he quips at the box. “All of the food groups are represented.”
Chrissy emits a soft, amused snort and Eddie gives her a wry smile as he takes a bite of an apple. It’s thick skinned and a little mealy, but hungry as he is, it’s damn near the most delicious thing he has ever tasted.
She's still watching him, fixated.
Undaunted, he keeps her gaze as he chews, wiping the juice from the fruit dripping down his chin with the sleeve of his shirt.
Eat your heart out, Cunningham, I’ve been watching you a lot longer.
“You hungry?”
She shakes her head slowly, turning back to rest on her knees, forfeiting their staring contest.
He frowns. “When was the last time you ate something?”
He’s already doing the math in his head. Three days in that hell hole. She never eats lunch at school. He picked her up right after the game.
Four days!?
She shrugs her shoulders in reply.
“Chrissy…”
“I’m not hungry.” she murmurs softly. It’s the first time she’s spoken in hours.
“Yeah, well, you have to eat something,'' he insists, grabbing a sleeve of saltines and a soda, coming to sit beside her. She turns further away from him. He gives her a few seconds before gently nudging her with his elbow.
Fucking pushing a full work week without eating anything.
“Chrissy, c’mon.” he whispers. Forget the demon from a parallel universe she somehow managed to survive, he’s going to lose her to something as base as starvation.
“I can’t, Eddie.”
“You have to try.” he pleads gently.
“No.” She shakes her head vigorously, meeting his gaze. “…I’ll just get sick.” she tells him, like it’s a big dark secret, tears in the corner of her eyes. She buries her face in her hands. “I don’t want to get sick.”

Meg Fanfic
Chapter: 5 Lets go for a drive! a phone call from Lois?
he weekend went by in peaceful bliss feeling like a dream to Meg she wished it could last forever but she knew it wouldn't be long until her 'family' got back.
"Meg, do you want to go somewhere today?" Donna asked her.
"hmmm going for a drive sounds nice it that's if that's alright with you Donna," she suggested while helping Donna clean up wearing a comfy oversize lavender sweater with jean leggings and fluffy socks during her 'stay' (from what she can think as) at the Brown house she offered to help Donna and Roberta around the house with chores to which Donna at first said there was no need but Meg wanted to help as she found it kinda relaxing folding fresh clothes and blankets hot from the dryer smelling like a clean autumn breeze after the cold rainstorm they had everything outside was foggy and murky with the chill that can make you almost see your breath went outside
"Yes, it does sound nice," Donna responded.
They finished the rest of the laundry they went upstairs to put the rest away into the rooms Meg dropped off Jr.'s and Rallo's on their beds before heading to Roberta "Hey Roberta here's your clothes to put up, also me and your Mom are going for a drive would to come?" She asked smiling even though she's a year older than her Meg wanted to get to know Roberta now that she'd started a friendship with Donna.
"Yeah, I would love to come~" Roberta replied. She does want to see what Meg and her mom have been doing lately. With the laundry put away the three headed out the car with Donna having already warmed up the car with the still chilly weather keeping them warm inside “Woah, it’s so cold.” Meg remarked, slightly shivering.
"yeah it's freezing out here Mama it's October and already feels like November how did Cleveland live out here," Roberta did as well checking her phone for Federline as they on the car Meg in the passenger seat Roberta wanted to sit in the back and have room to herself enjoying the space in the car while her stepfather and brothers are away.
Meg felt relaxed throughout the car ride. It gives her a piece of mind.
Onward they drove listening to music and talking about little things with the topic of the upcoming Halloween party sharing ideas for the fairytale theme Meg suggested some little flowers scarf toppers and hanging sparkling stars ✨⭐ "to give it a magical feel to it," she explained "and we can even make them by scratch with arts and crafts oh and with little hearts 💖 to bring a little romance in the air for the couples attending," Donna is intrigued by the idea. “That sounds great. We could also add in some pink roses too. We can also add some cute lace on it.” She suggested.
"That sounds great," Roberta replied.
They talked about more ideas they could work on the campaigns even some charity ideas they could bring to the council to raise money for newer school supplies and enhancements ideas of a bake sale, an event stand to sell goods at sports, games, dances, and talents something Meg learned at a school when her and the Griffins stayed in Texas at her Aunt Carol's and went to one of their football games
One of the few things their school didn't have that could bring new opportunities to the students.
After driving around two hours the trio stopped at a gas station for a bathroom break and had something to drink Donna got a unexpected call. Checking it was Lois she told Meg and Roberta to on ahead inside as she took this call Meg wondered what her Mother was calling about as she and Roberta went inside.
"She's probably asking for something dumb." Meg should not expect something positive from Lois.
It'd be 5 minutes until Donna came in to find Meg and Roberta who had already chosen their beverages of bottled water, an energy drink with a slim Jim, a mini bag of honey roasted peanuts, KitKat and M&M's "Hey Donna what did my Mother have to say," Meg asked while Donna got herself a small coffee and roasted honey pecans she had a slight annoyance on her face "Lois called if you could stay with us for a few days it turns out Peter got himself stuck in jail for causing a fight and trashing the Airbnb with reckless driving and won't be out until she tries to convince her Father to send them the money to bail him and pay for the damages oh I swear why Cleveland is friends with that fool of a man child," she mumbled that last part but Meg heard she understood that part being hard with living with a man child there are days she questions her Mother why she stays with him and why Peter even bothers to be a dad? Meg couldn't help but let out a sigh in disbelief knowing Peter was bound to get into his dumb shenanigans but hey at least she wouldn't have to see them for a little longer she looked at Donna who put a hand on their shoulder her phone now gone rising into a sweet smile and her doing the same as she said "so it looks like you'll be staying with us for sometime baby girl we'll stop by your house later and get you a suitcase packed and you'll be staying in our guest room for the time being," giving Meg a wink "Thank you, Donna I really appreciate it,"
Meg loves this. Now, not only does she get to stay longer in the Tubbs’ residence but also, but she is also staying longer away from her family.
It strangely felt good, things felt good for Meg and with her new friendship with Donna and blooming one with Roberta her time with the Browns, it's going to be a brighter one.
Later that evening after enjoying their long drive they headed back to Spooner Street only stopping by the Griffin house for Meg to quickly grab a couple of clothes and a few things while she stayed at the Brown's house until Griffins got back.
'I can't believe this is actually happening.' Meg thought excitedly.
She never thought something could happen like this being with a kind woman like Donna who willingly came to the mother and aunt-like figure she needed her own 'Auntie Mama!'
Right now after coming back from their long drive, she was helping Donna out in the kitchen preparing dinner having decided on hot creamy pumpkin soup with little bacon bits that made the kitchen smell good aroma of fresh hot soup on the stove as Meg was putting the ingredients Roberta studying the table while talking with Federline Donna was on the phone with Cleveland. Good cause they needed to talk!
“Cleveland, you got to do something about that friend of yours! I don’t like how he treated Meg!” Donna exclaimed.
Cleveland sighed knowing this was coming is a topic that he and Donna have been bickering about lately he knows Donna hasn't liked the Griffins ever since they moved back to Quahog even for a time forbidding him from being friends with that Peter and see how they treat their children Cleveland knows this and understandingly knows it's wrong especially how they treat their oldest child heck he's been having second thoughts about their friendship lately but then again they were best friends "I know Donna it's just that I know Peter for a long time and he was my best friend he saved my life a couple of times and how can I repay for something like that?"
He and the boys were having a campfire roasting hot dogs when Donna called and with the kind of topic and tone she was having he knew this needed to be a private call excused himself to the car for a few minutes as he and Donna talked about the issue about Meg "I know it's truly wrong with how he treats his oldest child Meg is a sweet little girl always has been has been Peter seemed to love her in the beginning I just don't know why now he treats her like dirt don't even treat my kids like that if there was a way I could take her in myself I am her God Daddy after all Donna but I don't know how to do that without causing drama,"
"Then tell that man to not be such a horrid father! the same goes for his wife!" Donna chided.
"you're right Donna I'll have a talk with Peter about it as soon as they return I promise," he replied in a sweet loving tone but Donna knew he was going to keep his promise "All right baby we'll see you guys when you get back tomorrow I love you Cleveland give Rallo and Jr. A good night hug from me and you boys stay safe out there,"
With that, they hung up Donna went to the kitchen to finish up making dinner "Donna how was Cleveland and the boys doing?" Meg asked curiously
“They are just camping. Seems like they are enjoying their time.” Donna responded.
"they must be having a lot of fun I like camping," Meg smiled
They finished up making dinner filling their bellies with nice hot soup and grilled cheese. Later the girls decided to do some karaoke! With Meg and Donna starting with some Dolly Parton!
youtube
“🎶Tumble out of bed
And stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition
And yawn and stretch and try to come to life
Jump in the shower
And the blood starts pumpin'
Out on the streets, the traffic starts jumpin'
For folks like me on the job from 9 to 5,🎶" shaking their hips and body to the groove pink and purple karaoke microphones in hand
🎶"Workin' 9 to 5
What a way to make a livin'
Barely gettin' by
It's all takin' and no givin'
They just use your mind
And they never give you credit
It's enough to drive you
Crazy if you let it
9 to 5
For service and devotion
You would think that I
Would deserve a fat promotion"🎶
The song was cheering up Meg. She started to move her body to the beat.
"🎶 Want to move ahead
But the boss won't seem to let me
I swear sometimes that man is
Out to get me, hmmm
They let you dream
Just a watch 'em shatter
You're just a step on the boss man's ladder
But you got dreams he'll never take away
In the same boat with a lot of your friends
Waitin' for the day your ship'll come in
And the tide's gonna turn
And it's all gonna roll you away
Workin' 9 to 5
What a way to make livin'
Barely gettin' by
It's all takin' and no givin'🎶"
She and Donna sang their heart out into the beat as Roberta watched with amusement watching her Mom and Meg sing shaking their hips and body to the groove pink and purple karaoke microphones in hand
"🎶 They just use your mind
And you never get the credit
It's enough to drive you
Crazy if you let it
9 to 5
Yeah, they got you were they want you
There's a better life
And you think about it, don't you?
It's a rich man's game
No matter what they call it
And you spend your life
Putting money in his wallet
9 to 5
Oh, what a way to make a livin'
Barely gettin' by
It's all takin' and no givin'
They just use your mind
And they never give you credit
It's enough to drive you
Crazy if you let it
9 to 5
Yeah, they got you where they want you
There's a better life
And you dream about it, don't you?
It's a rich man's game
No matter what they call it
And you spend your life
Putting money in his wallet
9 to 5!🎶"
The two said the last part out loud before collapsing to the couch to catch their breath laughing as they did the invigorating tune radiated through the whole room as the two women danced.
They continued singing their hearts out with Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Raise Your Glass with Roberta later joining the two in a contest singing another Pink song Get This Party Started!
youtube
"🎶I'm comin' up so you better get this party started
I'm comin' up so you better get this party started
Get this party started on a Saturday night
Everybody's waitin' for me to arrive
Sendin' out the message to all of my friends
We'll be lookin' flashy in my Mercedes Benz
I got lotsa style, check my gold diamond rings
I can go for miles if you know what I mean
I'm comin' up so you better get this party started
(I'm comin' up, I'm comin')
I'm comin' up so you better get this party started
Pumpin' up the volume, breakin down' to the beat
Cruisin' through the west side
We'll be checkin' the scene
Boulevard is freakin' as I'm comin' up fast
I'll be burnin' rubber, you'll be kissin' my ass
Pull up to the bumper, get out of the car
License plate says "Stunner number one Superstar?"
After singing song after song, the women were all tuckered out from singing and ready to head off to bed Meg has a feeling that tomorrow will get even more better.
And indeed it was in another peaceful autumn Monday morning before they were back at the school for the week the girls spent the morning enjoying eggies in a basket with turkey bacon and later the girls cleaned up the house some more when Cleveland and the boys get home from cleaning the kitchen, living room, laundry and bathrooms the satisfaction of a nice clean house. Meg got the last load of bedding for her room she couldn't help but press the sheets against her skin still hot from the dryer signing at the smell of Downy Bliss of Sparkling Amber and Rose "Mmmm so warm and soft I love it and I love it here with Auntie Donna," she whispered before putting them in the basket heading upstairs to finish remaking her bed. When the Browns moved back in they decided to set up new arrangements now that they were a family of 5-6 (with Meg now in the mix for the time being ) with setting a part of their attic into a guest bedroom whenever they had guests over and needed a place to sleep making it comfortable and cozy for the person staying.
“This looks very nice, Auntie Donna.” Meg feels comfortable with the bedding.
"Anything to make sure our guests are comfortable baby so you be snug as a bug here," Donna cooed giving a little kiss on her head as Meg giggled.
“Thanks again for letting me stay here, Auntie Donna.” The younger woman said in gratitude.
Later that evening the sound of Cleveland's car could be heard pulling up the driveway he and his boys had returned from their trip as the women came out to greet them "Welcome home Cleveland did you and the boys have a fun time," she greeted rushing to her hubby to embrace him in a big hug kissing her husband. Cleveland returned the hug and kiss "Haha it's good to be home baby, the boys had an amazing time by the time we got back to Quahog they were tuckered out haha Rallo even fell asleep on the way," motioning to the car as Cleveland Jr. helped a very sleepy Rallo out of his car seat "hi miss Donna it's good to be home I sure missed my warm bed and being home while camping," he said happily as Donna picked up Rallo into her arms as her youngest opened his trying to stay awake "Hi Rallo did you have a good time baby," she cooed as Rallo let out a tired yawn, Rallo looks at her somewhat dazed and part of his afro is "dented" from lying on the seatbelt.
"Best trip ever Mama..yawn.. didn't want it to end..yawn..I hope we can go back again..yyaawwnn.." he sleepily explained before hearing soft snores coming out as sleep took over Rallo again as he cuddled up against his mother lost away in dreamland.
Donna gave Rallo as everyone made their way back inside Cleveland chuckled "Haha It's good to be home,"
Donna sighs, "Yes it is...~ But a few things that need to be discussed..."
She whispered as Rallo fell back asleep in her arms Cleveland nodded understanding what she meant "Yes baby I know I plan to talk to him as he and Lois get back," he's going to do the right thing for his God daughter's sake.
It made Donna proud of her husband "That's good Cleveland now come there's lots to talk about," The family headed inside for a hot dinner was waiting for them of crispy za’atar chicken and cauliflower with roasted sweet potatoes.
The family enjoyed the dinner later getting together to talk about how their weekend went and the upcoming plans for the party until it was time for bed as everyone wished each other a good night of sleep and rest for a new day.
Yup! plot twist Cleveland is revealed to be Meg's Godfather how will he confront Peter's treatment? what will happen when the Griffins get back?
stay tuned for Chapter: 6 Cold rainy school days and friendship?

• gale (driver) says he isnt hungry and just gets a diet coke. but he gives wyll this hand when he gets back on the interstate
Tumblr media

•lae’zel buys slim jims in multiple flavors and a propel or gatorade😭
• shadowheart buys white cheddar skinny pop and a kiwi vitamin water (Sharrans told her vitamin water is good for you)
•halsin buys kombucha (says it gives him more energy than coffee and spends 10 minutes in the car talking about how easy it is to make your own kombucha) and also dried mango

Tastes So Good - Supernatural's "The Pissed Off Sandwich" Cookbook, Part Two
Some years ago some dedicated fans of Supernatural put together a cookbook to be sold for charity. It was named after the moment in Season 7, Episode 9, when Dean's turducken sandwich starts to ooze green. "I think you pissed off my sandwich" is Dean's immortal line.
I was asked to provide recipes. They had to tie into actual dialogue from the show John Winchester's recipe for "Kitchen Sink Stew" in Part Two. I'll have you know that making this stew entailed a lot of disgusting stuff, like stewed Slim Jims and beef jerky. Because I am a dedicated fan!!
JOHN WINCHESTER’S KITCHEN SINK STEW
Note: This is taken from John Winchester’s journal.  It has been left unedited.
STARTING OUT
Stew: only way to get vegetables down Dean’s gullet.  Constipated Dean is hell to live with.  Sammy loves vegetables.  He’s a freak.  And not just because he has demon blood.
JOHN WINCHESTER’S TIPS:
You need a stove.  Tried making this on a hot plate but it took three days and set the motel room on fire.  First ingredients, then cooking directions, then toppings and/or stuff on the side.
1. BASICS
2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast cut into medium-sized pieces
4 tablespoons of butter /14 diner packets
2 large onions, peeled and chopped up
2 tablespoons flour.  Or Bisquick
1 teaspoon sugar (skip sugar if using Bisquik)/ 2 Domino sugar packets
2 cups beer.  If you like dark beer, something like Negra Modelo.  My favorite is Budweiser.  Or whatever’s on sale at the gas station.  Guinness is a wuss beer and it costs too much.
2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cup water.
2. SEASONINGS:
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Parsley if you’ve got it
Bay leaf if you’ve got it
JOHN WINCHESTER’S TIPS:
Beef jerky or Slim Jims adds a nice flavor.  NO GUMMI WORMS, no matter how much Dean begs.
3. VEGETABLES:
You can put anything in this stew.  Mix and match:
1 big turnip, cut into big pieces
4 carrots, peeled, cut into chunks

4 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
2 green peppers, chopped up
2 cups lima beans
One big can diced tomatoes
2 cups okra
Canned corn
2 cups string beans
2 cups peas
2 boxes frozen spinach
2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables
What the hell are parsnips?
4. DIRECTIONS:
Brown beef with butter, salt and pepper. If you can't get butter, steal a bottle of Wal-Mart oil, any kind. Not motor oil!
Add flour and stir until beef is coated and browned.
Add Worcestershire sauce—a couple of good shakes.
Add sugar.  Add onions.  Stir around until the onions are soft.
Add beer and beef broth.  Give it a good stir.
Add vegetables.  Stir it.
Remember to give it a stir!
Cook for 2 hours, covered.  If it looks too dry add water, stock, or beer (of course).
5. TOPPINGS:
Crumbled Doritos or B-B-Q potato chips
Pretzels
Party mix – the salty kind, not the sweet kind
Beef jerky
Crispy Chinese noodles from these cheapo restaurants.  If you want to grab a couple of soy sauce packets and add that in to the stew, be my guest.
JOHN WINCHESTER’S TIPS:
If no potatoes, use rice, around 2 cups.  Makes one big chunk of stuff.  Boys didn’t much like it: made them eat anyway.
No potatoes or rice, a couple of boxes of mac and cheese without the cheese works.  Save the cheese for something else, like dip.  If you have company.  We don’t.  We sprinkle it on cereal.
NO SALAD!!

What Belongs in which Recycling Bin? Complete Guide
Recycling is a crucial step towards protecting our planet and preserving its resources for future generations. By properly recycling waste materials, we can reduce our impact on the environment, save energy, and minimize the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
However, with so many different types of materials and recycling guidelines, it can be confusing to know what belongs in which recycling bin. If you’re looking for a durable and efficient recycling bin, the Slim Jim Recycle Bin is a great option. It’s made from high-quality materials and designed to withstand heavy use in busy environments.
In this complete guide, we will break down the different types of materials that can be recycled, how to recycle them properly, and provide additional tips to help you make a positive impact on the environment.
Paper and Cardboard Recycling
Paper and cardboard are some of the most commonly recycled materials. You can recycle newspapers, magazines, office paper, cardboard boxes, and other paper products. However, not all paper and cardboard are created equal. Avoid recycling paper products that are contaminated with food waste, such as greasy pizza boxes, as these can’t be recycled.
When recycling paper, it’s important to remove any plastic windows or stickers on envelopes, cardboard boxes, or other paper products before recycling. Flatten any cardboard boxes to save space in the recycling bin, and make sure the bin is clean and dry before putting paper and cardboard in it.
Plastic Recycling
Plastics can be tricky to recycle because not all plastics can be recycled. Most recycling programs only accept plastics with a recycling symbol on the bottom that are numbers 1, 2, or 5. These include plastic water bottles, milk jugs, and plastic bags. However, it’s important to note that not all recycling programs accept plastic bags, so it’s best to check with your local recycling program.
It’s also important to make sure that plastic containers are clean and empty before recycling them. If plastic containers have food waste or residue, they may contaminate the entire recycling bin, making it difficult to recycle other materials in the bin
